I wish this was a ZERO rating.
I ordered direct from DYSON - big mistake!! go through costco and you will be taken care of.
Supersonic hairdryer ordered, UPS delivered an open box - empty - THEY sent their proof of delivery photo to me and to DYSON.
I called DYSO on many times and i still keep hearing about the 7 - 10 claim with UPS... and now we are 14 days past their specified timeline.
I called again today to find out they are again going to submit a claim to UPS. I do not believe them any more.
DYSON customer service in Honduras is totally incompetent, but I guess following their scripts.
So now my recourse of action is to claim against by credit card charge as clearly Dyson is doing nothing, I never got the hairdryer so I am within my right to dispute the charge.
DISGUSTING .... so much for ICONIC SERVICE
