I did not received what I purchased later I had to go to shop to pick up what I purchased and wrong product was deliver Finally a salesperson found what I needed I have never had issues at all I have a regular sales person which is great Josephine .. I am very disappointed because in the past I purchased a gift for my mother that was never deliver either . Very disappointed about it and tired of calling sales person and never resolved . Last year around February ..

Absolutely horrible customer service… I called in advance about picking up my order and having it ready. I specifically made it known I was under a time issue. Arricelli told me no problem. When I arrived I was told the item was not ready and I needed to sit down for a bit. When I asked Arricelli why it was not ready she said she did not look that it was an online order. Gwen came up in an unprofessional manner snapped stating “we don’t pull items before arrival to pick up”.

My wife was unable to make a purchase because our account was frozen. I had to drive down to the store to be present to authorize the purchase. No explanation beyond they weren’t sure what happened, and it might have been fraudulent activity. No notice was given that our account was frozen, no apology from the person who had to authorize the purchase for the embarrassment and inconvenience. We have been customers with this establishment since 2002. Is this the level of service that RC Willey finds acceptable? Responding to RC Willey 10/18 Yes. We have established that my wife filled out an application with me present to be an authorized user in the store. So the attempted breach of security was my spouse with her social security number and my authorization to run credit again to allow this.

I am sorry for the trouble with your account. I did some investigating, and found that someone did try to breach your account and add themself as an authorized user. You are correct that someone should have contacted you about freezing the account.

I received the package yesterday from…
I received the package yesterday from an online purchase which was damaged. I called to inquire about the return process. I was told just to bring it to the closest store and they could take care of it. One would think this would be easy….wrong! I’m at the Henderson store and they are NO HELP! I now have to call the online office to her my money back. I could have started this process earlier! Such a waste time. They took my money right away but now I must jump through 10 hoops to get my money back. There was no return policy provided. Let’s not begin to talk about the poor customer service. I will NEVER purchase from this organization again.

Sheyla, we apologize for the run around that you experienced in trying to return your product. Direct ship from Manufacturer product returns are a little tricky. They do require you to return the product to one of our locations before a refund can be issued and those refunds are issued from our Web Team, not an in-store customer service team. That should have been explained to you the first time you called in, I do apologize. Is there anything we can do as a company to help restore your trust in RC Willey?

I purchased 4 electric recliner sofas…
I purchased 4 electric recliner sofas from the RC Wiley Las Vegas Store. They were delivered to our home in Carmel, Ca Within 30 days 2 of the sofas had issues. One had a motor failure and the other had a broken frame . After calling their customer support they said i had to send the couches back to their store at my expense. It cost me $1000 for the shipping alone to have them delivered to my home in the first place. After complaining about this they told me I was out of their service area from the Northern California store which was 206 miles away so I could not get a service person to visit. After more complaining they finally agreed to send a third party to our house and see what they could do. They came and verified the motor and frame problems and ordered the parts BUT I am also responsible for the $100 shipping cost for the frame.. I bought these coaches on 10/12/21 and today it is 10/13/22 1 year later . The couches failed after 1 month ownership and 11 months after that I am still waiting for them to be fixed. Would you buy from them after learning about this? They never told me when I bought them and knowing where I lived that i was going to be on my own if there were any problems. It has been 2 weeks since I posted this review snd still no one from RC Wiley has contacted me!!

Bad, bad, bad, bad, extended warranty debacle
I bought an extended warranty the day I bought a brand new washer and dryer - that was my first mistake. I fell for the sales pitch and spent over $200 on top of the cash price for the set. NEVER buy an extended warranty on anything. The manufacturer already comes with one. The additional money wasted only lasts as long as the manufacturer warranty. I found this out today, 5 years later when both my extended and manufacturer warranty conveniently expired at the same time shortly after the 5 year timeframe. The customer service rep offered 50% cash back through RC Willeys extended warranty department since I hadn't used any of my extended warranty. I was then transferred to someone who took 20 minutes to calculate the refund and then told me I could only get a gift card. I then became a "Karen" and asked for a supervisor as I was told cash. Anyway, long story short I was greeted by a end of career lady named Christy who could care less about the company that will most likely fund her retirement, or the customers that enables the company to pay her mediocre salary. She might as well have been a millennium as her work ethic sucked and lacked the energy to do anything more than sit in her low cost office depot chair while sucking down diet cokes and watching the 1980's clock on the wall tick until her next break. PATHETIC! I digress, but bottom line I was told inconsistent information by 2 people before making my way to her. Never buy extended warranties and avoid RC Willey's at all costs.

On our product page it is very clear that the item is shipping unassembled. You can call the online team at 801-596-6950, option #1, and have them setup a return if you do want to return it.

I am sorry you feel you were cheated. I reached out to Bush Furniture, and they are no longer carrying the white desk. They do still have the black(SKU: 112454313), or gray(SKU: 112456560). The black desk is on clearance for $114.99.

Order missing and locked out of account
On phone for over 40 minutes trying to place order. Was told I would receive email afterwards and have not received it. In fact, I have now been locked out of my RC Willey account and website states my account doesn’t exist and that I need to call Customer Service - waisting more of my time. What the..?

Door frame damage
While washing machine was being delivered the installers damage my door frame. The frame is stripped of paint and is deeply scarred into the raw wood. The installer did not bring it to my intention when the damage was done yesterday. I'm very disappointed in the professional courtesy given to me.

For customer service for warranty repairs
We purchased a couch and two recliners December 2021. Soon after delivery the couch and one recliner needed repair. The couch finally got repaired about three weeks ago. The recliner still has not been repaired.

Returned a TV
Returned a TV, purchased a new TV. When i brought it home it was malfunctioned there was a bright purple line down the center. I called customer service and the first person put me on hold but it sent me to voicemail. I called back and the lady was not very friendly and suggested i bring the tv back to exchange, she didn’t originally offer anything else or any sort of comp for the inconvenience

My item was suppose to be available for…
My item was suppose to be available for pickup the next day. When I got there it was not there. Not ok when you drive 30+ minutes to get there. I called later that night and they said it would for sure be there the next day at 10:00am. It was on a truck to be delivered that night. I called the next day on my way there so they could have it ready. They told me it was not there yet. With a little push back the girl said she could reorder it from a SLC store and it would be there next day. I explained my frustration because I needed it asap for a gift. She then checked and said they had it in their store and could write up a new ticket and I could get the one from their store. Why was this not done my first trip there and why did it take pushback from me to get it. So frustrated, but thankful to the girl who did solve it. I won’t be using online again. Especially if it’s something I need soon.

We bought a power reclining love seat…
We bought a power reclining love seat 8/6/22 and paid for it the same day. They only had the couch on display, but was told they had the love seat in the warehouse. When we was talking to the sales representative, we was told that it had power outlets and USB ports in the center console. When it was delivered to our home on Monday the 8th, we notice that it did not have the power outlets and USB ports. We called Yvette Mcafee the sales Rep and she told us that they will refund us $50.00. We called following up on this 9/5/22 because we never received it. Well, we got the run around and we told her to forget it. We will never buy anything again from RC Willey

Bad Customer Service
All of the sale agents were at the corner as you walk in. I walked around seeing if anyone would approach never did. I had to walk up to them and ask. When I did one answered “ yeah, what?” He didn’t seem to want to help when placing the order so I left and placed it outside on your website. Working on customer service skills is needed. If they don’t do sale they STILL need to do customer service. Diversity might help the location.
