Buyers beware - impossible to get ahold of customer service
I purchased the blowdryer. Tried it, was awkward to hold and certainly not worth the price (almost $500!!). I wanted to return it. Firstly, it was packaged so tightly that I could not get all the parts back in the box. So I had to use a different cardboard box so everything would fit. I submitted their return form and received an email back saying I would hear back within 24-28 hours. It's been 9 DAYS! I'm currently waiting in line on the phone with them - the wait time is 60 minutes...Their online chat doesn't work and no one is responding on their WhatsApp. Freaking out a little because I really want my $450 dollars back. I'm beginning to think I've made a terrible mistake buying it in the first place. Why is it so hard to get ahold of somebody?!
