We bought 2 box springs and set up the delivery date. The next day I received a phone call that they are out of stock and they are no longer using that vendor. Then he said if we want to he can get us 2 more from a different vendor but it will cost $60.00 more and would not be delivered for up to 3 weeks. Then he said that was not the a guaranteed price it may cost more. I canceled my order and got my money back and went to a different store. Not happy at all!!

I was told they could only hold my order for 7 days I explained to the management that it would take at lest 2/3 weeks to have payment! They tried to pressure me to put down a 2000 dollars on a order he can only hold for one weeks plus it’s none refundable after three days? And it would take maybe three for me to have the rest of the payment

I bought a table and chair with warranty. I had an accidental damage to the table. I contacted Guardian Protection and the claim was Denied. Every time I made a claim it was denied then they say I didn’t say the right verbiage. After the warranty expired they have this program that if you don’t use the warranty they will give you a gift card. Well why would I buy anything else if the warranty program you have denied every thing? So I’m left with this cheaply made table and you offer me a gift card for $99 off of $1000. Now why would I spend $1000 in your store?? Horrible, never will I go here again. Just lost a paying customer.

Awful customer compensation!
I was happy when purchasing on 7/23. I made an order for $2,331.53. Everyone was kind then. Until, I went into my credit card with the room place and only had $645 available. I was approved for $4,900. I called Comenity and they told me to go into the store. So I went into the store to sit on the phone with comenity for 1hr. I was charged once for the merchandise order and again for the total sales charge. If you understand credit, you’ll know the utilization rate matters. Furthermore, are you guys aware of how easy it is to lower a credit score versus how hard it’ll be to bring it back up? So in short, I need to wait 90 days for a dispute, pay double the minimum balance until then, and let you guys ruin my credit, and still pay full price whenever it’s solved? (Sounds like theft/fraud) How do I, the customer win here, when I’m the only one paying for your mistake!? From my understanding you should do everything to make your customer happy and instead you can’t do anything to resolute this problem.

First of all I came in to make a purchase & after finding all my items to only be told my card declined and my limit was over 4000 plus I had logged in my account before coming & not knowing once there I can't use my card. Big inconvenience & now told need another method of payment. I should of been made aware of this before getting there. The people were rude there. I got half my order & received a delivery time between 9:30 -12:30 to then be awaken before 8am. Very disappointing

There are not enough salesperson to provide information regarding sofa and recline chair we r looking for. Also associates take almost 30 minutes to check out . I spend $2100 worth of money but I think the service I received was not good at all.

Worst company ever!!
Worst company ever!!! What they tell you in the store is not what you see on your statement. I did not even complete one year of the interest charge to be hit to my account.

We were there and looked for a mattress and base we looked 2-3 options and then we finally went for beauty rest mattress with the base which had head and foot up and down … we finished with all the formalities and everything done and we finalised delivery for Thursday… on the day of delivery when we receive our delivery it was not the duluxe base it was just the prime base then we called them that’s not we ordered… they replied us that they charged you for prime one so you got that one but we said we never asked for the prime one… we finalise the base which has both head and leg up and down that’s is duluxe one … now they are dying if you want that you have to pay the difference because that o E is expensive… this was so unprofessional and they were not ready for replacement… it’s was so much hactic day for us … it was our first purchase with the room place and we were highly disappointed with that ….now we were here for paying the difference

Deceptive Pricing
Edited after delivery: I intially left a good review for the place, but am editing to warn future customers. When my living room set was delivered, it was the wrong version (manual vs power recline). I called the office to inform them of the mistake and ask to have the correct set delivered. I was told that my order must have been entered wrong and the set that I had seen on their floor was $400 more than what I paid - they also confirmed that the price I paid is what was advertised in-store. I asked the manager to honor the advertised price and send me the set I purchased for the price I was charged and was told no. Very deceptive. Good selection and fair prices. There were no hardball sales tactics or aggressive upselling, which made the checkout experience painless. Delivery charges were reasonable and scheduling was easy. We had a slightly over-eager salesman who did follow us around a bit as we sat on different couches and tried them out, which was a little weird - but not enough to dissuade me, and he was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely shop here again.

A loss of $22000
I bought more than $15000 worth of furniture. First, they screwed me over with the quality of the furniture they gave me. It came broken. 2nd they screwed me over the warranty that the salesguy sold me. Which was total garbage. 3rd they screwed me over the finance part by not telling me at the time of sale that i was suppose pay everything within 48months or else they charge me interest for all the 48 months after i pay off the loan amount of the furniture. All in all never ever going to go back there. This is not a fake review i am in their database. I total loss of $15k in furniture plus the $7500 in interest. Total loss $22000. I hope they go bankrupt soon. Blood sucking leeches.
