We bought a very expensive mattress…. Contacted mattress warranty. I trained mattress with my wife and haven't slept fit two days. Mattress warranty said we had to wait 60 days before they would talk
We bought a very expensive mattress from RC Willey in 2016. The warranty covers 10 years. Our mattress is sagging and hurts my wife's back. They came out and measured in the late afternoon when the mattress starts to regain its shape and said it sagged 3/4 inch and that was normal for an expensive mattress. We paid about $4500 for the twin XL mattress and it only lasted 6 years. I am not happy with their service. We went elsewhere to replace the mattress and hopefully got a better quality one. We won't shop RC Willey any More.

you can contact the mattress warranty team at 801-596-6919, and they can review your options. Mattress impressions needs to be an inch and a half for it to be deemed a manufacture defect. If it is not deemed a defect at that time then another inspection can be sent 60 days later for another inspection to take place.

Time Wasted
I spent a lot of time looking for a good mid century style nightstand. Once I finally found it, I ordered and got really excited. Unfortunately I just received notification that the product is not available, nor would it be available until late November. First and last time I ever shop at RC Willey.

Never received my order
I drove from Emmett to pick up an on-line order from the Boise store. Affter waiting for 45 minutes a nice young man came out to inform me that they did not have a clue where my coffee table was, that it might have been "miss SKU'd" but, they were looking for it. I could not waste any more time sitting in their parking lot so, I went home without my order.

This was by far the most subpar…
This was by far the most subpar experience I have ever had. I ordered this online from specifically the Summerlin RC Willey, I called 30 minutes before I was supposed to show up to pick it up and was not told that you did not have it in stock until I got there after driving clear across town. Once there I was informed that I could drive clear across town to the north Las Vegas store to pick up my item. Call me one unhappy customer.

Due to my bad back I recently purchased a new mattress from their Reno store. It was their top of their line for $5000. It included delivery and removal of the old mattress. When they delivered the mattress they refused to take the old one away. They actually placed it , so it blocked my garage door. I had to get help to move it in order to be able to get my car out. When I asked them why they did not take it, they claimed it was stained. I had removed the water prove cover just minutes before, and it was immaculate.. I took pictures of the situation and send them to the salesperson. According to her they had lied to their supervisor about the whole situation, claiming they only followed my instructions! So far I am only getting the runaround from their supervisor at the store. I can provide pictures as well. Tel #530-210-6007

I need to rate RC Willey at a negative 10 -10!! Your experience with the Sales Rep to the two employees at the Pick Up desk to the person I spoke with at Loss Prevention was horrible! It is clear that not one of those 4 people know how to do their job and they are the most horrific people I have ever had to deal with. Needless to say I will NEVER do business with RC Willey again and I will be writing a review on my encounter with your store as well as document this on social media, word of mouth and any other platform that I can write a review in. NEVER AGAIN!!!
On 5/31/2022 we bought a KitchenAid refrigerator ($3,398,90) from Rex Lawrence at the Salt Lake City store. We picked it up due to a 30-day delay in delivery at the Orem store. Our refrigerator has leaked since we got it and the crisper drawer is not flush with the other drawers. On attempting to contact Mr. Lawrence, he has never returned our call. We have talked to customer service, manager Paul Christensen, Lance Kinksford, and an attempt with Dave Fuller, KitchenAid representative for the store, without any type of resolution. We wanted a new refrigerator since the expensive one we bought is defective. We still have not been contacted since driving to Orem and speaking to Lance Kinksford in person on July 16th, 2022. Customer service provided us with this website for a complaint, since we had exhausted everything else. We have bought numerous items from RC Willey in the past, but NEVER AGAIN. Customer service is NIL!!! On Wednesday, August 17th, 2022, RC Willey came and picked up the defective refrigerator and gave me a refund! Thank you!!

RC Wiley is horrible when you buy items…
RC Wiley is horrible when you buy items online. They don’t deliver in your home and drop it any old place outside your home. They ship via FedEx and you barely know what day it’s coming so you have to be home the entire day. Also you have to carry in heavy pieces like sofas wall units etc yourself. Very very disappointed. Even more disappointing was the lack of customer service in the “online department”. When I ordered the sofa and checked out it asked if I wanted “white glove” service. I checked that off for 125.00. One of the customer service people told me that was not offered and that I was mistaken. She said savvy customers would know this insulting me. I went back on the site and went through the ordering process and there were the choices plain as day! RC Wiley you need to separate your cheaper low service items and make it apparent that the typical service long time customers have come to expect does not happen here. Even a separate website! I was also told the sofa would be put together and it was not. Get it together!!!

Will call receptionist guy wasn't very friendly. Acted irritated, and like he didn't want to help me, said hi then played on his computer then just stared at me like I was annoying. Did not have myle sign anything, or check an ID so anyone who knew my phone number could've picked up my order.

I drove all the way to Sacramento to pick up the furniture and one box was damaged and the warehouse told me they would have to get another piece. Said the customer service would call me when they had the new piece. They could have looked at the product before I called and drove all the way to the warehouse for 40 miles.

Order cancelled because THEY undercharged me
My order was cancelled they said due to an incorrect promo code that was applied to my order. However I didn't apply any promo codes, so somehow they must've done it. I only bought the item because of the great price and am very upset that they cancelled it. I'm pretty sure you can NOT do that once an order is successfully placed and completed and paid for. If I had bought an item in store and this happened, I highly doubt the manager would come running out of the store yelling at me to stop the car and force me to return my order. I WILL BE contacting the BBB regarding this matter....

My order was cancelled with no…
My order was cancelled with no notification from RC Willey. I found out by checking my PayPal account. When I called, they apologized and said that they would put the order back through. Later, and RC Willey representative called back and said that they need my payment information again to process the order. I gave them the information. As I was about to hang up, I asked them to verify the total. They said that it was $425, which was $234 more than what was on my receipt. I asked why it wasn't the sale price that was on my receipt, and they said that was a mistake and that I couldn't get that sale price. I told them not to charge me because I didn't want to pay more than what was on my receipt. I am now turning this matter over to my attorney.

We bought a new laptop and your promotion said for spending $99 you can buy an outdoor game for $10. So my husband inquired while picking up our laptop. The cashiers were rude to my husband. They kept saying they had no idea what he was talking about. They wouldn’t even try to get an answer. I sent a screenshot of the promotion and they still acted like he was crazy. He finally said never mind and left. We spend a lot of money at RC Willey. I would say customer service is 50/50. Now saying that out loud, I think we should shop somewhere else.

Ordered two pieces of furniture
Ordered two pieces of furniture. I had to take two days off work for each time the stuff was supposed to be delivered. Both times, I received a call the morning of saying that the delivery would be another day.
