NewAir cared a lot about my past buy.
After 9 months of buying a $250 value beautiful DeHumidifier I thought to be on my own discovering that something was not working properly and Customer Service in place of Kenmar took over my problem and solved it like if it was his own. Such a pleasure to know that they care about customers. I bought many items from NewAir and until now I am full satisfied. KUDOS! marino - Los Angeles

What a great group of people
What a great group of people. Today Kenmar noticed a product part had not been shipped and contacted me. He took the initiative to follow up and determine what was occurring and took immediate care to see things through. Christine was delightful
Christine was delightful! I contacted Luma Comfort for replacement parts for my counter icemaker. We're a military family, and in our most recent move, our ice basket and scoop were somehow lost. I called the customer service line, and was connected to Christine, who was quick to make arrangements to have new parts shipped out immediately. Not only was she efficient, but warm and personable in the process. Truly appreciate the swift and effective service!

I had initially received prompt service and a quick response to my initial email regarding the warranty that was purchased when buying our wine refrigerator. I have been made aware that the equipment to correct the issue will be mailed out promptly and is a DIY project. I was appreciative of the assistance initially but unfortunately I have not been receiving assistance or their cooperation since I placed the review, nor received the instructions yet. I’m extremeky frustrated with them and their warranty follow through!

Great Experience
Had a great experience with Robert with New Air. Thought I had bought a built in wine cooler but when I opened it and realized it was a free standing wine cooler. Robert worked with me on exchanging for a built in wine cooler. I went with New Air because of their positive reviews and I’m glad I did! Thankful for Robert and New Air for providing great customer service and experience. Looking forward to my new wine cooler.

Repair to my Avalon Bay 27 bottle Dual Zone Wine Cooler
The compressor for the bottom zone of the unit went out after about six months. Got in contract with Robert in Customer Support for Newair. He gave me an easy process to diagnose the unit and make sure it was a faulty compressor. Then, sent me a new compressor kit free of charge to replace the defective one and easy instructions on how to swap out the compressor. The kit is in the mail to me. I do not anticipate any further problems with this unit and appreciate Robert's assistance in getting the problem resolved.
