Terrible return procedure and customer…
Terrible return procedure and customer service. one must fill out an online return form that goes into a black hole and you never hear back. Tried Dyson chat and was disconnected twice after waiting on hold over 15 minutes. Terrible experience. Won't buy Dyson products again just for this reason

What a horrible costumer service!!!
What a horrible costumer service!!!! Don’t waist your time calling and buying their products online. Save yourself from their none sense !!! I waited on the phone 1:15 minutes and still couldn’t talk to supervisor. I returned my airwrap and have not received my refund more than 10 business days. Not they are telling me about 3-7 business day. What a waist. Worst customer service I ever had!!!

I would never have imagined that a high…
I would never have imagined that a high end brand Dyson would have a horrible customer service. I had returned my Dyson vacuum back in Sep 2023 and they still have not processed my refund as of today 1/12/24. After going through 10 representatives with an estimated wait time of at least an hour for each call, it still has not been resolved. They said that they will manual refund the money to Affirm (the third party I financed with) but that was not successful. Affirm reported to my credit added negative report that was not my fault. I will never make another mistake of buying Dyson.

Fans start to whine… warranty a joke
Fans start to whine after a while even with cleaning etc. and the warranty replacement fan they’ll send you will do the same. I’ve purchased three fans and all had same issue. I replaced two via warranty exchange and the replacement fans also whine. Suggest you buy a different fan. Customer service reps are friendly but service isn’t the best. There’s always something that requires I have to call back and wait on hold an hour again.

If I give zero stars I would! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have been trying to exchange my blow dryer for over six weeks. It was a year old and under warranty. It’s impossible to get any customer service representative on the phone and with the chat I was told I could exchange it. But another month went by and I never got a label. I have emailed them I have sent them direct messages via Facebook and Twitter. Finally after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau they did send me a label - the day after I mailed it back , I got an email that said the dryer for the exchange is out of stock never buy Dyson products!

Dealing with Dyson customer service is a nightmare
Please read comments about how bad Dyson customer service is. I am still in the process of receiving a replacement for the top Dyson vacuum that it is less than a year old. It is over 2 months. Dustin’s customer service is coming up with so many lies and excuses. Even when they say that the item is shipped and even give you UPS tracking number, don’t think it is done. Because it is not. The ups tracking number is a fake one. We are so frustrated. Not sure if lawsuits should be filed!! PLEASE do not go through the nightmare experience we are having and not BUY one

Non-existant Customer Service
I have purchased and used 3 versions of the Dyson stick vacuum. Several issues have come up and most recently I was trying to contact them concerning the battery casing cracking on my V10. Normal use but the wall holder is obviously causing stress on the sides of the battery and broke off pieces of the casing. Sent 5 emails over 4 weeks and no answer. Chat is a labor as it seems that agents are non-english speakers and difficult to comprehend what they are saying in Chat. Phone calls - forget it. Tried multiple times but no success to actually contact with a human. Poor customer service from a "quality" brand.

Worst e-commerce store with possibly…
Worst e-commerce store with possibly worst customer support and staff. Asked for order cancellation before the order being prepared to ship, seems like the employee just didnt want to register my request. Got shipped the item, sent back, refunds I think my grandchild will receive after my death. By the way, I am still 27) worst shop, I hope will get sued and closed.

Worse customer service especially with…
Worse customer service especially with using the "hassle free warranty". It's been over a month since I contacted dyson to replace my v8 absolute after it broke. Have spent NUMEROUS hours trying to get ahold of them (good luck with phone calls, good luck with the chat). Maybe if I had hours to wait on hold I could talk to someone. Half the time "no one is available to chat". Email them? Maybe a response in a week. Meanwhile still waiting for the replacement as the hair from 2 dogs and 2 cats pile up. Was looking forward to upgrading to the new dyson gen 5 but now going with another brand

If I could put a -10 I would. Absolute crap and the flat iron was replaced several times and once the 2 year warranty was up they won’t do anything. The customer service representatives are extremely rude and unknowable!

Will never buy Dyson Product anymore
Will never buy Dyson Product anymore. Worst customer service! I received a wrong item for limited edition airwrap. I mailed it back to them. I took 6 different phone calls and being on hold for over 45 minutes each time and 5 days to obtain shipping label. Item was received in the warehouse 2 days after mailing it. I was told by an agent at first that I will receive my refund within 2-3 business days. Called again, I'm on day 21 and haven't received refund so I called again. I was told by agent that I will have to wait because Dyson's policy is 2 months refund. Agent confirmed that they received it in the warehouse. After asking her when they received the item she doesn't know when they received it. She asked me the UPS tracking number and when I told her to repeat it to me, she said the system erased it. What kind of game were they playing!!! I'm beyond dumbfounded and unamused by their customer service!!! Worst one ever!!!

BUYER BEWARE! DYSON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL
I spent an hour on a call three times for a warranty on a product from dyson less than a year old that broke with three error codes. After I finally received an email on the third attempt (was assured on the second call I would receive an email after 24 hours which I never did), I went to UPS only to be told the reference number in the email from dyson didn't work. I had the UPS worker try to call, was told a 27 minute wait, and then called myself to the same wait. Finally was able to send it in for repairs, and all I really want from this awful company at this point is a refund. I will never buy a dyson product again, and would recommend all buyers beware. They talk about stellar customer service but it's outsourced and the people on the line make promises that never happen. The company is in complete shambles, and they deserve a complete restructuring, though I hate the thought of anyone running such a crappy company walking away with a fat severence package like they most likely would. STEER CLEAR!!!

The return process is a nightmare
The return process has been a complete nightmare. I purchased a vacuum, but I was gifted one before it came, so naturally I needed to return it. The forms on their website didn’t work, they kept telling me my model number was wrong even though I typed it in exactly as it was shown on the machine. I reached out to them through a chat option and got barely coherent responses from a person who didn’t know how to speak English. So I called their number. It’s a minimum of a 40 minute wait each time, they weren’t able to resolve the issue either and put it under investigation. Finally they have sent me an email with return labels. They have received the product on December 28th. It is January 22nd as I’m writing this and I’m yet to see a refund, so I’ve been out of $350 for over three months now. They did not respond to any of my emails. I’m yet again on a 40 minute wait. Terrible, terrible customer service. Will not ever be buying anything from them again.

Not worth a single star
I dont even want to give a single star. The help center was useless. They didn't know what they were doing. I gave a part number and a picture of what I wanted and they still couldn't get it right. I was insured that the part was correct and I could cancel the order if it was wrong. They lied. They wouldn't cancel my order. They never gave me an invoice and wanted to send a video on how to clean my vacuum!!. The vacuums are great but hopefully nothing goes wrong with yours. You'll be screwed if it does. No impressed at all.

I like them
I like them! It was time for someone to bring innovation to household appliances. They literally redefined a lot of products for a lot of people, you see. Be it vacuum cleaners, be it hair dryers, be it air purifiers Dyson obviously is known for its powerful suction on their vacuum cleaners, especially the cordless models, the v-series, I mean, they are literally amazing when you use them for the first time, you think you are doing this kind of a thing for the first time, ever. It is a game changer in home cleaning :)) but their hair dryers are pretty neat too, especially the supersonic model. The power is amazing on that one as well, and the design is quite the futuristic and ergonomic i'd say. anyways, i didnt come here to pay tons of compliments to the brand, but you know, those two products are extremely good. one negative thing about them would be, as you all would expect, they are waaayyy pricy i think. sure they combine the high-performance, the efficiency, durability, design and all that, but it could have priced a bit lower for a lot of people that would love to buy the product but cannot :D

"What Not to Do" of customer service
"What Not to Do" of customer service. I called today to look at options for repairing my hairdryer. I told them immediately that I am based in Canada, and I bought the item brand new second hand– I just wanted it to get fixed— and a Canadian customer service agent (a whole other horrid review for Dyson CA) referred me. We went through a whoooole hour of "troubleshooting" and going on and off hold. After all this, and endless "clean your filter" monologues I had to endure while on hold, the agent tells me that because I am in Canada I can't have my hair dryer repaired and there is nothing they can do. I wasted my morning with these people and I am disappointed that I lost time, and now have a 1.5 yo product heading to landfill. Cool cool cool.

Happy with great support from Dyson!
My girlfriend's Dyson Airwrap didn't perform well when compared to those owned by her friends. She was frustrated and asked if I could arrange a replacement. After troubleshooting and a bit of resistance, Dyson did the right thing and sent a new one. It works as it should and my girlfriend is now happy. After receiving the replacement, we realized her original unit was a "special edition" bundle that included 3 accessories not included with the replacement. Another call to Dyson and they immediately shipped the missing accessories. Thank you Dyson for supporting your customer.

I'm giving two stars because the actual equipment (when it worked) was amazing! But I only had my vacuum for 1 month before it completely broke. I've now gone so long without being able to vacuum my house.. it's so disgusting. I immediately filled out the thing on the app to get a replacement and was never contacted. Then my partner tried on their phone and we were never contacted again. We saved up for this vacuum and were so excited to use it, and couldn't be more disappointed at the complete lack of accountability here. Their phone line is an answering machine, plus we are out 400 dollars and have zero ability to clean our home. Normally I wouldn't post a review but I'm literally doing this as a last ditch effort hoping that this will make them reach out to me finally.

Worst customer support team on the…
Worst customer support team on the earth! Shame on them. I ordered an air purifier from Dyson and it took me 10 hours (I am not kidding) going through 6 customer service agents with 6 phone calls and 6 emails and never got the issue resolved. The only suggestion for potential customers is: do not purchase any product from Dyson so that you will not have to deal with their customer service people. They have made the customer’s life miserable and it would be better if they can just shut down their customer service line.
