Reckless delivery policy resulted in a stolen bike. Don't use this vendor.
The company chose to ship two bikes on FedEx, who dropped them on the street unexpectedly a whole week before the originally quoted delivery date at 9:30 pm without leaving any notifications, email, text or otherwise. A bike was stolen. The good news, I suppose, is that the thieves could only fit one bike in their vehicle. 630 claims that they have no control over the shipper. We are out $1650. The company takes risks with their shipping policy, and if they don't get it done you take the hit. Choose a company that does furniture type delivery, or at least will get the shipper to ring the doorbell.

Total Junk!
Total Junk! All marketing, no substance, grossly inferior for the price. Help line is just a rehash of the installation booklet. Installation is impossible for the average person who is not a mechanical engineer. The bike shops that they recommend want to charge $200 to complete the assembly! I will not throw good money after bad. The unassembled bike has been given to Goodwill! Total junk; beware

Looks nice, but parts break shortly after warranty
The only positive thing is how nice the bike look. However, mine arrived with a different color battery cage than pictured, and after a year and a half the company still hasn’t sent a replacement. Shortly after a year of use the breaks went out, and at a year and a half the motor went out! Of course these things happened right after the one year warranty expired. And this is all with very mild use, maybe a couple times a month, just riding around the neighborhood. So disappointing. I’m hoping my recent contact with the company will be more positive in finally receiving a replacement for the battery cage, and also purchasing a new motor.

Parts bent + not smooth
Our bike had parts (front fender, front tire, brake) that were bent/not true and we had to take it to a bike shop that was able to somewhat fix things, but not 100%. This costs us time, money, and frustration. Their customer service wasn't of much help. Would recommend buying a bike in person, not by mail... especially when spending $1,000+. In addition, the bike is very jerky - not as smooth as other electric bikes I've ridden.

Customer Service is terrible
Customer Service is terrible. It takes weeks to hear from anyone. The quality and construction are poor. the fenders are so flimsy that they rub on the tire causing an acciden while trying to fix it. It has been a real hassle trying to get help with this. I really want to love the E-Trike, the color is beautiful it is a fun ride. When the bike is delivered it is not 85% put together

sixthreezero gets an F on BBB!
sixthreezero says it will reimburse the amount if professional help is needed for ebike assembly. I've been in contact via email with Cristina for over 4 months. I still haven't receive my reimbursement for $250 for the professional ebike build. This company has a F rating on BBB! I should've checked there first. I will never make another purchase from this company, I doubt they would even honor their warranty.

I should have listened…
I should have listened when the bike shop that helped me put it together said it was garbage! So expensive, didn’t come with all the parts it needs, the wheel popped after two months, the seat is large but uncomfortable, the wheels rub against the metal, and it creaks so much after less than a year! The people at the bike shop say they’ve seen these models and they never hold up. DO NOT BUY THEIR BIKES!

Beware. No Parts Support from 630
I bought the sixthreezero Body Ease 26 Inch 7-Speed Adult Tricycle. After assembly I noticed a slight tic tic tic sound coming from the rear end assembly. I contacted 630 about it and they were no help identifying the issue. I decided not to return the trike thinking if it got worse I could take it to a bike shop for adjustment. Wrong decision. The sound became worse and I have taken it to two different shops. Both shops told me it is a defective rear axle assembly. I was told by both that the rear axle assembly is a 630 proprietary part. I would have to get it from 630. So I contacted 630 to get the part and was told, "Sorry. We don't have it." So now I am stuck with a bunch of 630 scrap metal that cost over $800. I tell everyone I know who is looking at bikes or trikes to avoid 630. All they do is import Chinese bikes/trikes and they will leave you stranded if you need a major part.

I recently purchased their EVRY journey…
I recently purchased their EVRY journey mens 7 speed bike thru Amazon.com. It arrived with a bent front rim and after filling out several forms and sending pictures of the damage, I was unable to get them to replace the damaged rim. Instead they offered to sell me a new one. Be careful buying online from this company.

I purchased the Around the Block e-bike…
I purchased the Around the Block e-bike 500w from woot.com, owned by Amazon a couple weeks ago! The bike came with the wrong fork, the front tire won't fit on the fork. I am still waiting on a replacement part. Quality control seems to be a problem. I can't even correctly rate the bike because it is inoperable!! It has been on the bike stand for over a week!

I bought 2 bikes, I'm really really sorry. I Want A Refund..
I bought 2 bikes. One for me and one for my wife. We are 65 years old and I am very disappointed and unhappy. I can't pedal the bike without any assistance. I wanted the electric motor to help me pedal, but the problem is the battery drains so fast that I cant go more than a few miles from my house. And I worry that I will not have enough battery to make it home and I will be really screwed because I can't pedal the bike and it is too heavy to lift and it doesn't fit in my car if I have to call my wife to pick me up.

Stuck With Expensive Junk
This is NOT a good company to buy a bike from. I am sorry to give this 1 star. The company and the bike I purchased don't deserve it. Please go elsewhere for your bike. The Shimano derailleur ended up in my spokes. Before this occurred I sent emails regarding the noise it made. It was professionally adjusted as they suggested. My last email still on this gear shift issue (within the warranty period) received no response from them. Rich told me they replied. There was nothing sent. He suggested I have it adjusted again or buy a new one. Manipulative and Intentionally deceptive company. Stay away!!!

I have yet to ride my new bike, because of issues
I received my new bike on or near August 10th, 2022. I have yet to ride it. The first problem stemmed for the assembly the brakes ....we watch you tube videos with no success. We ended up taking it to a local bike shop. They said the spring was missing. shop replaced for a $25.00 fee I get the bike home, and to my shock, the shifter on my 3 speed is not working. I put in a call, to customer the online person said a video of the problem would help. I tried to upload....but the video was too big. I then just emailed and called customer service. The gentleman who called me back was Rich Lee we explained our problem ...he told us the company who manufactured the gear shifts had been having issue with a clip, he said it would be too much to explained, and He would instead send us a you tube clip. We watched and had no clue, I responded to the email from Mr. Lee and ask him was the clip missing . He said it probably was there but needed to be attached. We are not bike mechanics, and never did get the issue fixed. My husband is making yet another return to the bike shop. I wished that I never purchased this bike. What a total disappointment as far as customer service , Why am I'm paying out of my pocket for a brand-new bike. I could have gone to Walmart to just return the bike if it were giving me these many issues. What a waste of my money, and I also purchased a matching helmet.

Honest Review EvryJourney by…
Honest Review EvryJourney by SixThreeZero. Unlike most people, rarely will I post a less than stellar review. I feel that most people are overly critical and basically have unrealistic expectations. Therefore, I choose to limit my reviews to positive experiences and not focus on the rarely experienced bad encounters. I guess my years in the service industry have developed this behavior. However, my disappointment with the EvryJourney by SixThreeZero has pushed me to express a below expectations review. Let me point to some of the positives with the bike and SixThreeZero. 1) The ride position is very comfortable. As a cruiser, the forward pedal position creates an enjoyable casual ride. It enables a very upright seating position which is without doubt easy on your back and hips. 2) They are creating a strong community sense with their App and social media presence. This is creating new cyclists which may not have been adopted cycling without it. 3) The appearance of the bike is attractive. Now the Cons. 1) I know their bikes are manufactured in China just like 95% of other bikes. However, this manufacturing is subpar. The welds are extremely sloppy with spatter, pitting, and blowholes. Clearly, they are hand welded with inexperienced techs. Also, the fit and finish is horrendous. Trying to align items such as the fenders and rear rack were not possible without bending the shape of the items. Out of the box, the rear fender and chain guard are attached to the frame. Both had to be removed in order to reshape them as they were both rubbing on the rear tire and crank sprocket, respectfully. (The shipping box was undamaged and showed no signs causing the issues.) 2) Paint while an attractive color, its application is also subpar. The amount of paint applied is the bare minimum to cover the steel. In some areas, the paint is so thin it appears more as over-spray. Combining the poor welds and minimal paint, rust will be an issue on the steel frame. This will happen whether you get caught in a small rain shower or just live in a humid environment. Honestly, cheap bikes from Walmart are of similar quality and house brands like Nishiki from Dick's Sporting Good are of better craftsmanship. For a bike which starts at $519, one would expect much more. The riding position and style can be obtained for other manufacturers for less money with similar quality or higher quality for similar cost. In the end, SixThreeZero is selling an image and lifestyle. Unfortunately, from our experience the build value of the bike is about $200 and their experience is the balance. If you need the SixThreeZero experience to motivate you to get out and ride, then by all means pay them. However, you should be aware of what you are truly getting for your hard earned money. So I reached out to the company because of their customer service commitment "if you're not happy, we're not happy. Let us take care of it -- no problem is too big or too small!" I stated provided them the exact above review. Their response, "If you have any issues/concerns regarding the bike, please let me know. " Seriously, did they not read my negative review?? So, I have now submitted numerous follow up emails asking for a refund/discount/exchange/touch up paint, etc. They no longer respond to my emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

terrible company to deal with
Probably one of the worst buys I've ever made next to the '69 fiat spyder I bought a long time ago. The bike came assembled wrong. They offered free shop assembly but I decided to fix the issues and finish assembly myself. Immediately I noticed the battery has no manufacturer's marks. Nothing to say who makes it in case I have an issue like it burns my house down. When I contacted support, their response was surprising. They wanted to know why I wanted to know so I wrote back with a long list of reasons why should know where your lithium batteries come from. I've since contacted again about a different issue and they're not just ignorant of bikes in general but rude as well. For what I paid for the bike, I deserve a bit higher level of service, especially after saving them money correcting their mistakes with the bike from the beginning. As for the bike, it's considerably overweight. It looks nice but they put way too much steel in the frame so it's not easy to handle. Plus there's some really dumb design issues like not being able to mount this to a rack, and using cable ties on the wiring. If I hadn't made changes to the bike and got a rear flat, I wouldn't have been able to change it. And, the wheels don't run true so the brakes are noisy and derailer doesn't quite work right and there's nothing I can do. I bought this on woot, the amazon affiliate, so I wasn't able to return this otherwise it would have gone back the first day because the brake levers, cables and so on were all installed incorrectly. But, I though I was dealing with a professional company but judging by their customer support I guess not. And, their facebook group is joke also because they apparently delete any posting that is not a glowing comment on their bikes.

3 months and counting.
Fairly good customer service but I’m tired of waiting for a bike that was originally supposed to come in March.

Thank you for your feedback, Rachel. We know you’ve been waiting for your order and we apologize for the delays on that specific bike model. Supply chains are making it difficult to get our 21 speed bicycles but rest assured that we are still working closely with our manufacturers to get the bikes sooner. Our team will reach out again to update you on your order. Thank you for your extended patience here.

Heavy Bike
I purchased the bike in cream and was so excited when it finally arrived. It should have been perfect after all the glowing reviews online. However, it had some bents when I opened it. It was extremely heavy and very hard to pedal, no matter what setting it was on. I tried a friend's Electra Townie, which is the same style, and was blown away by how much easier it was, more comfortable, and much sturdier. Returning it would have been a hassle, but I was able to sell my bike on FB Marketplace and move on to a better bike.
