Would give them a ZERO if I could
Would give them a 0 if I could. First, let me say I own many Dyson products and am happy with their products. If you plan on buying a Dyson product DONT buy online. If you need to return something it is a horrible process. Outsourced customer service . I took over a week to get a return label after multiple request. Dyson received the return on Nov 13 and have not received a refund. If you reach out via email - crickets. If you call , be prepared to be on hold for an hour with an end result where they can’t help you. HORRIBLE. I filed a complaint with BBB.

Dyson doesn't have any customer service
Giving 2 for the product quality. But their customer service fades everything. Be very care ful when buying any Dyson products. Think twice before placing order and you are also on the mercy of the product you get. You would not get any customer service.

I wish this was a ZERO rating. I ordered direct from DYSON - big mistake!! go through costco and you will be taken care of. Supersonic hairdryer ordered, UPS delivered an open box - empty - THEY sent their proof of delivery photo to me and to DYSON. I called DYSO on many times and i still keep hearing about the 7 - 10 claim with UPS... and now we are 14 days past their specified timeline. I called again today to find out they are again going to submit a claim to UPS. I do not believe them any more. DYSON customer service in Honduras is totally incompetent, but I guess following their scripts. So now my recourse of action is to claim against by credit card charge as clearly Dyson is doing nothing, I never got the hairdryer so I am within my right to dispute the charge. DISGUSTING .... so much for ICONIC SERVICE garbage

I placed an order for an Airwrap on Black Friday and received a confirmation email the following day. However, two days later, I got an email from the company stating that the product I ordered was out of stock. After three days, I received another email telling me that my order was on its way. But when I checked the tracking number provided, there was no movement. I decided to contact them via chat and phone, and they promised to check with the warehouse and get back to me via email within 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any email from them. I called them again, and this time, the customer service representative told me that the product was out of stock, which was why there had been no movement for my order, and that they would send me a replacement unit with a different color. After two days, I received an email for the replacement unit. However, I haven't received any updates or tracking information for a few days since I received the replacement unit's email.

Dyson is horrible
Dyson is horrible! I have tried to return a vacuum that arrived damaged. Dyson refuses to return the vacuum. Dyson has a 30 day free return policy they refuse to honor. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DYSON!!!

I have been waiting 3 weeks
I have been waiting 3 weeks for my air purifier. UPS tracking says it’s just hasn’t left the warehouse or in UPS hands yet. Called twice waiting 45 minutes just for them to say it’s coming. No email about any delay. But they have sent warranty active email and all kinds of promotional emails. So next I’ll be arguing for longer warranty since they already registered it?!

Struggling with order return
I am experiencing frustration with the return process for the first time. I’ve made several attempts to fill out the return form, waiting beyond 48 hours each time for a response. There is no customer service or any assistance from the company. I have no clue how to proceed with the return. The hotline requires waiting for more than an hour, no response through WhatsApp, and the live assistant chat is unavailable.

I simply called to order a second battery for my cordless. All of my info was lost. I gave her every number on the machine and battery. "So sorry, nothing is coming up". Seriously? I gave the freaking serial number! What the Hell? She wanted also the s number on the battery. Guess what? Nothing saying serial #! After 45 minutes I had to let her go. Called tech support. The hi class English girl said 45 min! Arrggg!!! I'm gone.

Worst experience in my life with dyson.my husband bought flate iron I open never work I send them back dyson will send you new one it's been 6 months trying so many time every time give me different trk # saying you will get in 7 to 14 days .? Days and days passed they haven't send me anything back no money back .they are the biggest scams. It's has been so frustrated from 7 months I hate to call them back $ 400 is stuck with dyson never business with dyson .

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company are thieves. I placed an order November 25 and until this day have no news on where my order is. My credit card was charged a long time ago though and how come I cannot get a resolution. My first call with them was December 5 I have called 4 times more since then. No resolution and they have kept my money.

This is the most complicated difficult business I have done business with in years. I have been waiting 6 weeks for a refund I returned unopened. I waited on the phone for 1 hour to speak with a human who once on the line had no clue how to help me. I have reached out repeated to customer service by email with no response. The actual return process was so detailed and complicated which clearly did not contribute to efficiency fir receiving a faster refund. I will not buy any more products from this brand.

Dyson vacuum cleaner is not durable, their outsourced service support isn't reliable.
I bought my vacuum cleaner about a year ago. I didn't use it a lot. After a while I discovered that my machine was unable to perform as advertised. Instead of 7 min it worked 1 min and later even shorter - 20 sec. I spent more time with Dyson service department by now than I used my Dyson. First they wrongly troubleshooted my cleaner and sent me the new body instead of the new battery. Then they promised exchange my machine. Now I'm out of any vacuum cleaner for more than 2 weeks with their shipment warranty during 5-7 days . They charge an enormous amount of money for their stuff to give people a deceiving message about durability of the equipment and reliability of the service support. It seems that both of them are wrong.

False advertisement and delayed order updates and processing
I ordered an air wrap exclusive and it was “placed” and stayed in that position for 4 days, I called and was told they would send a message to the warehouse to expedite the order. I called again today after not receiving a confirmation or noting a change from “placed” in my account on the website. I was told the same thing and asked to speak to a supervisor in Customer service was put on hold a number of times and after being on the phone with them for 1 hour and 48 min I told them I could no longer hold. During the conversation I was told they could not guarantee my order by Christmas even though their website advertised today “order by 3 pm on 12/20 and receive your order by 12/24. Today is 12/18.

Dyson customer services is worst one
Dyson customer services is worst one. My v12 vacuum stopped to work 3 months ago. I have reached them but nothing happened. It broke down in only 9 months. My machine has warranty. They always come up with something. Ome time they say there ia a technical glitch, the other time they can't reach my information. They even said that we will send you a new machine in 3-5 days but it had been 1 month. I WON'T BUY DYSON PRODUCT EVER AGAIN.

Not worth it!
Battery died within 7 months. Under warranty but no replacement batteries available. Can’t get a Live Person on the phone. Chat is alway “unavailable”. Email response time in spotty and inconsistent. Terrible customer service! The vacuum is definitely not worth the headache. DO NOT BUY!!

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I thought car rentals were bad but this trumps anything I’ve ever experienced. It is impossible to get a hold of them, all their systems are not working. I’ve been trying to return an unopened package for 20 days now and last interaction I was on the phone for 95 minutes, of which 50min wait time and 45min interaction and I still haven’t received a return label. “They will get back to me”. It is mind boggling that a company of this size can get away with this.

my dyson ph04 humidifier broke, and they offered to exchnage it for a new one. I shipped back my old one november 1st, today 1st december 22. i still dont have my humidifier and they just say everytime sorry, were busy, xmas time and etc.. IDIOT COMPANY.

I had an AIRWRAP exchange done 2 months ago, I contacted them over 15 times, they told me the color is out of stock via email, i changed it to another color. I contacted them yesterday again, they said sorry we color is out of stock, we can change it for you. i changed it already 5 times, 1 via email 3, via call, 1 via chat. They say so sorry nothing we can do about it. The package has not yet shipped and it will ship in 48 hours. After i finish the chat yesterday, the airwrap arrives magically after like 30 minutes. I checked the tracking, it was shipped a week ago, BUT NO NOTIFICATION, and the REPRESENTITIVES didnt even see that it shipped! This is insane! I left today for holidays, so if i wasnt home i would ve lost the package. F DYSON. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
