I dont even own a dyson... and cant even get someone else dyson currently unregistered by mistake it's SO BAD
I dont even own a dyson.. I want to check a model warranty for my boss cause he recommended it.. IT REGISETRED his dyson to my account and DYSON wont let me remove it.. LOL it's not even my dyson.. Now the owner of the dyson cant even register their own dyson and dyson cant do anything.. this maybe the worst support i ever dealt it.. i wasted 3 hours on hold to just to explain the issue but the reps are just so dumb they freeze.

Never Buy a Dyson
I returned a defective vacuum by UPS. They never returned my money even though I received a confirmation email from Dyson regarding the receipt of the vacuum. I have spent over 3 hours total on two separate occasions with Dyson. They refuse to return the money because they cannot find the tracking, EVEN though they sent an email confirming receipt.

Purchased a Dyson air cleaners "Big and Quiet". It started making a scraping sound in just 30 days. Their chat bot suggested a return to service for an exchange. They've had my machine in service since 11/2 (I have the shipping number to prove it). No return shipping......nothing...Their tech support says we will be in touch in 24-48 hours..... I've been told this numerous times....YET THEY STILL HAVE THE MACHINE I PURCHASED AND MY MONEY. I'D LIKE TO SAY THEY HIRE CLOWNS TO DO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.....BUT THAT IS INSULTING TO CLOWNS. DO NOT BUY DYSON....GO TO THEIR COMPETITOR.

I wish I read these reviews!!! I HAD a Dyson Coralle, which stopped holding a charge. Dyson informed me that I should return my product and they would be sent a replacement within 14 days. Well, here I am, three months later, and still no device. I am beyond frustrated!!!!!!! Customer service SUCKS!!! just pray you don't have a problem, because if you do, you may never get a solution.

I can't cancel or change orders online
I can't cancel or change orders online! Its 2023, and it takes 60 minutes to call customer service and wait for a representative. This is a terrible purchasing experience. All I need to do is remove one item from my order that is not compatible with my vacuum. Now I have to wait till the order is delivered, then submit a return, and then wait up to 8 weeks for the return to be processed and a refund issued. Does that not sound insane and completely inconsiderate of your customers time? It should not be this hard to fix an order.

What a piece of garbage
I bought a humidifier less than two weeks ago. Humidifier broke immediately. I’ve spent hours on the phone with support (you have to wait in line for over 40 min to speak to a representative). I messaged on WhatsApp multiple times. I emailed multiple times. Dyson representatives promised to arrange a pickup of the broken item multiple times. Every time they say the confirmation email will arrive in 24-48 hours but it never does! I have to contact them again and they start the whole process from scratch, asking me questions for hours, finally promise to arrange the pickup and then again…NOTHING!

The only recourse for technical support…
The only recourse for technical support is by phone but the wait time is OVER an hour, then before even giving them the serial number, the call is disconnected. This happens over and over. Problem NOT resolved.

I spend a ridiculous amount of $ for the hair dryer. The bag showed up and the actual blow dryer never arrived. Dyson claims it is “lost” and it is now a sold out item. I’ve been on hold with customer service for an hour with so help. What a poor company

Not like they used to be
Have always bought dyson and have always thought they were great….until now. Just purchased a new V8 stick vacuum. Dyson have very obviously changed manufacturing company because the rotating head doesn’t move freely and the dust compartment lid gets stuck sometimes when trying to empty it. Extremely disappointed given the cost. Everything knowadays is just crap quality for the same price. Shame shame dyson.

worse customer service for high end product
Same story. Tried to cancel my order before they ship twice. they promised that it will be cancel and get my refund within 1-2 businesa day. two days latet got an ema said that my order is on the way. call them again and do a return and should receive a shipping lable in 24-48 hours. day 4 and still nothing. i hate calling them and wait 1-2 hours each time and hear all they lies and promising. DO NOT BY ONLINE WITH THEM. canceling or returning is non exist

Good luck getting your ‘hassle free’ warranty fulfilled without being extremely inconvenienced, have money to ship, boxes to ship and are ok with being bold face lied to by support in order to get good reviews all while they are barely able to provide proper English replies. Strongly recommend not buying anything Dyson ever. 100% not worth the HASSLE

How I Got Dyson To Respond
I posted earlier about how Dyson had me ship my vacuum cleaner to them so I could get a replacement. Six weeks went by and I still didn’t receive a replacement vacuum. I filed a complaint with BBB and received a new vac in a week.

I have hair straighteners I only had them 3 years and they have stopped working, I contract Dyson customers service which was shocking it took me 3 weeks of telephone calls to get my hair straightened picked up I had to pay £90 For them to have a look at them but all they are interested in is selling you a new pair once they got them they came quickly back saying can’t be fixed but I can buy a new pair straighten you pay a lot of money for them and you should not have to buy a replacement pair just after 3 years .

Buyers beware - impossible to get ahold of customer service
I purchased the blowdryer. Tried it, was awkward to hold and certainly not worth the price (almost $500!!). I wanted to return it. Firstly, it was packaged so tightly that I could not get all the parts back in the box. So I had to use a different cardboard box so everything would fit. I submitted their return form and received an email back saying I would hear back within 24-28 hours. It's been 9 DAYS! I'm currently waiting in line on the phone with them - the wait time is 60 minutes...Their online chat doesn't work and no one is responding on their WhatsApp. Freaking out a little because I really want my $450 dollars back. I'm beginning to think I've made a terrible mistake buying it in the first place. Why is it so hard to get ahold of somebody?!

Worst customer experience ever!
Dyson has the worst customer experience I've ever had. I requested an order cancellation 30 days ago as the order arrived damaged at UPS. Since then I've had to contact Dyson 6 times for an update on my refund & they keep telling me it will take 7-14 days every time. Customer service team is beyond incompetent and so far it doesn't look like they have made any real effort to give me my refund of $300

I have 2 complaints! The battery on my current cordless vac isn't working. They told me they would send a replacement. After 2 months, I still don't have a replacement. I can't get them to respond to my email requests either. My 2nd complaint is that I ordered a cordless vac for my son on November 28th and it still hasn't arrived. When I enter the tracking number on UPS is tells me the number is invalid. I can't get a response from Dyson about this either.

Customer service is non-existing
I bought a Dyson Airwrap styler two weeks ago. There was an issue with the cable and I decided to return the product while I could. I filed the return form and they did not respond. I tried to chat with customer service but there was no agent available. I have been trying to call their customer service and no luck so far. Dyson customer service is the worst I have seen for as long as I can remember. If you intend to buy from Dyson.com, expect no customer care or service.

I gave them a 2 because I liked my air purifier tower but I hate their customer service center. And when you spend so much money on a product there should be a way to substitute the power supply when you change countries. But all they want to say at this foreign call center is we can't help you. Even if I have to purchase it myself there should be an option.

Horrible customer support from Dyson.
I purchased a Dyson Outsize cordless vacuum direct from Dyson via the website. In the first day of use I heard scrapping on the floor and realized the axle broke on the small front wheel and the wheel had fallen off. Because the axle had snapped in two, I could not simply replace the axle. I called Dyson support when they opened and spent 90 minutes on the phone trying to get the part replaced. I showed them the broken part via video and they agreed to replace the cleaner head, however it was currently out of stock. I asked that it be sent when it became available and they said they would send me an email when the part was in stock. I would then have to call back and start the process again of getting the part replaced, and in the interim, because this particular model only came with one cleaner head, I would not be able to use the vacuum.

Vacuum order delayed
Vacuum order delayed. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday (12/6). They told me I will get a tracking number 24-48 hour from Today (12/7). I can order the same vacuum, for the same price, today on dyson.com with Free Delivery to be delivered on December 9th. And you know I am not going ot get that vacuum by that day because thats supposedly the latest the tracking number will arrive. Customer service unhelpful. Chat support too short of a window. Their email response to me delayed item (instead of trying to do anything helpful) was: Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for your recent Dyson order! Unfortunately, we are unable to ship your order as quickly as expected. We are working to prioritize your order and expect it to process within the next 1-3 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order is on its way. Thank you for choosing Dyson. Dyson Like no you guys need to expedite the shipping. Absolutely ridiculous.
