Horrible customer service at this…
Horrible customer service at this location and the cashiers are imbeciles! Rude, disrespectful and condescending. The cashiers are always going to a 'back office blue shirt' employee about every request or change to your order that the salesperson didn't want to change. The blue shirt employees have an attitude and try to intimidate the customers by staring them down. Why not get off your fat butt and come out of your office space and take care of the issue. It's called SERVICE RECOVERY. You know exactly who you are... No more shopping for us at RC Willey and this will be broadcasted over all social media sites.

Whirlpool Refrigerator from RC Willey
I waited over a year to get the Whirlpool refrigerator that was large enough and would fit in the space I had available, It finally arrived last November. That’s when the trouble really began. Basically, temperatures in the refrigerator are uneven. There are spots where things freeze and other warm spots. I had purchased 7 years of warranty. I deal with hellish phone menus, then wait for repair service, then do it all again. This is July and my lemon of a refrigerator still plugs in and makes a lot of noise. Lights come on. I was hoping for more than noise and lights. I wish I had my old refrigerator back. It didn’t work right, but it did not cost me $500 a month. Sorry I insulted lemons. They are nice little fruits.

The applience I picked up was damaged…
The applience I picked up was damaged when I opened the box. I had to rent a truck to pick up the applience and now I have to deal with a damaged applience. Called the service desk but no one has reached out to me to replace or exchange the damaged applience.

Tried to get it delivered
Tried to get it delivered. But was told out of stock. It said it was in stock but kept saying not available. I had to go pick it up to get it. Then wait 3 days 7022723157 I tried to get a 17 inch that was on sale. For delivery. Said there was an error on it being out of stock. When it was showing in stock. Then I couldn't find it when I asked to pick it up. Ended up getting a 15 inch for a higher price and I had to pick it up on the 1st Show quoted text

First time customer will never go back
First time customer, I picked out a cocktail table in the clearance area and the warehouse damaged the table after moving it 50 feet to have it loaded into my truck. They had set other items on top of it and put a big scrape on the top. I have before and after pictures to prove they damaged it and the sales representative witnessed it and verified they did it. They were rude and told me “I can reject it or take it” with little sympathy they had damaged a piece I had just bought. I had to wait over an hour for them to bring out the cocktail table also. I than purchased one similar to it and they gave me 20 percent off that one which was very little back considering I didn’t get the original cocktail table I had picked out and paid for. They than screwed up the refund and called me days later telling me I didn’t buy a rug and they refunded me too much money back. I spoke to a manager and he was polite and said sorry but needless to say It was a horrible experience from start to finish and they did little to compensate or make the situation right for my time. I will not ever be shopping there again nor recommend someone shop there.

extended warranty department
I am very Frustrated & Disappointed by the customer service I am receiving from the extended warranty Team and the Managers lack of concern to call me back to address the issue that I am having to get my tv replaced using the warranty I Purchased, and is now valid through them! They are instead forcing it back to the buyers warranty which is no longer valid! I've been waiting two weeks and getting nothing but the runaround while they're waiting for the buyer to respond when I could already be taken care of and my now valid warranty honored !! Very unexpected compared to previous customer service I have received in the past!! one customer service rep says yes your covered through our warranty the next one says you have to go through the buyer I'll have the manager call you, he never calls .I call again same thing and the manager is never available!! I call again to a different rep and she acts put out by my frustration.!!!

Frigidaire refrigerator from RC Willey
We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator from the RC Willey draper location in January 2021. After it was delivered, it had a leaky hose in the back that left water all over our kitchen floor and warped a cabinet. That's where our long odyssey of dealing with RC Willey and Frigidaire started. Later the ice machine started having issues and we had to call another technician out. After that the inside lining started to crack and RC Willey switched out the refrigerator for another one. Problem over? Nope. This one also had a problem with the ice machine making a loud grinding noise and not making ice fast enough. So we have a tech come out yet again. He switches a part, it works OK for a few days, and today it started making a grinding noise from hell. We call up Frigidaire and they tell us they can't have a tech out to us for 5 days. But the problem really begins with RC Willey. We've now gotten 2 crap refrigerators from them. In the past, when we've talked with them, their attitude has been it's more a supplier/product issue. Never mind the fact they sell them. Shop somewhere else.

I asked that the appliance be installed and the delivery driver said they did not know about that and dropped the appliance off and left.

Waited nine mothers for A water stained…
Waited nine months for a water stained couch because the first couch was damaged. GM argued with me about the water stain saying that it was my perception even though the furniture cleaners agreed it was a water stain. I did receive a discount and was told if I wanted to reorder another one I would have to go through corporate if there were any issues and they would not reorder even if it was damaged. If I wanted a refund I would have to pay $800 special order fee even though it was their fault the couches were damaged. I will never buy from RC Willey again.

Rc willey inconvenienced my family!
On May 20th I was contacted by salesman that my dining room table set was in stock. I called for the scheduled delivery which was June 11th. In preparation I disposed of my current dining room set the 9th. On the 11th all that was delivered was the dining room chairs. I called my salesman and was informed the table was 3 weeks out. Now my family is left with out a dining room table. After this purchase I will be canceling my rc willey account.

I got a used product instead of a new one
I purchased 2 of the Marin table bases ant white at 400.00 a piece. One of the table bases was fine. The other one had clearly been used for a floor model or must have been returned. One of the pieces had scuffs all over it, and you could see where it had previously been assembled ( I took pictures). In addition, the product was damaged and cracked in various areas that compromised the beauty of it. It was also very unnerving to see the structural damage because it was going to be used to hold a 300 lb rectangular glass top. It’s upsetting to pay full price for something you think is brand new and it clearly isn’t. I have always loved this company and have received quality furniture from RC Willey in the past. This was a dishonest thing to do a customer. Especially when I waited in line for an hour to pick it up. Now, I have to take it back and go through the whole process again. In the future, please make sure you show more transparency in charging full price for something that has already been used and was damaged upon arrival.

They charged me twice as much and put me negative in my checking account
I was ordering a couple mattresses and when I checked out it said my session expired and I needed to log in again to place my order..I did that and then I got two emails saying I placed both orders!! Well.... because it was quite expensive and twice as much as it should have been, my checking account went negative and I had to pay 45$ in over draft fees. Of course the online customer service is closed weekends so I have to wait two days to straighten it out. I'm sure they will cancel the order and refund my money but the kicker is I have Covid and was quarantined but I had to drive all over town and go to my two banks to deposit money so I wasn't negative. I'm sure they won't offer me anything for that though. So I have all these fees and I had to run around sick cause they screwed up? Unreal

It was supposed to be delivered 6/18. I called RC Wileys customer service was supposed to have items held. Instead items were still delivered, left on patio and home us not occupied at this time. Had to have a friend pick up items from porch.

Horrible, as always. Never had a good experience. Once you buy something the service goes right down the toilet. Forced to buy there due to stock issues everywhere. New what to expect going in, snot surprised they haven’t changed at all.

Unfortunately the person I spoke with
Unfortunately the person I spoke with, John in furniture sales, totally dropped the ball. He was suppose to get back with me, never did. I asked that he update my new phone number, he did not. I got a call from RC Willeys, the person who has my old phone number was receiving notification of delivery. Also was to see if I could increase my credit limit to fit my purchase, he did not. 😑
