The bikes are ok, but...
The bikes are ok. My problem is that I tried to reach out to them twice on two separate occasions via FB with a simple issue/question about my seat, and they WILL NOT RESPOND. You can tell they read it, but still nothing - not even a "hello". From my experience, Customer Service is a joke. As I said, the bikes are ok and my kids seem to like them. I do question the long-term quality and I certainly question the overall Customer Service. I would have expected more - even a little effort.

Sold used tricycle as new
They sent me a tricycle that someone had previously tried to assemble and damaged where a bolt went in. It also had small scratches in various places, a wheel out of true, and the rear basket was missing pieces. Customer service said I could get touch up paint that closely matches it as they don’t provide any and the color isn't available in the US and they would reimburse me- so my brand new bike would have spots of off color paint. They could send me a new basket but couldn’t offer anything else other than a full return. So I have to dismantle and send back the bike and if I want a new one, buy a new one and again assemble it. The customer service didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience even though I have bought multiple bicycles from them. The customer service I received was horrible and where the bolt was damaged they said I could use touch up paint even though that bolt held the frame together where the rear two wheels meet the front frame (it’s a tricycle remember) even though that could pose a safety issue. I took pictures of all of this and sent them along with the issues I found. It has been an infuriating experience to say the least.

My battery stopped working not…
My battery stopped working not gradually as you would expect but suddenly when I went over a curb as if something became disconnected. I tried another battery and it worked fine. When I contacted Sixthreezero they wouldn't look at it or repair it, at my expense, or replace it. My bike is a year and a half old, hardly old enough to be rendered useless. I was told to go buy a new battery at $500.00. Obviously I'm very disappointed and will never do business with this company again and recommend you buy from a different company.

Scam Warranty, Joke Customer Service
This company's "Forever Warranty" is a scam and their customer service is a joke. Don't believe a word they say about having the parts available. I paid for a replacement part and after 3 weeks, and contacting customer service three times, they still can't give me a shipping date estimate. They are still "looking for the part in the warehouse." The only way I could get my money back was by filing a dispute with my credit card company

Bike parts arrived scratched and…
Bike parts arrived scratched and damaged, and the wheels came completely deflated and imbalanced/wobbly. The assembly instructions did not correspond to the actual bike parts I received, and the parts themselves were poorly designed and hard to put together. I've barely ridden my bike for a month and the bike chain/gears are already rattling. 0/10 would not recommend AT ALL.

First bike was lost in transit somehow. Terrible customer service. I had to write a bad review for someone to respond to me. They sent another and the second one arrived damaged. Again, terrible customer service. Still don’t have the replacement fender 2 weeks later with no shipping info.

SCAM!
SCAM! They we're running a deal (as they frequently spam your email about) so I purchased the mint green bike at that price online. Four weeks later I still did not receive the bike and asked about its progress. They told me it has been out of stock for a while (even though no mention of that was on the website) and that they had no idea when new inventory would be available. I asked for the same model bike in a different color and they told me it would cost me a significant amount of more money since the deal no longer applies. Call it bait-and-switch, or whatever you want. This company is horrible.

Charged for an item not in stock
I ordered a bike at a very good price. The website said there were only 2 in stock. I got an email confirmation and my credit card was charged. I waited a week and when I had not received a shipping update, I contacted them. I was then informed that the bicycle was not in stock and they could cancel my order or I could order a different bike - with no discounted price. I asked for a refund and did receive it within two business days. My concern is that my card was charged prior to the item being shipped and no one even attempted to correct it - until I contacted them. I was looking forward to buying a bike from them and probably would have selected another model if it wasn't for the way this was handled.

Foldable electric tricycle arrived…
Foldable electric tricycle arrived today. Felt like a 6 yo. 2 hours later I wanted to cry. The instructions were minimal if not missing. I.E., front wheel - attach the middle axle to the front forks. Oops, about 7 steps omitted. Tha k goodness my son knows how to find you tube of the sixthree zero owner giving instructions. An hour long video. We finally got it to the point we could ride. Front tire was flat. Under no circumstances could the targeted client get this bike road worthy. Still hopeful my son can get me rolling g.

I was so hopeful to find a company that…
I was so hopeful to find a company that was built for people my size. But the disappointment really set in once it took us almost 3 hours to put the darn bike together, it doesn’t help when the information given to you (booklet) is not the one for the bike you purchased. Needless to say searching for YouTube videos that was given us the correct information was also nearly impossible. The cherry on top was when I tried to get comfortable with the bike and quickly found out this model does not fit my need, my leg could hardly get over(I know what your thinking, did you do the test! Yes, yes I did and this bike was one of my options). I wanted to love it but at the end decide it’s better to return then just let it sit and collect dust.

My order came with a defective wheel. 7 weeks later, still no replacement wheel. Have been unable to use my bike at all. Communication with company is slow, painfully slow and not responsive to actual issues.

Disappointing customer service experience
I ordered my six three zero EVRY Journey bike on October 13. I wish I could review how I liked the bike, but I haven't been able to ride it because the customer service has been unbelievably slow, inattentive, and unresponsive. After assembly, we realized we needed a longer strut and longer screws. After reaching out to customer service, they said they would send the struts and screws. Only longer screws were sent. We reached out to the company again. Long delay. Reached out again. Finally got a response. Customer service said they would send them. Still waiting. Label created on Nov. 30, carrier received package on Dec. 7. (Similar thing happened on the first shipment.) They bill themselves as a company whose bikes are easy to assemble. That may be true if you get all the correct parts. I'm very disappointed with the customer service of the company. The bike? Seems like we'll have to wait until next year to get the verdict on that one.

Horrible Customer Service
I’ve needed a new cable for months now. I only get the run around from their Customer Service. “Out of stock” “you can’t talk to anyone there” you can’t email anyone there” “There are no managers to talk to”. I have a big useless Around The Block paperweight in my garage

Poor quality bike despite the high-quality look
The bike is very slow and difficult to ride. I will have to buy another bike, this one is not good for committing in the city. Additionally, the manual to assemble is not specific to the model.

I bought a bicycle about six years ago…
I bought a bicycle about six years ago and the experience was amazing .. when I ordered parts several months ago the experience couldn’t have worse. It was incredibly disappointing and difficult just to order. I had to call continuously for several months before I could even order because the customer service representative never would return calls that they promised to do ; to let me know the pricing and availability of parts. It is clear to me that your company has increased in size since my first purchase(six years ago) however your efficiency and customer service has suffered tremendously. I need to purchase another bicycle and would like to get another one from your company .. but I don’t think so!! It’s a shame because initially your company made me feel like I was a part of a company that wanted to help .. now it seems like your company is only interested in the dollars .. Trust me I understand capitalism so I expect you to make money but I feel like because my purchases were small that I didn’t matter so the customer service that I received was insulting. I am a senior citizen woman
I am a senior citizen woman. The recommended bike was too big for me. I am 5ft. 1”. The handle bars was too wide and I had trouble getting my leg to the other side. I wish I had gotten a bike with 24” wheels instead.

Bike came with flat tube
Bike came with flat tube. They told me to take it in and they would reimburse me. Bike shop said front break wasn't working properly so they fixed it. Sent in receipt they only paid for tube. Brand new bike why should I pay the $20 to fix. terrible service!
