New Air's customer service is awesome…
New Air's customer service is very reliable. I requested some info for some additional shelves for an under the counter refrigerator I purchased and the agent was kind enough to set up the order via email and all i had to do was call in and place the order. I would definitely recommend New Air for products because of their reliable support team.

My ice machine worked really well then…
My ice machine worked really well then it stopped. I called for warranty service and got immediate attention. No waiting on hold. We tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone but realized a part was cracked. When it was found the replacement parts were on back order they agreed to send me a replacement unit. Very good service !

Service Excellence
I purchased a NewAir product strictly because of it's reputation for quality and performance. Likewise I expected that service (when needed) would match NewAir's excellence. The Customer service and support extended by the Rep (Evan) has simply been superb. Not only did he diffuse my anxiety with the difficulty I had, but he has quickly responded and reacted in providing the needed "fix". I am again, a very happy Customer, but then why wouldn't I be - after all I purchased a NewAir product. Very well done Evan and thanks much!

Great customer service
Great customer service! I bought an Avalon Air Fryer 7 months ago, and the digital display stopped working. Asked for help to fix it or a replacement, and Robert in customer service offered me a free replacement right away. All I had to do was snip the power cord on the old one and send a photo that included the snipped cord and the product tag on the appliance. Just ordered the replacement today, so hope to get it soon and start cooking again.

Excellent ice maker and great customer service
Excellent ice maker. When I did finally have a part wear out after a couple years of constant use, Robert was quick and efficient and helped me find and order the part needed.

After doing research on "swamp coolers"…
After doing research on "swamp coolers" I came across the Luma evaporative cooler. I was in desperate search of something to cool my house, that wasn't a expensive to run window ac unit. The reviews say it doesn't work in high humidity regions. Well I live in north Carolina, high humidity, and although it hasn't reduced the 20 to 30 degrees as it states, it has decreased it 10! I went from 80 to 70 in the first three days and have kept it! I'm very impressed, so much so I have ordered another to put at other end of my house! Its quiet, functional, and the fan on oscillating is phenomenal! I would highly recommend!

I purchased an ice maker for my mom…
I purchased an ice maker for my mom last June and after about 9 months it started producing about 1/4 of the amount of ice. I contacted the company to figure out what to do and they were super helpful. They gave me a few diagnostic things to try and we couldn't get the production back up. They said they would send out a replacement unit no problem. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them again.

Our department purchased the ice maker…
Our department purchased the ice maker about a year and a half ago and it was working great until the ice bucket broke. I called the company and they were very helpful by providing the part number and cost of the new part. I'm in the process of getting the new part to repair my ice maker. I will keep you up to date ones I have my ice maker repaired.

Excellent Customer Service and Love my Air Fryer
Excellent Customer Service. I received my Avalon Bay AB-Airfryer100B Air Fryer in December 2017. I have used my air fryer at least twice a day since. It's my all time favorite kitchen appliance. My food comes out like it came from a gourmet restaurant, no matter what I cook, and I cook almost everything in it. My favorite afternoon snack these days is air fried corn on the cob -- sprayed with Spectrum Butter and sprinkled with Black Truffle Sea Salt. Just 10 minutes for an amazing snack. Also use it for all of my proteins -- salmon, steak, chicken. I'm on weight watchers and have lost 13 pounds with the help of my air fryer!

Purchased a MF26B for our dock.
Purchased a MF26B for our dock. A few days ago the misting motor would not turn. Got in touch with Robert in Customer Support and after doing some troubleshooting through emails, we determined the motor is faulty. He will be sending out a new motor under warranty. The promptness of the email responses were exceptional and can't wait for the new motor to get here so I can continue to enjoy my misting fan before fourth of July!

Great service
We ordered an evaporative cooler, which served us well for one summer, but the water pump stopped working just before the warranty expired. Everyone I've spoken to has been very helpful in helping to trouble-shoot the problem and send out a replacement part; Robert and Ashley in particular have gone above and beyond to help get the parts sent out so we can get this fixed.
