Excellent Customer Service
I purchased the NewAir Portable Countertop Ice Maker, model number AI-215SS. What a great machine! However, I did need a bit of customer service with searching for a part. Stephan Longsworth came to my rescue! His professionalism and courtesy in assisting me only solidified my sound decision in the purchase of this product. Quick responses to emails, too! Thanks again to Mr. Longsworth for your help with my situation!! You truly went above and beyond! Great ice maker!! I could not be more pleased with NewAir.
