I have 2 complaints! The battery on my current cordless vac isn't working. They told me they would send a replacement. After 2 months, I still don't have a replacement. I can't get them to respond to my email requests either. My 2nd complaint is that I ordered a cordless vac for my son on November 28th and it still hasn't arrived. When I enter the tracking number on UPS is tells me the number is invalid. I can't get a response from Dyson about this either.
