This fan is a great product
This fan is a great product. I got stumped attaching the thumb screw so more instruction on that step could be useful to add to the assembly instructions, but otherwise, the assembly was straightforward. It works great with both the fan and mister. It made my outdoor porch much more comfortable. Also, the noise level is so quiet I had to look at the fan rotating on the base to know it was on. Customer service is easily accessible and responsive too.

Customer service rep went above and beyond to resolve the issue and was both friendly and professional. This csr puts the customer first and today this does not happen very often. In my opinion this csr has the qualities to be a trainer in the Customer service dept. Thank you Wm Ladzinski

Great customer service!
The representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable of my product, knew exactly what I needed and ordered a replacement part which will be delivered in 3-5 business days. Hopefully it will be the solution to the problem I was having with my fan. If not, she instructed me to contact the company and she or another customer support representative will help me resolve the issue.

I emailed their customer service hoping to buy a replacement part for an air fryer. The replacement part I need isn't available for purchase on it's own on the website, but the customer service representative responded within five minutes to let me know the price for the part and offered to set up an order for me.

They had excellent customer service. The representative Kenmar made sure I got what I needed and at the best price with out all the extra fuss and hassle. I appreciated that he was quick in our email correspondence. It didn’t take 2business days for them to respond back but each time he got back quickly and I really like that in a company I buy from! Will for sure be buying their products again. Their customer service does make sure you are satisfied before letting you go! Totally recommend them.
