I purchased a Luma countertop ice maker…
I purchased a Luma countertop ice maker and it started making a loud howling noise. I contacted Luma support and they said it was the water pump. They offered to send me a replacement water pump with instructions of how to replace the water pump at no cost. I was happy with this solution.

I had a small issue with my wine cooler holding temperature. Eli was quick to come up with an easy solution. I was so impressed with the service I ordered some other accessories while on the phone. Highly recommend.

Our water cooler was purchased off of…
Our water cooler was purchased off of Staples.ca. The design is modern and sleek. Unfortunately, the cooler malfunctioned but it was super quick and easy to get a replacement.

Great Customer Service
We were having trouble with an ice maker we purchased. I made the call and Robert helped me trouble shoot my problem. He was prompt with his replies and very helpful. We are hoping that the part he sends us fixes our problem.

My contact at Newair was Jose, when I described the problem I was having with my ice maker he knew right away what the problem was and I got a response on replacing the unit under warranty within 24 hours. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days!

I had a problem with my 50 lb. Newair portable ice maker. The customer service representative helped me diagnose the problem and sent me the replacement part at no charge. Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful! Very pleased.

Happy with NewAir ice maker in NC
My husband bought me a NewAir ice maker for Christmas and I have been so pleased with it. I did have to call customer service once but the gentleman I spoke with, Robert, was pleasant and followed up with emails to make sure I was taken care of.
