I simply called to order a second…
I simply called to order a second battery for my cordless. All of my info was lost. I gave her every number on the machine and battery. "So sorry, nothing is coming up". Seriously? I gave the freaking serial number! What the Hell? She wanted also the s number on the battery. Guess what? Nothing saying serial #! After 45 minutes I had to let her go. Called tech support. The hi class English girl said 45 min! Arrggg!!! I'm gone.
