Wiggy website
It took me a long time to complete my order due to my information disappearing. The website was acting really wiggy. My credit was denied a couple times due to the disappearing information. My credit score is typically over 800 so there was no reason for a denial. Finally, my credit was approved after I think my fourth attempt of filling in the same information over and over.

Cheap products that came with…
Cheap products that came with incomplete hardware. Currently waiting for hardware to ship so that assembly can be completed. I vacillated between purchasing from IKEA and RC Wiley. I regret going with the latter.

I Love these chairs
I Love these chairs, but they came not wrapped in any plastic or any other protective covering. The chairs are a light beige and had dirty spots on them both. I was easily able to wipe some of the damage clean but other spots are proving more difficult. I would expect a lot better from RC Willey

Terrible service unprofessional
I would give zero stars if it was an option. We purchased a memory foam mattress from RC Willey and put it in a protector. We had our home carpets cleaned and when moving the mattress noticed the underneath had molded really bad. The top still looked like brand new. We called customer service and explained the situation and they said they don’t cover stains and I can have it professionally cleaned and try and submit a warranty claim. They were very unhelpful, don’t stand by their warranty and have lost a customer forever. I would advise to give business elsewhere and save yourself troubles of dealing with a less than professional company.

Won't honor a paid for service
We bought new couches along with a policy for cleaning "Stains." They will not honor coming out to clean the stains, essentially RC Willey will take the money for the service but WILL NOT honor it.

Just bought two bookcases had to pick…
Just bought two bookcases had to pick up at wharehouse and had to show proof of how I purchased with a app logged in to show in office and lady was rude as hell, I will not come back to pick up my merchandise due to the way she spoke to me you can keep your furniture your customer service is horrible!!! Getting a refund and going elsewhere

I'm great full for the opportunity to post my opinion of RC Willey's they miss represent themselves. They advertise specials they can't fulfill as to try to order the item you get all kinds of nonsense reasons why your request can't be ordered. Then when I finally got to web assistance after a conversation of ( yum yum I'm not sure to well its a mood point anyway because it's only available in California) you've got to be kidding !!! I ask why it couldn't be shipped and they couldn't answer that. I've spent thousands of dollars at RC Willey's never again!!!

I ordered 2 end tables and a coffee…
I ordered 2 end tables and a coffee table. The day of delivery one end table was the wrong item and the coffee table came cracked. Customer service said they’ll have them delivered in 3 days, but now I’m having to take off work again to have them delivered. Not even an apology was offered.

RC Willey cancelled my order but charged my credit card and won’t refund my money
I called the RC Willey store in Rocklin, CA to confirm pickup of my mobile order for a Nintendo Switch system, and the associate said it would be ready and to come by and pick it up. However, when I got to the store, they said something about their fraud Dept. cancelling the order because the first and last name in the account do not match. Made me drive all the way out there only to leave empty handed. Also, I was charged for my order and I have not received any kind of refund for much cancelled order- I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Complete waste of my time, no effort to resolve the situation whatsoever. If the associate had checked, I had my credit card physically present with a name that matches my California Drivers License where I live in nearby Lincoln, CA, the same as the billing address on the order! What a complete waste if my time and energy. Done explaining, get better or keep losing business- I won’t be back.

Delivery schedule for today. No delivery. No phone call. Called the Rocklin customer service who rescheduled the delivery for next week. She said the delivery people phoned but we were home and received no call. Hoping next weeks delivery happens without issues.

Delivery system leaves much to be desired.
I don't have my couch yet, and I am not sure when I am going to get it. In all the years I have been dealing with RC Willey, this is by far the worst experience I have had. The problem is with the delivery scheduling. They will not commit to a date and time. All they will do is commit to a day, then give you a robocall the night before giving a 2 hour window. If (as was my case) that time is not convenient, then you have to call the store (and be on hold for a long, long time) and go through the process again. I will not say that the people I talked to were rude, they were just very unhelpful. They refuse to commit to a date and time. Oh, and the next available slot is in 4 days. Well, I have a doctor's appointment on that day, can you just tell me morning or afternoon? No. I guess I have to just roll the dice and hope that my 2 hour window is at a time when I am actually home. Maddening. So, you have to be prepared to schedule your life around them. They will make no accommodations for you.

Dont trust the warehouse dept
I purchased a mattress box spring and frame. I paid extra to have it delivered and set up. Instead i was told it would be the next day after promised delivery date. The guy I spoke to thought it was funny. His manager said they could not do anything. I explained my sister was moving from a nursing facility to an assisted living home. It involves discharging her from one place to another with meds etc. iI had to go to Facility by airport to pick up everything myself. The only person that could help me was someone who needs 4 back surgeries. I hate RC Willey service. They deserve a one.

Hello-I was in your facility in Reno, NV on Saturday. On my way to the flooring department, i saw a chair that I really liked. A female sales person approached and asked if i had any questions. I asked her if the chair was real leather as the label was confusing. She just kind of blew me off without even making any attempts to answer my questions. When I arrived home, I looked on your website and found that the seating area was leather but the sides and back were not. This was completely acceptable so I happily ordered the chair! Now, for the flooring department, I have been in the market for wood floors for quite some time. I encountered your sales rep, Gregory Wilson, who was helpful, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. What a pleasure to work with someone who goes out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. I have searched multiple flooring stores but believe I found the flooring of my choice at your location. Thank you for hiring Gregory!!!

Great customer loyalty policy. NOT
We have shopped at RC Willey for over 50 years and have usually had good experiences. On April 19th we went into the Riverton store to buy a new Washer and Dryer. On the way out we saw a recliner we liked and bought two. Up to that point thing went great so we decided to go to the flooring department to see what they had in vinyl plank flooring for the Laundry Room. The flooring representative Tiffany Paulson thought we would need four boxes of Acura Max floor for our 9 x 9 room. She stated they had two boxes in stock we could get at will call and the other two would be there on the 26th. She also stated we could return any unopened boxes of the Vinyl Flooring. Turned out we had one unopened box and one box minus two planks we didn’t use. On April 28th We took our receipt and one unopened box back to store and were told to take it to will call and they would help us. While we were there the lady in will call called to submit the return for credit on our account. That’s when the flooring manager got involved he stated they wouldn’t take back special order items. We reminded him two boxes were in stock to pick up at will call and informed him of to total cost of our purchases that day and his answer was basically. Oh well. To say we were angry was an understatement so on our way home we stopped and called the store and got the same guy. Again. At that point we told him he had a choice. Let us return one box of vinyl or come and get the washer dryer and two chairs they delivered that day. His comment was. So now you’re going to hold me hostage. We remained him how long we had been customers at the store and he state just because we shopped there fifty years was no reason he should make an exception to their policy. That’s when we told him he should grow a pair and do the right thing. He hung up. If RC Willey calls that customer loyalty we no longer be a customer of RC Willey.

Ordered stools online for delivery
Ordered stools online for delivery. Got my online receipt and it said they wouldn’t be delivered, they would come by FedX. I called to tell them I didn’t want FedX, could I pick up? The website customer service said they were available at a store about 30 minutes from me and I could pickup right away. Arranged a ride over there and was told at will call they didn’t have them. They said they could ship to me (via FedX) in three days. Told them to forget it - cancel the order. They said they were t allowed to do that - had to go inside and wait in line for customer service. After a wait, was told by customer service that they can’t do anything about online orders, would have to call website customer service (who sent me there in the first place). Stood right there and called, only to be told they couldn’t do anything to help me until Monday (it was Sat). I have to go back and make sure they refund my $$$. Closed my account and WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!
