my dyson ph04 humidifier broke
my dyson ph04 humidifier broke, and they offered to exchnage it for a new one. I shipped back my old one november 1st, today 1st december 22. i still dont have my humidifier and they just say everytime sorry, were busy, xmas time and etc..
