Poor experience
I received parts for my recently purchased rickshaw that I never ordered with no explanation or instructions. Very poor customer service and communication on a very expensive trike.

Hi Don and Jackie, Thank you so much for becoming part of the rickshaw family. I apologize for the miscommunication there on our end. We shipped a pair of extra support brackets to you to make the rear connection extra strong. An email with a video should have accompanied that, but I see that you didn't receive that. Lara will reach out to you today so you can see how to easily attach these brackets. We had these support brackets made out of an abundance of caution to reinforce the rear connection. I really apologize for the confusion we caused. Thank you! Peter

I ordered a new electric bike in early…
I ordered a new electric bike in early July and it was received with a damaged wheel and I couldn’t use the bike. I called SixThreeZero for a replacement wheel and they agreed to send a replacement. I received the replacement wheel three weeks later and it was the wrong wheel. I called SixThreeZero once again and they said they would send a replacement part. After another three week wait I had to contact SixThreeZero once again and they told me the part hadn’t shipped yet but they would look into it right away and let me know ASAP the status. I never heard back from customer service but I did finally receive the replacement part today August 28. So I purchased a $1,300 bike in July and it’s almost the end of August and I still haven’t been able to be ride it. My 30 day test ride has expired so I hope this bike is going to be acceptable. The bike looks great but after almost 2 months and not being able to ride it I’m not really a happy customer.

Rescinded Assembly Reimbursement Costs Me $250
Bought two bikes, each had a postcard offering to reimburse me for professional assembly by any bikeshop. So I had my local shop assemble both at $125 a pop, then followed the instructions on the card and sent the receipt to sixthreezero. Got an email a few days later that essentially said, "Sorry, we ended that offer last year", costing me $250. Sixthreezero had ample opportunity to let me (and other customers) know about the expiration of this offer by 1) putting a notice on the website, not just removing the offer, 2) including the notice about the discontinuation in any correspondence, 3) including a note with the shipment itself. It's obvious the company knew about the promotional cards, and decided to just let it quietly disappear rather than take proactive actions to avoid confusion This lack of good business practice has cost me an additional $250, and despite my satisfaction with the products themselves, I cannot recommend sixthreezero to any of my cycling groups or friends.

We received a bike 2weeks ago. It came with the wrong forks. So we cannot ride the bike. We contacted the company immediately, they said they would send the parts. Now over 2 weeks have gone by and the parts have not even shipped! When we call, if you can get through. Otherwise you are hold for an hour and then are sent to voicemail. Very disappointed! Customer service lacking.

I have been waiting for over three…
I have been waiting for over three months for a chain guard for my bike. The bike arrived with the chain guard bent into the chain. I am unable to ride the bike. All I get is that it is on back order and should ship soon. Meanwhile I have not even been able to test ride and the warranty is ticking on a bike that is not safe to ride.

Poor Quality
I purchased a limited edition bike in May of 2022 spent about $700. We are weekend bikers and probably on put 50 miles on it in 2022. We store the bike in the shed during the summer and in the basement for the winter months. In June of 2023 I brought it to our local bike shop to be tuned up for the summer season. They found that the tires had a defect and recommended replacement. I contacted sixthreezero and was told the bike was out of warranty (it was by days). After a few calls and e-mails the company finally agreed to cover them under warranty. It is now the middle of August and still have not received the replacement tires. I paid $700 for a bike that I have not been able to use. Very disappointed in the quality of the bike and customer service. Will never purchase a sixthreezero bike again.

They need a lot of work
My wife bought one of these bikes last month and there have only been problems. The first thing that happened was they shipped us a defective LCD screen. It had a mark in the middle of it. They offered to replace it and did ship a replacement, but the replacement was for the wrong model bike. We have yet to receive the correct replacement screen. After two weeks of only light riding, the right peddle fell off the bike. The metal was stripped so much that the bike repair shop couldn't retap the crank arm and had to completely replace the peddle at our expense. After the peddle repair, the peddle assist feature has not been working. Customer support has not been able to help us resolve this. I wonder what the next issue will be.

Horrible customer service!
I purchased a EVRYjourney Men's 26" Steel bike on May 24, 2023 as a father's day gift for my husband. However, due to a defect, we were unable to complete the assembly of the bike. We contacted the company multiple times after that without any response. Finally, I received an email on July 4th, stating a purchase has been processed without any details about the product. We assumed that a replacement of the defect part had been shipped. However, a month passed and we received nothing! We contacted them again on Aug 1st and we were told that the part was shipped on July 5th. We originally purchased the bike to have some fun rides with the kids this spring and summer. However, months passed and the summer is almost over, yet our bike is still not usable. We're going on an international trip in 2 weeks and we don't think we'll be able to use it at all this summer. We spent many hours of labor trying to put the bike together and were so excited to ride it, however, all we received was disappointment. This has been a horrible experience with both the quality of the product and the unresponsive customer services!

At the moment I have no hope this…
At the moment I have no hope this company will make this situation with my Maya bike right. I am ready to take legal action if I need to. I was so initially happy to order an American made electric bike to be able to bike to work. Upon receiving my bike that took a while to arrive. I noticed dents in the frame and chipped paint however I thought if the bike works I can over look that. However once I started building the bike using the useless directions and videos that did not help I noticed more issues. The screws did not fit in the pre drilled holes. The front break plate does not sit straight and rubs when wheel moves. The seat and brakes will not tighten. And worst of all the computer system does not consistently stay connected when biking with the electric system. When I contacted the return team they denied my request due to being a couple days over my 30 day return policy. Where I live it has been storming constantly so I had no chance to take it out for a long ride. It also took a bit to build. I am extremely disappointed not only in the product I received but the response from the company.

Bad customer service
Can't say I was wowed by the customer service. I received my bike and pretty much every single component had paint damage. Also one of the wheels was out of true and a couple of parts were bent. They payed for me to get the wheel trued at a local bike shop and sent me replacements for some of the smaller parts, but were unwilling to replace the frame which also had paint damage. All in all I spent a lot of time, labor, and full price on what feels very much like a used bike. Given the extent of the damage, they should have just been willing to replace the whole bike. I won't be buying from them again.

Slow response for manufacturer error
My front fork was manufactured crooked and I am still waiting for a replacement part. Summer is halfway gone and no bike to ride...I may return the whole thing at this point!!!!!!!!!!
