I brought a $3600 sectional in November…
I brought a $3600 sectional in November of 2022 by March of 2023 the couch was falling apart.I tried contacting the room place since March when I finally got in contact with them in October of 2023 after all these months they said they will not replace my couch I am very disappointed in their service and how they've treated me I will never buy anything from them ever again

Oh Not wanting to replace my furniture.
Oh, review until I received information from corporate office. We purchased furniture in April of this year, 2003 we moved into her home and May 2003 in August. Just a few months after we moved in, we noticed that a mattress was syncing in on one side and sloping. Like going down a Hill on the other side they came out. They replaced the mattress again. It's just now a few months past August and again. We're having the same difficulties. One side of sinking the other side is sloping the gentle. Came out noted and told us personally. He felt that there was something wrong. Definitely with the mattress and that he would make note of that to the room place. I just got off the phone with room. And the corporate office who nevre returned my phone call. I had to continue bugging them that. They're telling you now that the mattress is perfectly fine. It's just wear and tear, and it has to sink more than an 11/2 for them to do anything. I feel like it is not a fair that they have sold a product and have have to be replaced 3 times and now they're telling me that. Not going to fix it, so do not buy any furniture from this company. We bought every room in our house. Brand new furniture from the room place living room kitchen. All 3 bedrooms and now they're telling me if they won't replace a mattress that has a defect in it. I feel like this company is a defect.

I applied online for financing and you sent me an approval letter and then when it was all complete and I checked out everything we wanted. The lady on the phone said the credit was declined. It should not have been declined

Was informed that everything that was…
Was informed that everything that was offered was on the floor and they could not order me anything else. Come to find out when I picked up my order from the warehouse this location was the main store and they had so many more options Then we picked up our order- just decided to keep everything bought it home and table and 1 chair was damaged & sectional lounge damaged and horrible to put all this together- things didn't lineup correctly- awful experience

The sofas hinges don't line up

Misinformed customers with lies
We bought top of line bedroom set, kitchen dining set, recliners, sofas, chair, etc. We were told that it was real leather, on top of that they sold us insurance to take care of any future issues. If I remember correctly, our furniture cost was more than $25,000. After a couple of years of rare use, material which was supposed to be leather started ripping. We called the store and they asked us to contact the insurance folks, insurance told us that it was not a real leather and they don't cover that. Long story short, we were basically screwed. I will never buy from those shitheads again and will never recommend anyone to buy from them. They are cheaters.

Never get a true delivery date
I would give zero stars if it let me I orderd a couch and on the day I orderd it the sales person told me delivery will be in 3 weeks that is an estimated time but usually comes in sooner then they call a week later and tell me it's going to be another 3 weeks so I call at the end of that 3 weeks and they tell me it's going to be another 4 weeks till it gets deliverd so now I have been waiting almost 3 months to get my couch delivered when I was told on the day I bought it that it would only be 3 weeks I have called corporate and spoke to any person I could and all they say to me is -would you like to cancel -and the delivery date is just a estimate and they never really know when your furniture will get delivered until the day it comes in the first answer to my problem with every person i spoke to was-would you like to cancel-i paid over 3000 for this couch and tjey could cate less if i cancel or not-I wish I would have known this on the day I bought it because I have family coming in from out of town for the holidays and now we have no place for anyone to sit on and I am very disappointed yes they told me it was an estimated date but in the same sentence also told me it was likely it would come in before that . I was made to believe it would be here in time for the holidays because I bought it at the beginning of October/end of september i cant remember the exact date and now I'm lucky if it comes in by the new year I am afraid to call and ask again because every time I do they push the date back I can't cancel now because anywhere I buy from now it will be to late to get it in time for the holidays this is why I orderd it in then end on September beginning of October so it would be here in time I will never order from you again because of this reason and if it dont come in by the new year I will definitely be canceling I like the couch I got but I'm sure if I look I can find another one I like just as much and won't have to wait 3-4 months to get it

Staff is not aware of items that weee…
Staff is not aware of items that weee sold. Bought a recliner. An hour later the sales person called me with the infirmation that recliner was already sold to someone else before me. So my order was cancelled. The store is a mess with absolutely no control of the inventory. Customers are being sold furniture that is no longer available.

Never received couches.
I ordered to couches and was assured that I would receive them within 6 weeks. That did not happen therefore I cancelled my order. I have yet to receive refund and my order was cancelled weeks ago.

Bait and Switch
It’s doesn’t matter how many times I visit these stores I never have a pleasurable experience. This time I had the rep Chris start helping me and left me to go help another lady which resulted in me dealing with the store manager. He also told me the frames I needed where in stock only to find out the next day after paying for them, they were not in stock. I feel like there is always some bait and switch going on. I have not went to another furniture store because I dont want to have to apply for credit again else where but at this point I have had enough of the crap I get after every visit.

I recently paid off my previous balance…
I recently paid off my previous balance 1 day after the the pay date. I called and spoke with a representative and was assured that the late fee would be took off. So I went into the showroom to purchase a living room and dining room set, $4,800.And I was denied because i supposedly you $35 Apparently the late fee wasn’t took of my account. So I’m called the bank AGAIN to resolve the issue. So I took my business to Bobs Furniture

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
One star only because the system doesn't allow negative star reviews. Not only does the Sales staff lack basic product knowledge (here's looking at you Bryan), they lack the accountability to even admit they're to blame, instead blaming the problem on being confused by their own website. I understood the difference in product after 30 seconds on the site and I don't even work there. Told me the couches I was buying had three features, then delivered couches with only one (I spent over $5,500 on this). When I called to point out their error, they said I'd have to pay them another $1,350 to correct their mistake, and they'd do me the courtesy of not charging me to restock the couches they delivered in error! Diabolically unacceptable. They'll never get another penny from me, and I'll make it my mission in life to warn everyone I can about their inexcusable way of doing business.

Horrible company I would never reccomend
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone go somewhere else! I ordered the wrong pieces of furniture and it is still in the box and yet they still won't take a return. Horrible customer service and you will get screwed over in the end with these clowns! They could care less about their customers. Why would they have a return receipt attached to the box in order to return it but yet customer service says you can't return it. HA! JOKE!
