R.C.Wiley used to be the premier furniture store in Vegas. I can not impress upon citizens of Las Vegas stay away from what this store has become. Ralph, our salesman, probably a decent enough guy, but he has to sell so he tells us what we want to hear. Couch was OK, chairs another matter. We are a sick household so I opted for the delivery. The guy that brought them in took pictures and said we would hear by first of the week. I called Thursday and we were sent replacements. Now the pillows have to be special order. Now Ralph was to make sure the pillows were sent to the house. NO! OK we won that fight. They arrived today. Of course they are the wrong ones. We talk to customer service. The guy that took the call said yes to everything put the phone down and never came back. We didn't even get music. 30 min. later we call back, oh we have to talk to the salesman. He'll call us back. R.C. Wiley of old would never have allowed this kind of thing to happen.

Unfortunately when it comes to special ordered items, the salesperson is the one you must speak with when there are issues and if something needs to be reordered. I would recommend calling the Summerlin store at 702-515-2600 and asking for Ralph so he can assist you with your pillows.

This store stole my money!
This store stole my money!! Careful of thieves! They sold me a warranty but then told me it was a 3rd party warranty that they misrepresented and would not honor. Lost nearly $1K in warranty’s from the thief’s at RC Willey

We paid extra for the delivery to the inside of our home. Items were left outside in a broken box. The promo for $100 off a desk wasn't honored either.

Hello! I was looking into this for you regarding your online order and our delivery system has pictures that the drivers took of the items you ordered delivered into your home. I do show that the desk you ordered is a ready to assemble item, which requires customer assembly. If there is an issue with the desk, such as damaged parts, please call the phone number for the manufacturer provided in the assembly instructions. I would be happy to look into the promo issue. No help with my situation.
Tried to buy new carpet. Was told I would have to tear out & haul away my old carpet. Ironically, they sold & installed the carpet I'm replacing. And they had no problem tearing out & hauling away that time. Going to spend my money somewhere else. Of note : Yes, my carpet has dog pee. That's why I'm replacing it with pet friendly carpet. I disclosed this to the person who came to measure... first thing ! I know it's an extra charge and was willing to pay for it. I'm looking at a set of stairs, upper hall ( where the pee is ), full primary bedroom and primary on-suite. I can handle removing the hallway carpet but can't do all the rest. What really bothers me is there was no discussion of options, compromise, possible solutions... nothing ! If I hadn't asked Ginger about it she would have taken my money & ordered product without telling me they had no intention of tearing out ANY of the carpet. I love this store, have had a long relationship with them, and spent a lot of money over the years. Number one reason ? The amazing customer service I have always received. Until now...

Flooring removal is a service that RC Willey does offer, but at a cost. That cost goes toward paying for our installers to remove the old flooring or towards paying a contractor to do that removal. The only time that removal should be denied is if it is not sanitary, if the service isn't being paid for or the type of flooring. To see if there is any type of resolution that can be met, please pair with that locations flooring manager.

No communication
No communication. Placed order over 5 days ago and still no tracking number. Called customer service, sat on hold for a very long time. They said my item was being drop shipped so they will need to get back to me after they reach that dept. Still no update!!!!!

Shabby treatment
Got my boxed item home to find that RC Willey was expecting me to ASSEMBLE MY FURNITURE MYSELF. Noticed then that the receipt mentioned “minor assembly required” though no one mentioned that at the store. The instructions said 4 Steps—but because there are 56 separate pieces that was obviously not the case. I called RC Willey thinking this had to be a mistake, like maybe some customers get a discount if they volunteer to do their own assembly or something. Nope. Customer service confirmed that I was on my own. I expect this from IKEA but did not anticipate this shabby treatment from what I’d assumed was a higher-end store. What a shabby trick. Yes, of course I’ll be returning the merchandise, and yes, I’ll be sharing this review elsewhere online.

We are sorry for the confusion with your end table and assembly. This is an item the comes boxed, unless you are a member of Blue Rewards or pay for delivery. We do have a 14-day return policy, so you can bring it back to the warehouse and get your money back.

Unproductive card verification process
I had an overall positive experience up until when I arrived at the distribution center to pick up the order. I did not have my wife's credit card in my possession so I was asked to call a help line to have my wife verify her card and purchase. After spending over 15 minutes on hold, we each spoke to someone that was completely unable to assist us. Through 20 minutes of frustration and no resolve, we canceled the original purchase using my wife's card. Instead we used my debit card in my possession to prevent having another long, possibly unproductive conversation. My wife and I considered canceling the entire purchase over the matter.

Their extended warranty is a LIE
Paid for an extended warranty on my couches. Trying to get a service appointment to get them cleaned and getting nothing but pushback to set this up. No online availability, you have to call in to schedule service, and their wait times are 20+ minutes. Online "customer service" is just a blocker, they don't try to help in any way. Definitely not a company that is up with the times! I've requested a refund for these warranties since it appears they don't intend to honor the warranties, and yet again, pushback from them. RC Willey is not an honest company. I will not set foot in their stores ever again.

We invited you to reach out to Extended Warranty to facilitate your claim as they will need information from you as well as provided the option of going into the store to start that claim process as well. We also passed your information over to extended warranty and have asked them to contact you. When you requested a refund, we let you know that you were two years into your warranty and would need to contact extended warranty to inquire about a refund. Were sorry you felt that you received pushback or that no one wanted to assist you.

That is drop off only and the drivers on that route are only one person and they are not able to deliver into your home. I am showing that you have spoken with our customer service and they have taken payment for a one time delivery fee charge to have a pair of drivers go back out to your home on 02/18/23 to bring your order into your home. Make sure you have the merchandise in…
Make sure you have the merchandise in the stores for pick up. I ordered something and it said it would be ready the next day. Got an email that it wasn't in the store and they would let me know when it would be there. Called customer service and they told me it would take 2 weeks to get there. Utah is next to me. Don't promise anything you can't keep!!

I wanted to add installation to my order and called in, long wait times, call transferred many times and then someone was going to call me back to help me and never did. Issue is still not resolved. I need to work up my courage to try to deal with it today.

Missing pieces to set
the setup package was missing one of the critical screws to put together, with no spare given for it. I now have to go to the home improvement store and spend more of my money, to hopefully be able to find the screw needed to finish this end table. Manufacturing mistakes happen but this is why you always include at least one spare of each screw in your packaging, a simply lazy mistake to make.

Beware Ordering Online
When we ordered the items, we were told they were in stock. They weren’t and were shipped from the main retailer which sells the couches cheaper. We bought 2 couches, a bed frame, and a washer dryer. The couches were delayed for delivery and bed frame showed up but as we paid for delivery into our home, it was left on our porch. Nothing has gone as we requested on the delivery information which has made scheduling difficult. Carrying 100+ pound packages by yourself isn’t fun either. The whole experience has put a bad taste towards RC Willey for us.
