Horrible Delay
We ordered our 3 months ago and still have not received it. We keep getting e-mails fromSixthreeZero asking us how we like our bike and advertising other bikes. The original delivery time was about 2 1/2 months which was bad enough, but now it's been delayed another two weeks. I would suggest getting a bike from a local store rather than being in limbo. I'm waiting for another delay....

I was sold on the thought that these bikes were actually built in USA, only to learn that the bikes are actually built overseas. After waiting 5 months on a bike it is disheartening, I just hope the bike gets here before summer.

Bad Bad Bad
It took forever (we ordered in November, were told it would be there January 3rd yet it hadn't arrived in February when we canceled), communication was horrible (could never. We ended up going with a company that could actually fulfill the order when they said they would. We are happy with our two Trek E-Bikes. I recommend that any new buyer join the facebook group first. We found that everyone was having a similar experience however the company just kept selling knowing they couldn't fulfill the orders.

Bad communication and inadequate quality control
Poor communication of delays. I was only notified after the fact and after I asked why my bike hadn't been delivered. This happened three times over the course of three months. The bike was delivered with a bent derailer and broken brake lever, which indicates inadequate quality control.

Not impressed
I understand the world is going through a pandemic and logistics are a nightmare at this point. I preordered my bike in December. I got emails saying it was supposed to ship in early March. March rolls around and no word. I contacted the company and they said the new ship date is May. I’m on the Facebook page and people are posting about the same experience daily. I knew I’d have to be patient, however I would feel less annoyed with the situation if there were continuous communication, but MOSTLY if they simply took the bikes off their site that they don’t have the parts for instead of taking preorders and accepting our money with a bike to come way after it’s promised. Not to mention they are fulfilling orders on Amazon as well. It would make more sense to me to take care of the customers who ordered first. Just seems to me like they don’t care as much about the customer by going about it this way.

I ordered a bike in November that was due to arrive in February and the latest delivery estimate is July because of production delays. It’s frustrating and unacceptable. I will not be using this company in the future

...I had high hopes
I purchased a bike for my girlfriend last November for a Christmas gift. I understood chipping times would take longer than normal with everything g going on and we received the bike in early February. The only problem I had was a lack of updates on the shipping date for my order. I had to reach out to Sixthreezero directly to get an update since the shipping date was delayed a few times. While we were waiting for her bike to be delivered I decided to purchase one myself. I had already seen a bike I liked while browsing the site when I made my first purchase. I went to purchase the bike and the price and increased $40. I reached out to customer service to see if I could get it for the original price since I had just purchased one a few weeks earlier at the lower price. I was told shipping costs had gone up and they couldn’t drop the price. I decided the wait on making the purchase and save a little extra money to buy it at the new price. I already had the bike in my cart and when I went to make the purchase the price had increased again an additional $30. I’m glad I noticed this since the bike was still in my cart and the price had been changed the day before. I reached out to customer service again to see if they would agree to sell me the bike at the price it was when I added it to my cart. They wouldn’t and now I’ve decided that I don’t think I’ll ever purchase anything from this company in the future and I’m considering returning the bike we already purchased after dealing with this terrible customer service. Instead of selling another bike it seems like you’d rather lose a sale, a customer for life, and handle the cost of a return.

False promises
I ordered A bike in December. It was supposed to be delivered in January. You delay the delivery date until March. Now you’re delay in the delivery date until May. As it stands now my wife’s Christmas present will be here by Memorial Day. I am very disappointed in your company’s performance

sixthreezero is not responsive to customer concerns, complaints, or emails. If you order a bike that is back-ordered, they will charge your credit card regardless of the expected date of delivery.

It will have taken 9 months to receive my bike. I ordered it in December 2020 and the estimated delivery time is now September 2021. Originally, it was February 2021, which was bad enough. The only reason I know this is b/c I asked. Otherwise, I'm not sure I would have been notified of the delay. Maybe if you sourced your parts from the USA you wouldn't have this problem of trying to get parts from overseas. The worst part is that I have paid in full for a bike I don't even have. Most companies charge once the product has shipped if it's backordered. And now I've been asked to do a survey about how I'm enjoying my bike. Hmm. Long story short, I'm thinking about cancelling.

I ordered two bikes in the fall of…
I ordered two bikes in the fall of 2020. Both were intended to be Christmas presents. My wife and I intended to spend some quality time during COVID with a new hobby. One bike arrived in a matter of weeks and we were informed that the other bike would arrive shortly after the holiday. At first we were okay with the delay of the second bike. However, we have now been informed that the other bike is not expected to be shipped until May 2021. Waiting over a half of a year to receive a product that is paid for is unacceptable. Not to mention we received little to no communication from the company. Hence the rating of one star. Our only hope is that the company stands true to their word and our new adventure may start in the summer.

After a nightmare ordeal of getting a bike that magically got back ordered, I was given a bike with a faulty part. They have sent a new part out 3 times and there has been a problem each time. I am in the process of returning the bike.

Purchased a bike that stated was in stock for a Christmas present. Received the order confirmation email Then received another email stating the order was a pre-order and would not ship until after January 2021. Cancelled the order as a Christmas gift after January 2021 is not longer a Christmas gift.
