However, two days later, I got an email from the company stating that the product I ordered was out of stock. After three days, I received another email telling me that my order was on its way. But when I checked the tracking number provided, there was no movement. I decided to contact them via chat and phone, and they promised to check with the warehouse and get back to me via email within 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any email from them. I called them again, and this time, the customer service representative told me that the product was out of stock, which was why there had been no movement for my order, and that they would send me a replacement unit with a different color. After two days, I received an email for the replacement unit. However, I haven't received any updates or tracking information for a few days since I received the replacement unit's email.
