False advertisement and delayed order updates and processing
I ordered an air wrap exclusive and it was “placed” and stayed in that position for 4 days, I called and was told they would send a message to the warehouse to expedite the order. I called again today after not receiving a confirmation or noting a change from “placed” in my account on the website. I was told the same thing and asked to speak to a supervisor in Customer service was put on hold a number of times and after being on the phone with them for 1 hour and 48 min I told them I could no longer hold. During the conversation I was told they could not guarantee my order by Christmas even though their website advertised today “order by 3 pm on 12/20 and receive your order by 12/24. Today is 12/18.
