Paid bike has not been delivered since May 2020
The bike I ordered since May 25, 2020 has not been delivered. Almost a year now. Every month, I get an email stating it has been postponed for the following month. The monthly postponement and the promise to deliver has been happening since May 2020. The bike has been paid since May 2020 and I also bought an insurance for the bike sold by the company since last year. I hope we can fine help soon.

Bicycle Order Failure
They promised to ship a bike on 12 DEC20 when ordered 6 weeks prior. It was not until 19DEC20 that I was informed the bike would not arrive until 20JAN21. I immediately canceled the order and found an even better bike for our daughhter.

I ordered my bike The beginning of…
I ordered my bike The beginning of September. It was supposed to ship out in November and it didn’t. Then it was pushed back to December and it didn’t. Then it was pushed back to February 8 which is today. I called today to make sure it was going out. The last time they told me (about a month ago) that it was sitting at the dock and, they told me today that it’s not shipping out until March 28. This will be six months and I still don’t have my bike shipped out yet. Horroble customer service, managers don’t call me back, and the most that they did was a 10% discount for all of the inconvenience when I would’ve just bought my bike elsewhere. I have not received my bike and yet....
I have not received my bike and yet I get emails as if I have. The shipping date has been postponed on 3 occasions and is hopefully going to be only 4 months delayed at this point, but I’m not hopeful. Particularly because they company is not good about updates and statuses on your order. I would not recommend until they get their act together. They over promised and are under delivering, literally.

Damaged bike
Damaged bike! Sent pictures with claim 3 months later replied to claim they expect me to mail bike back when I no longer had the box because the took so long to respond. They expected me to go out of my why buy a box and send back such a huge inconvenience. So now I am left with damage bike and no resolution. Very disappointing after paying so much got a damaged frame and broken parts.

I would give zero stars if the option…
I would give zero stars if the option was presented. My order was delayed by several months and customer service was poor and often unresponsive. I felt gaslit by a company that acted constantly and repeatedly in bad faith. Terrible experience. Would not order from them again.

SCAM - You'll never get a bike - SCAM
These positive reviews are paid by the company. I ordered a bike in August 2020 for my daughter's birthday. Ship date was end of the month. Then it was pushed back to September because of Covid shipping issues. Then it was pushed back again to October because they didn't get their brakes delivered in time. Then it was pushed back to December due to Covid shipping. Then to January 2021 because the bike didn't arrive in their warehouse. Now it is pushed back to March of 2021 because this company is just a SCAM. Their excuses are make believe, just like the bike you paid money for. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

The bikes are nice looking but keep your expectations super low
The bikes are nice looking, but cheaply made. Brake systems are insanely low quality. As a company they are highly unreliable. Our second bike is continually being delayed months at a time. Nothing being offered to us. Just emails about our patience. Highly disappointing.

You will never get your order
I pre ordered a bike in November with a Ship date of 12/14. I still have not received the bike or a confirmed ship date. This literally defies the definition of a pre order. This company does not hold true to their word.

I was really excited about these bikes
I was really excited about these bikes. I bought two as a Christmas present for my daughter and her boyfriend. I received one within 10 days and three months later I hadn’t received the second one. No info on the tracking, so I emailed them to ask as Christmas was just around the corner. They informed me, the bike would ship in August of 2021!! They didn’t have a bike like the one I had bought and offered me another one that was $150 more expensive and a measly 10% discount. I bought a bike from their company but through amazon so I could get it in time for the holidays. Anyway, both bikes give us problems. We followed the instructions to the dot and yet the seats aren’t right. They are loose and rotate and my daughter almost got hurt because the handle bars just don’t seem to stay tight. She was on a ride and the handle bars just flung frontward. We are very disappointed and lost hope of them trying to fix it since they were pretty unhelpful the first time with our first issue.

Very Dissatisfied. Massive order delay. Canceled Order.
I ordered a bike 2 weeks after my girlfriend. Hers arrived 8 weeks later. Mine was expected two weeks later. Suddenly I received an email that my order was now delayed for FIVE MONTHS. I could not believe it. I ordered the same bicycle in a different color as my girlfriend. No explanation as to why the massive delivery delay. I got on the phone and canceled the order. I do not plan to ever reorder from SixThreeZero.

Beyond disappointed
Beyond disappointed with this company. Still waiting on my wife’s bike ordered back in October. Almost felt the company was mocking me by sending me ads/emails in December saying there was still time to “order now to get your bike before Xmas.” I ordered a separate bike that arrived well past estimated date - craftsmanship is sub par for what I was expecting. Bike rack screw holes are stripped and the rack won’t mount, loose thread strands are hanging from handlebar, and the bike arrived with stitching on the seat already undone. Still haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone at customer service in under an hour wait time.

Imagine waiting 9 months for a bike.
I initially pre-ordered a bike on back order sometime in May with an expected shipping of June. Then it got pushed to July. Then August came and the bike never showed. At this time, the company came out with new sets of colors and I figured, I'm never gonna get this bike, so maybe I'll try with these new ones. Because why would you advertise new bikes if they haven't been already packaged and ready to ship right? Wrong. I placed my new order in August with a delivery date of early November. Then it got pushed to late November. Then it got pushed to end of January. Now it has been pushed to early February. The company has offered to give a 10% discount, but it really isn't about the money. It is about the company taking a reactive approach vs a proactive approach to their issues with shipping. Tell me a date, and stick with it. Covid and the problems it has presented have now unfortunately been around for a year. Meaning that every single delay in shipping across the year was an opportunity to improve, and each time that opportunity was missed. I don't mind waiting when there's an end in sight, if you give me a date then so be it. But to give me a date and just change it a week or two before it's due? For close to 9 months? It's a ridiculous game to play.

NO BIKE, POOR COMMUNICATION
NO BIKE, POOR COMMUNICATION: I understand that Covid has affected many companies, but my experience with sixthreezero has been really poor. I've received things from other companies that are going through the same problems but managed to get my orders to me in much less time- even coming from Canada & China. My order was placed in October for my bike and still not here yet. After many e-mails expressing my disappointment, they gave me a 10% discount which was nice....but still no bike & they've had over $400 of my money for over 3 months now. Their communication has been sadly lacking. Until I send another e-mail asking where the heck is my bike I hear nothing and then maybe they say " we appreciate your patience". I DON'T FEEL PATIENT ANYMORE!!! The last time they contacted me after I questioned them once again as to when I would get my bike, they said shipping was expected to be on Jan. 18th - give or take. Today is the 21st....NO BIKE & no further communication. My husband also ordered a bike from Schwinn & received his within a month. His bike has been sitting on the patio waiting for mine to come in. He doesn't want to ride his until I get mine since we ordered them at the same time to go riding TOGETHER....his bike is lonely for my bike. I cannot recommend this company due to having to pay up front and then being dangled for months without a bike. I certainly hope I'm not being taken "for a ride" by this company & they will deliver my bike. We'll see.

Purchased a bicycle 3 months in advance…
Purchased a bicycle 3 months in advance of shipping date and then when the date was moved there was no information. It wasnt until the day came and went and no updates that I reached out and they informed me it had been pushed back a month and a half. Mistakes happen but communication is key in the e-commerce sector.

Still waiting for my bike.
Ordered and paid for my bike in full 10/31/20. Was given a shiiping date of 12/19/20. The bike was not shipped, nor was there an email notifying me of a delay. I had to reach out the the company. I was given a second date of 1/14/21. I still do not have a notification of the bike being shipped out. I have sent an inquiry to find out what is going on. Poor communication. not a good way to do business. This was a Christmas present.

Too long of a wait!
Unfortunately, the bike is wonderful. I received one for my birthday many months ago that took about 3-4 months and after sending a damaged one back to be replaced. I ordered one for my husband beginning October 2020 which was supposed to have been his birthday present in November to be told that we would not receive until January 2021. That was o.k and we understood, however, I had to ask in January what the status was of the bike to now be told that we would not receive until NOVEMBER OF 2021 - SORRY BUT THAT IS RIDICULOUS and bad management. They now need to refund my payment to them which was made in OCTOBER 2020 - hopefully it will not take that long. Very disappointing! I suggest you look for another brand until Sixthreezero can get the products they offer in order, which I suggest if they cannot provide they remove from their website.
