No refund after two months.
It’s been almost two months since they received my vacuum for refund. They confirmed they received it and that the refund would be processed in 7-10 days. I’ve called a dozen times, chatted a few times, and emailed as well and still no refund. I’ve talked to managers over the phone and have been told this will be escalated five times now Dyson direct I fully believe is now a scam.

Great marketing great product THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE returned 2 items 20 days later no refund is processed was told by customer service it takes 2 billing cycles of my credit card to receive a refund that’s over 75 days is this company solvent Looks from the ratings the company needs a reset

Wish I had read the reviews about returns before I ever ordered from this BS company. Returned an unopened vac which the warehouse received on 12/6/23. Three chats later and hours online, I was told today the same thing I see others reporting -- refund was sent the day they received the machine but it will be 7-10 days from today (12/26/23) before it will be processed and 1-2 billing cycles after that to show up on PayPal. What a runaround. Another thing, although it states online that you will receive an email when the returned item is received, I never got any notification of that event and I never got an email updating the status that the refund had been processed. I also always check the box at the end of the chat that I want a transcript, but haven't received any of them. I think these cons are peeing on my leg and telling me it's raining. I agree with the reviewer who said Dyson Direct operates like a scam company. I advise not to buy their products and I most certainly will never do business with them again. What a bunch of thieves!

No Vacuum, no refund
I ordered a Dyson on Nov. 17th and it was lost in shipping on Nov. 18th, never delivered. I have made 15 calls totaling over 15 hours to get a refund, and they keep telling me a cancelation is being issued but it still hasn't. Meanwhile, I financed it through a 3rd party via the Dyson website and they keep taking expensive payments from me because Dyson won't issue a cancelation. Each call is a minimum of one hour on hold and then numerous transfers.

The worst most incompetent customer…
The worst most incompetent customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Had an undeliverable item that was sent back to them and they had me on the phone for over 2 hours while they figured out their internal incompetence for a $30 item that they saw was delivered back to them. Absolutely horrendous service.

We purchased the V10 for $549.99 and…
We purchased the V10 for $549.99 and the battery pack needed to be replaced right after we bought it. They didn’t have the V10 or the battery replacement so they said they would ship us the V11 after they received our broken V10. We filed our complaint on 11/30/23 and they received our broken V10 on 12/4/23. It is 12/27/23 and we still have not received any confirmation or tracking that our replacement has been sent because it has not been shipped. Customer service has been contacted 3 different times and they have sent “escalation emails” each time. I asked to speak to a manager because they keep giving me the runaround and I’ve been on hold for an hour. I have spent around a total of 5 hours on the phone for nothing to be done. Terrible product, poor company. 0/5 stars - I should have looked into Shark or Samsung vacuum.

I’m not satisfied with your customer…
I’m not satisfied with your customer service and your repairs process. The customer service rep told me that I had to take it to a repair center over an hour away and they couldn’t even give me a cost of how much it would be approximately. They want me to drive over an hour away and not know if they could repair my Dyson hairdryer and also not know how much it will cost. I asked if I could ship it and they said that they don’t have a repair center to ship it to, only walk-in. For a company that sells product so expensive they need to figure out their repair center. I’ve been a customer for many years and purchased so many of their products and it’s very disappointing. All I got from the rep was I’m sorry, that’s all we could do. They didn’t even offer if I wanted to buy another item and give me a discount for the inconvenience. Not sure if I ever buy the product again.

Awesome quality
I purchased my Dyson AirWrap a year ago, and I am more than happy with it. The quality of the product is outstanding; I really enjoy that it has different temperatures, allowing me not to burn my hair while I style it. I would definitely recommend this styler to anyone!

**BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS** We purchased a refurbished unit on 11/9/23 took 15 days to receive only for it Not to work. The issued return label which we shipped right back it is Now 12/29/23 and NO replacement. Each call is 1 Hr minimum wait for a rep oversees with generic non-empathic responses. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they are programmed to say (sorry they are busy they will call you back) and of course Never do. We are going on almost 4 months with No vacuum. DYSON needs to spend some money on customer experience (Take some notes from Home Depot etc...) WORST experience by far.

Customer Service is non existent
Customer Service is non existent. It is impossible to get through to anyone. I ordered a 500.00 straightener with delivery guaranteed prior to Christmas-2 weeks later, no product and after 2 hours on the phone on hold and with various departments no one seems to know what happened to it. My bad I should have known better than to trust anyone other than Amazon. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM DYSON!!!

Do NOT buy a Dyson
Do NOT buy a Dyson. Unbelievably horrible company. My 8 month old $700 vacuum cleaner is not working and needs a new part that is listed as out of stock. I am sitting on hold for third time in the past month with an estimated wait time of 82 minutes. I have never heard back from them as I was promised two weeks ago when I was on hold for more than an hour. Or three weeks ago as also promised. Since I began typing this my wait time increased 89 minutes.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! If I could give no stars I would. Ordered an airwrap in November. Received wrong model and waited over an hour to be told the model I wanted was now sold out so we initiated a return which I sent back within days. They received on November 29th and my credit card has not been refunded! I waited another 1+ hour for them to confirm receipt and promised they would process refund as soon as possible. That was over 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. I honestly expected better from Dyson. This is fraud at this point. They have their machine AND my money.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. My V 15 absolute stopped working after 2 months of light use. After being on hold for an hour someone walked me through trouble shooting that I had already done prior to calling in, and determined the machine needed to be replaced. I returned the 2 month old nonfunctioning vacuum on Dec 4th and now one month later still do not have a date when the replacement will be shipped out. I’ve spent probably 5+ hours on the phone, and the customer service sends you in circles and keeps you on hold. Why is a vacuum company with expensive products so difficult to contact when something goes wrong? This experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth, and I will not be purchasing anything from Dyson ever again. The lack of communication and respect for customers time and energy is appalling.

Horrendous cursomer service
The worst customer service ever. I returned the Vacuum that I ordered over a month ago and still haven't received my refund. Customer service chat is never available and the wait times for the phone numbers are 3+ hours. The worst shopping experience ever.

Last Dyson I will ever buy
I have 4 dyson machines and have been happy with all of them until now. I ordered a new cordless vacuum and it was to be delivered 10 days ago. It is at a UPS facility less than an hour from me but UPS will only deal with Dyson and I can't get in touch with them. The customer service line has holds of 1 hour or longer and the chat is not available. I am so disappointed in their customer service that I will never again buy anything Dyson! I am on hold right now but if I can't get through this time I am calling my credit card company to reverse the charges. Oh, and they started my warranty when they shipped the vacuum! If it ever arrives I will be sending it back along with a bill for my wasted time. On top of that my hair dryer stopped working yesterday! So done with Dyson.

Impossible to get a hold of customer service and after you do you can't get the return label no matter how many times you call or email
My husband bought the Dyson fan as a Christmas gift for me. After it arrived late and he had to scramble for another gift at the last minute we decided to return it as $500 is not a small amount of money. He had to call the Dyson customer service 4 times with the 75 min wait time each time, emailed them, contacted them via chat, still no label although promised 3 times. They gave a reference number saying we can send it back with it , we wasted time going to UPS with it only to hear that we need a label!!!! It's been two weeks, still no label and we are extremely frustrated with this experience.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I have been waiting a month for my return and each time I contact Dyson I get a different story. DON'T ever buy direct through Dyson no matter how good the deal is, you will end up regretting it.

I was a die-hard Dyson fan
I was a die-hard Dyson fan. In fact, I would always start each chat with support praising them. Never again. Do not rely on their live chat feature. I was told my machine would be expedited 3x and it never was. Each interaction took over an hour due to their lack of competence. If you call, you’ll wait over an hour and if you use live chat, they will just tell you what you want to hear. Horrible experience.

Very disappointed in Dyson customer service
Absolutely love my Dyson vacuums. HOWEVER, my newest one stopped working and I was able to return it and they are exchanging for a newer model. Very nice of them........they received my return 11/30/23. It is now 1/9/24 and six separate contacts with them thru online and chat. The agents have all been very nice but I continuously get the same answer...you will receive an email within 24-48 hours with tracking. This has been the longest 24-48 hours...well over a month! What the heck is going on with them????
