I will never order from here again and…
I will never order from here again and warn all my friends and family against it. Your delivery truck drivers are so rude and put lives at risk with their carelessness. I will be shocked if you dont see a lawsuit soon.

Half a Couch
I ordered a couch, bed and mattress for black friday. My delivery came, and the other half of my couch I purchased was the wrong piece. I called customer service and they said I should cancel the couch order and try to get another couch entirely because the piece I needed is back ordered and not in stock. At that point, there was no offer of price matching of another couch or any suggestions, as the black friday deals were gone. I currently have half a couch in my living room. Upon discussing how to make this right, I was given a refund on the delivery fee, which to me is not sufficient considering I paid over $1000 for a couch that was in stock online, and now suddenly not in stock. I have no date or time of when I will get the other half of my couch so for now my living room looks ridiculous. I'm really unhappy with how this was handled and that no one seems to actually care that my purchase was a nightmare. Now I have to just wait for it to come back in stock and be home on another date to prepare for the delivery, and it's super inconvenient.

Hi Ciara! We also responded to your google review, I'm sorry you have not had the best experience with RC Willey. I apologize that you did not receive proper help when you called. Unfortunately, as you were previously informed, we do not currently have the other piece of your sectional in stock. If you do not want to wait, I would recommend calling the South Salt Lake store at 801-461-3800 and speaking with a salesperson/manager to see if they can help you find a good replacement for around the same price that you paid.

Anything to get a sale but no help when needed.
I purchased an electric range on June 11, 2022. When I purchased the appliance, the sales person assured me if there was any problems to just call and they would take care of me and I could return the appliance within the first year. The range quit heating today and when I called, I was told I did not purchase the extended warranty. I asked what difference this would make because it was within the first 12 months. When I asked about how to get it taken care of, she said I must go through the manufacturer. She gave me the phone number and I called and was on hold for over an hour. Eventually I did talk to someone and in about a week, I will get a service call. When they sell something they promise everything needed to get the business but when needing help with a problem, no good service from the store. Integrity means doing what you say and not making excuses. I do not think I will purchase again from RC Willey because of the poor customer service. The company replied to my review saying they were sorry for the confusion in my purchase. This was not confusion but a promise from RC Willey. I also purchased a dishwasher shortly after and have no problems yet but at that time was also told the same thing. As stated above. Integrity means doing what you say and not making excuses. This is definitely making excuses and not taking responsibility for what they represented when the purchase was made.

I am sorry for any confusion with your purchase. Any appliance that breaks within the 1st year is handled directly through the manufacturer. If the salesman did tell you a return could be made within a year, that is incorrect. I have forwarded the to the sales manager in Orem to talk with the salesman about the situation.

Damaged Microwave Oven
The microwave oven we ordered arrived damaged. It was dented two places in the back. It was bent somehow, so that it does not lay evenly on the counter top.

I ordered a kitchen aide cook top on…
I ordered a kitchen aide cook top on August 22nd and the range arrived several weeks later minus three burners! After repeated phone calls and trips to RCWILLEY’S the missing burners arrived at the store on November 17th! I installed them myself using FaceTime with guidance from the installer! Now RCWILLEY is charging me $105 in late fees and interest! I discovered could have ordered the same thing from Best Buy with no hassle. The customer service department is terrible! They were no help! My house is in escrow and I was scared the house wouldn’t close because the burners didn’t work. When I complained about being charged interest on inoperable cook top, I was told that interest starts accruing as soon as part of the item is delivered. My advice go somewhere else!

I am sorry for the confusion with the payment requirements of your credit. If you go into the store, and talk with the financial department, they may be willing to do a 1-time late fee wavier.

I ordered a couch
I ordered a couch. So I stopped shopping for one. Then the next day you sent me my fed ex tracking number for Saturday delivery. Super excited to get it for a family party. Then to get an email the next day that it never shipped and I could not even get it now. Missed some sales cuz of this

Terrible Service and way to do business
We ordered a dining table set. Had to wait for over a week to have the "in stock" merchandise to be delivered. The delivery window kept being moved to later and later. When they arrived, did not have the hardware to assemble the chair, also had a damaged chair. We were told to call customer service and figure out how to get the hardware, and replacement chair. When we called the deluvery of the hardware and chair were another week. The day of delivery we again we went from a morning window delivery to a 4:30 pm. Wasted our whole day and was made late for a dinner appointment. Told that if we rescheduled, would have to wait another week. This is not our first time having this happen. The dishwasher we bought from them, was not installed properly and leaked all over our floor several times, until we had an independent serviceman come fix it and tell us what was wrong. The pool table we ordered last year, didn't arrive with the cue sticks and balls it was to come with. We waited over 3 months to get them!!! No compensation is ever offered either.

An absolute nightmare that is just…
An absolute nightmare that is just beginning. Got a text message this afternoon that my delivery was schedules for the 28th. Ok, but I did not order anything , nor have I been at the store for over 2 years. I contacted the store and they said I had come in today and placed an order on my rc willey credit card. Not so. Like I said, haven't been there in years. I was told l can't cancel anything unless I come in person to sign. The salesman calls next and says he remembers me. I'm an older man and my wife has long blonde hair. I said "no, my wife has brown hair and we were never in your store today" long, short of it. I had to waste my time, go to store, make sure nothing was charged to my acct.... when asked how someone can just charge on my acct, they blew me off saying it has happened before and maybe someone had a false ID. No help, not a care about the customer, and better yet, it's my problem now. What a joke. Will never, ever step foot near an RC Willey again. Also asked to see security video, manager told me there was none and loss prevention told me I could not see it. Which is it, do you not have it or you don't want me to see something. Poorest customer service. Didn't care.

I had a very bad experience today at rc willey layton
I had a very bad experience today at this store. I was trying to buy a couch on clearance and was told I couldn't put it on hold. I tried buying it as well, but I was told I couldn't do that until I was in store with a truck ready to pick it up. So, I rushed to get a truck and when I got to the store the couch had a ticket (which as the rep explained is basically just putting something on hold without even paying) for someone else to buy it. I asked a rep what a ticket was and why they didn't let me do that and he said idk the cashiers should have transferred you to a salesperson so they could write you a ticket. I messaged the cashier and asked why I wasn't able to get a ticket and they said, "idk I don't do clearance". I think it would have been good for the cashier to send me to clearance earlier so I could have put the couch in a ticket. Then I wouldn't have wasted my time and money locating a truck to pick it up and I would have been able to buy it. Overall, my experience was pretty negative. The rep didn't seem to be very kind and professional toward me. Multiple workers had given me bad information which led to me wasting money and time.

RC Willie's is a joke
On the 11th of November me and my wife found our dream couch and loveseat set we paid for it in order that it was supposed to be delivered the following Saturday between 1115 and 115 On Saturday we removed and got rid of our old couch and love seat we waited for our new ones to arrive at 2:30 our couch and love seat were still not delivered I called the store and asked them when it will be delivered they told me that they didn't have it anymore and we had to go find a new couch in love seat so at this point we have nothing to sit on nothing in our home and we found New one that was not even close to what we had to get something now we have to wait a whole another week with 2 kids in the house and no couch to sit on I have very bad joints and knees and I am sitting on my floor because RC willies did not contact me to tell me there was a problem with my order until the day it was supposed to be delivered when I found out at 2:30 in the afternoon I will never shop at RC Willie's again The way they fix the problem is offering us $100 off a new love seat or couch that we like we cannot find anything we like in our price range it is a joke I am very disappointed in RC willies

Left easily identifiable item without getting required signature
Package said it required a signature. It was set on my porch with no signature requested but the delivery notice says it was signed for by me. Not only that but the package wasn’t even in a plain box so anybody walking by could see there was a turntable sitting on the porch. They didn’t even knock or ring a bell to let me know something had been dropped off. Luckily I work from home and received an email but that was five minutes after it had been dropped off.

For better service go elsewhere
Besides being more then one hour late, they refused to put on booties to cover there shoes. Brand new carpet was installed three months ago and the ground outside was wet from snow. I said then they need to take their shoes off but then decided to wear the booties. I paid the $89 delivery fee because I need a piece moved so the furniture would fit. They refused. If I had know that I would have opted for the free curb side delivery which specified no furniture would be moved or hauled off. So I assumed that meant $89 fee would allow for moving a piece. I should get a refund for that as your terms were ambiguous. Also they left a mess on the floor.

Service Improvement
Associate worked alone to bring my order to the vehicle. Had to help the associate load my order into the vehicle as he said no one else was available to help. Associate requested after complete that I sign for the order and would not go back into store and and get a pen. Had to find my own pen to sign for the pickup acknowledgment.

Chest freezer was not delivered today
Chest freezer was not delivered today. It did not get on the truck. I was not notified until 1:30 pm that the delivery would not be today. I kept checking your tracking app for updates. It was supposed to be here between 9:30 and 11:30 am. It kept changing the delivery time but no one contacted me until 1:30 pm that it was not on the truck. The driver stated that someone would contact me within 1/2 to 1 hour for rescheduling. No one did. I contacted your delivery dept. I was told now that I had to wait until Wednesday 11/9/22 for it to be delivered. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed.

Too much to write
Too much to write. Thats how bad. I tried calling custom service, Elsa, is a joke. Every one who handled the ticket has fouled up in some way. When I say its too much to write it is. Call you. Thats a joke. I just got off the phone with Elsa who was upset I woke her up. Oct 31. 830am. I been dealing with damaged goods and sending wrong merchandise out for 4 times. 4 days off of work, no attention to billing questions or why am I receiving credit instead of refund. Want more?

wrong refrigerator
You delivered the wrong refrigerator and do not have the one that I ordered in stock. Won't come in until November at which time I have to repack my things in coolers again. Have had two back surgeries and this is a real pain in the butt. You also billed my credit card and my next statement date will be before the refrigerator comes in. Very poor system.
