Worst customer service ever
I have never experienced customer service this bad in my life. First I bought an EvryJourney bike last June and I had a good experience with that bike fortunately. Then I ordered an e-bike last July that came in damaged with several parts (particularly the rack) needing to be replaced. After submitting our request to replace the parts, we received all other minor parts, but months go by without receiving the bike rack. We followed up constantly and they finally they gave us a tracking number for the rack we needed (I think we’re in September at this point). Then after a week or so the tracking number never updates and we never receive our parts. Then we follow up and they have no answers as to when it will ship. Eventually we get a new tracking number and it’s the same story, it still never ships after weeks later. Finally in November after months of back and forth with Sixthreezero, and an unusable $2000 bike taking up space in our little apartment , we request to return our bike (yes I’m surprised we were this patient).

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!
We waited months for my wife's bike. I communicated with customer "service" on numerous occasions regarding the shifting delivery date and never received a response. When we finally received the bike, it was damaged and we received no help form customer service. Buyer Beware!

Inventory and Transparency Issues
I ordered a bike that was shown on the website as “available for immediate shipment”. It wasnt the exact one I wanted but I settled because it was available. After a week I was emailed warranty registration information for “your new bike” but no bike was ever received. After another week with no correspondence and no bike I tracked down customer service only to find out the order was delayed by EIGHT months. On the positive side, customer service issued a refund immediately.

I ordered a bike as my daughters Xmas present. I knew covid had caused problems and it wasn’t going to be on time but shortly after. I still haven’t seen it. Not single call or email update. Just this survey. I’ll never do business with them again.

Update: after so much BS I canceled my order
Final update: received almost another carbon copy BS email from Jerome saying “Oopsie, got our dates wrong again. So sorry!” Canceling my order with this ridiculous company. The whole process has been utter BS. Proceed with them at your own risk but my advice is to AVOID this company. Update: I ordered this bike in October and was given a delivery date of December 14. That date came and went and they said it would be shipped December 28. That date came and went with no word from them. I contacted them they replied that March 14 it would ship. As March approached I reached out to ask about my bike. Jerome told me it was on the ship and would ship by March 24. To quote Jerome, "The bike is still on the water and very soon arriving at the port, so this date is reliable." That was 5 days ago. Today I received an email informing me of the good news that my bike will ship MAY 27. I AM DONE WITH THIS RIDICULOUS COMPANY. They charge you at the time of the order rather than when the bike has actually shipped to you. What a joke.

Very slow initial and followup responses
Very slow initial and followup response times to my issue (a damaged bike we want to return), and each response doesn’t resolve our issue, which we’ve been clear about, but rather offers continued discounted pricing on a broken bicycle. Why would I pay for a portion of a bike we can’t ride? None of it makes sense and it has been a disappointing process.

5 Months - No Bike
I ordered 3 bikes in October 2020, for Christmas gifts, and didn't receive ANY of them in time for Christmas. And, as of today, the END of February, I STILL do not have 1 of the bikes I ordered. When I reach out for contact, NO response. Livid, and would NOT do business with them again.

Not Impressed So Far
I bought my bike in November for arrival January 4. On December 9, I got an email saying if wasn’t too late to register my bike warranty - to look at the serial number the bike. The one I don’t have yet. January 7, I received a generic email thanking customers for patience and stating how busy 2020 was for the company. No real information. I understand bikes are in high demand so I was prepared for a little delay, but believe they should have communicated that. Two weeks later, with no bike or communications. I called customer service. They said my bike would come in March!! I spent a lot of time researching and believed this is the bike I wanted, so I left the order in place. On February 1, I received an email asking how I enjoyed my bike during the first month of use. Seriously?!?! If I actually get my bike, I pray to God it’s better than their customer service and communications because that seems to be a hot mess.

This bike is not very well made
This bike is not very well made. The first time I took it out it was shaky and rattled. Everything felt loose. I took it to a local bike shop to get everything tightened up, and they also said this bike is not very sturdy. I attempted one more ride on it, however it still felt loose and as if it wasn't going to hold up. It's been sitting in my dining room since August.

Still waiting on my daughters bike that was promised to be here before Christmas. I understand the issues because of Covid-19, but I shouldn't be the one calling you for updates, you should be call me. The last update I got, because I e-mailed you was the bike would be here in March. I'm not a happy camper. To be continued................

6 months and still waiting - THE WORST
I ordered my bike in September of 2020 - they have since moved my shipping date back 3 times and it is set to ship on March 3rd (although I have not received any updates since December of that date and it is now Feb 21st) - I expect it to be delayed again. they continue to sell bikes but have not reached out to try and offer me a substitute option that would meet my needs. they have offered me to take my money back and go without a bike. I just want a bike and it's going on 6 months now. they did offer me about a 15$ discount for having waited for 6 month (which I declined since they seem so strapped for cash that they can't get me ANY bike in under 6 months). This will be the first and last time I work with them. I understand it's pandemic - but 6 months is egregious. either admit you don't actually have the ability for me to order a bike to my specification and offer an alternative or stop taking custom bike orders.

I had to cancel the preorder bicycle I had ordered for my granddaughter's Christmas gift since the bike was not going to be delivered until 1/31/2021. So having said that I was not able to get her her bike in time for Christmas with another manufacturer. Which from the beginning sixthreezero told me it would be delivered before Christmas. That was the whole purpose of the preorder in November. Your customer service is awful.

One star because they keep sending me emails asking how my purchase is. Well my purchase was made in December, moved to feb, now to July. If anyone knows that I don’t have my purchase it should be them!
