Ms. Elizabeth made what I thought IMPOSSIBLE...POSSIBLE. I was told early on there was nothing that could be done to replace my unit. She went above and beyond to make this happen for me and my family. We are new to the "air fryer world" and was just getting into the swing of things when our unit went ca-put! Liz was extremely helpful and efficient in resolving the issue I was having with my wine refrigerator. She was understanding and apologetic for the issues we were having with the unit as we have only had it for about a year. If you are ever looking to speak with someone at new air, I would highly recommend you speak with Liz.

WOW just WOW!! I come from years of customer service, hospitality, and business owner myself.....I can honestly say that if I had to rewrite my training manuals at anytime in the future, I'd have to beg for advice from these folks!! They went above and beyond to please and to correct a situation that was no fault of their own. I'm impressed to say the least and give 5 huge 🌟 to a company that fairly and proudly backs their products!! I will recommend them over any competition all day! Christina and the NewAir team have been very responsive in resolving the issue with my wine cooler. They offered troubleshooting suggestions to determine where the issue might lie. Their communications have been timely and to the point. As a result my replacement cooler is on it's way and I'll soon be back to nicely chilled pinots and chardonnays!

Liz was very helpful and listened attentively to the problem I had with the unit. She provided clear troubleshooting suggestions and was confident in her assessment of the point of failure. Turnaround on communication was very prompt and Liz ultimately resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction, also handling an escalation to her manager for me on the cost of shipping, which was resolved with some compromise from NewAir which was appreciated. Thank you Liz and NewAir!

Elmer delivered outstanding customer service on quick timing!
Elmer was extremely helpful in resolving our issue on quick timing! We received a new wine fridge which had what we thought was minor damage. We initially reported this, with an ask of replacing just this small part. As we looked further, it was evident the box had been impacted by something heavy and there was further damage to the fridge. We updated Elmer on the situation and he promptly sent us a return shipping label and placed an order for a replacement fridge to arrive in 3-5 days. Thanks for terrific customer service, Elmer!
