Good customer service, warranty was honored
I was surprised that our 33 bottle wine chiller malfunctioned just shy of its 1 year warranty. However, Elizabeth from customer service was very helpful and courteous through several emails while we worked out the details of the warranty. Rather than repair this particular unit, New Air chose to replace the entire unit. I'm pleased to say that we have a new wine chiller on the way. Good customer service and I'll buy another New Air wine chiller.
