Missing boxes
I placed an order for my sixthreezero bike on June 30th of 2023. I was very excited because I really love the look and specifications of sixthreezero bikes. Unfortunately when I received my order on July 8th I was missing two boxes which included tools, manual, and pedals. When I reached out my options were to wait until 7-15 days for the missing boxes or go to a local bike shop for pedals. I am very upset that this was the response. Depending on the delivery of these missing parts will determine if I choose to refer sixthreezero to my loved ones. I hope once I can actually ride my bike that I won't be disappointed. I really wanted to be riding my bike right now instead of writing this review.

Not worth the time and effort
I ordered my bike and was told it would be a couple of months before it arrived. Two months later I called to make sure it was on schedule to be delivered and was told it would be another month before it arrived. Basically they gave my bike away and wanted me to wait for the next shipment. After waiting two months, I was not willing to wait two more months (after arriving it was going to take “a couple” of weeks to be sent out. Sent an email with my order number and requested a cancellation. 5 days passed and I ended up having to call them again to get the process started for a refund. I’m still in the process of waiting to receiving my refund.

Bike Purchased as a Gift Damaged During Shipment
The bike I ordered for my wife for Mothers Day was damaged in shipment. It was obvious the shipping company couldn’t read the fragile labels on the box or couldn’t care less. The box was scarred and a big whole was punctured on one corner. I immediately open the carton and could tell everything had been seriously jostled during shipment. I carefully removed all the parts and notice the battery bracket was broken on both sides were mounts to the frame. I don’t believe it helped ghar the battery was in the battery compartment when packaged. The weight of the battery likely put excessive stress on the mounts during the rough treatment during shipping. I also noticed the paint on the rear fender was scarred from the battery rack scrapping against the fender. I called the number for support. I was told that new mounts for the battery rack were on back order but would be shipped as soon as possible. The rear fender was in stock and would be shipped right away. After a few weeks I received the mounts, but as of today, I have not received a replacement rear fender. Unfortunately, my wife was not able to use her gift for several weeks and moreover, it still shows the battle scars from the shipping. It was very disappointing to buy such an expensive gift for my wife and see her disappointment in that it was damaged and remains in less than “new” condition.

Terrible experience from a mismanaged team
Terrible experience. They sold us a $1000+ bike in March that was in stock with an estimated delivery date of mid-May. We reached out after we hadn't heard from them by mid-June, only to be told the bike was actually out of stock and had no estimated stock date. After requesting a refund, they had the gall to ask if we wanted to keep the accessories we'd bought for the bike for a 50% refund, when we don't even have the bike to use them with. Will not be recommending them to anyone.

No response ever from Sixthreezero
I have sent several emails regarding my first TrustPilot review for Sixthreezero (which was positive). Sixthreezero sent me an email saying if I did a review I would receive a bell for my new bike. I never got a response from the several email i sent and never received the bell. What kind of service can I expect going forward if I have any issues with the bike?

Not honest
I was contacted to write a review for this company and I would receive $50. Since I had bought the product and liked it, I did. Months later I am still waiting. I have contacted the company numerous times but at this point I get no response.

SixThreeZero
SixThreeZero sent me an e-bike that had significant damage. They sent me replacement parts, and the fender and rear cage once again arrived damage. SixThreeZero was not willing to send undamaged parts to fix the bike. They only offered a $100 refund or for me to disassemble and ship the bike back to them. We are not satisfied with purchasing a brand new bike that has a dented rear fender and ugly paint chips (that will likely start rusting) on the rear rack. I will never recommend SixThreeZero to anyone after all we've been through and SixThreeZero being happy for me to keep a damaged bike and being unwilling to ship undamaged parts.

Paid $80 for fenders (should’ve been included w/ bicycle).. they arrive w/ a bag of hardware— not a stitch of any instructions.. I tried every possible combo: the included hardware does NOT thread with the pre threaded holes on bike frame… saw 630 ‘awesome’ video on YouTube on fender assembly. My hardware is about1-2MM too small.. if it’s metric at all.. who knows— I cannot consult the manual as, well, you know. Saving paper & all, couldn’t print one page of instructions. But you should see the damn box that they ship these things in. What a joke.. called hotline to ask for some assistance and I had to listen to a three minute voicemail of some Cali-Cool dude telling me how they’re getting another awesome bicycle ready for another cool rider. That’s a real quick way to p-ss somebody off. Save yourself some trouble & frustration. Go to walmart.com and buy your beach cruiser.. you’ll save money, and get all the parts and pieces as advertised with instructions for close to half the price.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY HAS AT LEAST 22 IGNORED COMPLAINTS WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Their company is not registered with the BBB therefore they don’t comply. These bikes are absolute trash, NOTHING like their marketing has you believe.

Not worth any bit of money.
After having this shipped to my parents house as a surprise gift for my husband he had it for less than 3 weeks and the pedal broke. I called the hot line and the guy I spoke with told me it was our fault for over tightening the pedal and that they don’t typically fix this type of situation but he would do it just this once? After send me a questionnaire with 40 QUESTIONS and needing photos I heard back from him. He clarified I needed a pedal AND crank arm he said we would receive our new part within 7-10 business days. Well 12 business days later we only review the pedal!???!! I emailed the guy back asking questions and I was informed the email was no longer active:) So I called the hotline yet again this time getting a women who said she was going to check to see if the parts were even IN STOCK??? Are you kidding me?!?? When you call the business phone number it says you will receive parts faster than ever: 3-5 business days. WHAT A JOKE. Finally she responded to me that they had the part and would send the crank arm to me as soon as possible (another 7-10 business days) surprise surprise we got the part 10 business days later…..We had the bike for 3 weeks and it took over 2 months to get replacement parts. Of course it’s far too late to receive a refund for the product otherwise I would have gotten money back. Do not buy these bikes. Not nearly as nice as 3G. -_- learned my lesson the hard way that’s for sure.

Wrong again
The replacement fork from my warranty claim was also bent and the charger was missing a piece so I can't charge the bike.

Simple operating Manual
Have tried to get a simple operations manual with no success. Just get mumbo jumbo about videos re: assemble. My bike was professionally assembled and I have no complaints but what controls are for what? Regretfully. Chris Mullin

Bad experience
Unfortunately, my experience with this website was far from positive. In fact, it was downright disappointing, frustrating, and left me without a bike. My nightmare started when I placed an order for a bike on sixthreezero.com. Initially, I was thrilled because the website made the process seem so easy and straightforward. I chose the bike I wanted, made the payment, and waited for the bike to be shipped to my doorstep. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. Days turned into weeks, and I didn't receive any updates on my order. I tried contacting the customer service team, but my emails and phone calls went unanswered. Eventually, I received an automated email stating that my order had been cancelled, and I would be refunded. I was baffled and frustrated because I never requested to cancel the order. I was eager to receive the bike I had paid for. When I finally managed to get in touch with the customer service team, they were unhelpful and unsympathetic. They gave me vague and unsatisfactory explanations, which made me feel like they didn't care about my situation. I was left with no choice but to request a refund, which took longer than expected to process. What was supposed to be a seamless shopping experience turned into a nightmare, and I was left without a bike. It was disappointing, frustrating, and a waste of my time and money. I wouldn't recommend sixthreezero.com to anyone, and I would advise anyone to think twice before placing an order on their website at sixthreezero.com. My experience with sixthreezero.com was a bad one. The website promised affordable bikes, but failed to deliver on their promise. The customer service was unresponsive, unhelpful, and unsympathetic, which made the situation worse. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone, and I would advise anyone to do their research before making a purchase online.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Bought two bikes. Went to assemble the first, and had a missing part and unclear instructions. Called tech support. Was informed that the instructions were out of date (?!). Also needed to fill out a form to get the missing part and wait for it. Rather, I packed the bike back up, and it went back to 630 for a refund. We then bought our bikes locally. And at the point I packed it up, I was on step 3 of 50. No way I was going to deal with delays, incorrect assembly instructions, and parts issues. Not sure how this company is surviving, except that it has an excellent website and aggressive marketing.

Not happy with status of order
UPDATE: Yes, Peter is correct: I did receive phone calls and prompt emails before I placed my ordered and I was given extensions on the expiring discounts. But after I ordered, I asked about an update to my order so I’d know when I could expect it to be shipped and could track it. To each response, Emil was indeed kind and responsive, but all he could say was “it will ship as soon as possible.” It soon became obvious that Emil's vagueness about the status of my order was because Emil and the rest of his team are not in this country! If you ask to speak to a supervisor in the states, they tell you only they are authorized to help. That is concerning, especially when they advertise on their website that they have a “headquarters” and a showroom you can visit in San Clemente – but there is no way to connect to that showroom in San Clemente. If you call the local number, it takes you to the same offshore team. I became even more alarmed to learn that the California Secretary of State shows Sixthreezero’s LLC has been terminated and they are not even listed as a foreign corporation of another state. The offshore callers and emailers, the lack of a supervisor to talk to in states, all points to a business that is run outside of the country. I now understand that Sixthreezero uses a 3rd party warehouse to ship from in San Clemente, CA. That is unfortunate, because I’m sure I’m not the first and won’t be the last customer to complain about their vague customer service. Until they change their communication issues and improve their warehouse choices, Sixthreezero will not be able to give their customers an accurate status of their shipments. And that affects the 30 day test drive they advertise. If you read some of at least 30 one-star reviews, you’ll learn that past customers were told the 30 day test drive starts the day they order their bike – not when they actually get it. The 30 day test drive they advertise should start with the first day the customer actually has POSSESSION of the bike - not on the first day of ordering it, especially when a shipment takes at least 5 business days (7 days including weekends). If you live in California or some nearby state, the test drive may only be 21 days at best. That is why I was being careful that my shipment was going out quickly and that they were “on top of it.” Also, after reading another review of someone whose shipment was stolen when the shipper left it at a bike shop without notifying the customer, the customer was told they were on the hook for that stolen shipment. I received a response to my review. The many one-star reviews appear to be buried under a deluge of “thrilled” customers. If customers are truly being taken care of, why didn’t all those customers receive responsive comments from Sixthreezero like I did? I do hope I receive the bike timely as promised and that there isn’t anything wrong with it. I will update this review accordingly. _____________________ So far, I have yet to be given any confirmation that my order has shipped. I just keep getting the "in process" comment. There is no one to talk to and when you call their phone number, the service they use appears to be in another country. I ordered my bike from this company because of all the good reviews. The bike maybe nice, but the customer care in front, by my experience, leaves much to be desired. If a supervisor in the company is seeing this, please call me and I'll upgrade this review. Otherwise, buyers be warned re lack of communication and response.

Hello Jane, thanks for your order! We received it yesterday, Feb 8. Today is Thursday the 9th. We ship some of these from our offices in San Clemente, and Jeff and Leif will be able to get it on a truck by Monday at the very latest. We are so sorry that we have not processed this fast enough for you. I do want our customers to rest assured that all calls received during business hours will be answered or returned immediately, as was your call on Monday. In that call, Marry promised to email you back with your requested extension for the sale, which she promptly did first thing the following morning so that you could take advantage of the sale price. I see that Emil replied to all of your emails yesterday and today promptly, accurately, and courteously. We also accommodated your request to have the discount applied to accessories. Emil also answered your email in August (26 minute reply time) and October right away (I see that one was on Saturday and he replied as soon as possible the following Monday at 8:25 a.m.). We certainly apologize for missing expectations! We do ask anyone who wants to see our customer service team at work to give us a call or an email for an immediate, helpful, and courteous reply. Thanks so much and we look forward to helping you if you have any more questions! Peter

We ordered the electric tricycle as a Christmas present for my 70 year old mom. We ordered it early to make sure it would arrive in time for Christmas. Beware of the strict 30 day return policy!! My mom felt very unstable in the tricycle. It has a small wheel base and can tip over very easily. We have tried to return the bike but the company is using the order date as the beginning of the 30 day return period even though the bike was not assembled until Dec 24th. Seems pretty unfair. Now we are stuck with a bike that is too dangerous to use. Their response was “just sell it”. Unbelievable!

Only sent part of the bike.....
I ordered a bike, but parts were missing. Awful communication, very slow process because only communication is off-shore. Now the 30 day period is coming to an end, they first said no extension of the 30 day return policy. Then they said I could have 5 days past the missing parts arrival. Who thinks I have time to put the bike together within the 5 days? I have a JOB! I would not have time to actually ride the bike to check it out, either---again, I have a job. I was promised a call from USA management, but "He is too busy", and no call! Awful, awful! Stay away!

Hello, thanks for the feedback. We definitely encourage customers to take advantage of the 30-day test ride by assembling the bike upon delivery, rather than waiting. For this model, the fenders are an add-on and are installed after the bike is assembled, so it is best to assemble the bike when it arrives. In this case, the fenders arrived without struts, for which we truly apologize! Even though it is best to assemble the bike right away, we were happy to extend the 30-day test ride by five days for you as a gesture of goodwill regarding the missing struts. We also have live agents standing by who reply right away during business hours. Thanks! Peter
