I gave them a 2 because I liked my air…
I gave them a 2 because I liked my air purifier tower but I hate their customer service center. And when you spend so much money on a product there should be a way to substitute the power supply when you change countries. But all they want to say at this foreign call center is we can't help you. Even if I have to purchase it myself there should be an option.
