Poor communication
Can’t give a review if you never receive my order. Ordered on 4/7/2022 it is now 4/28/2022 and still have not received item or tracking info. Emails and messages go unanswered. Very disappointed in my experience.

It's been a bad experience - but eventually got better
My original review: "It's been a bad experience. The worst communication and customer service I've experienced in a long time. I placed my order on 04/21/22 and still have not received my saddle. I've sent many emails and web page form requests, which have gone unanswered. There is no phone number on the USA website. When I finally found a phone number, I get hung up on each time I call. It's very disappointing, and I still do not have the saddle for which I've paid for. I know the saddle is great (I had tried a friend's 611 before ordering). Too bad the customer service is virtually non-existent." New update - I did eventually receive my saddle. Thanks to Sarah at Boards & More (apparently the new parent company of SQLab), It required a cancellation of my original order and a new order to be initiated. I'm guessing there are a LOT of growing pains going on. My honest opinion is they are not ready for direct orders from end-users. Their processes and back-end is not fully developed based on my experience. That said, a month after order placement and a lot of rigmarole, I did receive it. It's a great saddle! (as I already knew from a trial ride). Hopefully they iron out the kinks quickly. In the meantime, if a major retailer happens to have stock (REI, Jensen, etc.), I'd go with one of them for now (no one had stock when I purchased). Five stars for the saddle. Reduced for the headaches (but thank you to Sarah for coming through).

I ordered on Friday
I ordered on Friday, needing it by following weekend. Hadn’t gotten a shipment confirmation by Tuesday so I called Boards & More and left a message. Used the contact form Wednesday asking to cancel. Got an email reply Thursday letting me know the order had already shipped and I couldn’t cancel. Finally got the shipping confirmation Friday, one full week after I ordered and two days after it actually shipped. Got the product Saturday, but had to ship back since it was late. If it had shipped in the anticipated 24 hours that the website listed, I would have had it in time. Never got a call back.

The 612 saddle is comfortable on the…
The 612 saddle is comfortable on the soft pad right fitting size 120mm, great ischeal bone support and necessary curves to the rear. The length 270mm does provide excellent security while maintaining overall very light weight. In summary the best saddle with anticipated many years construction material that is guaranteed to last. The short pants is nicely breathing textile but lacks chamois class 4+ comfort.

Ergowave is the Best!!
The 612 Ergowave Active is simply the best bike seat I have ever owned. Since installing it I have put in over 100 miles on it with zero pain or chafe. SQ Labs has made distance riding fun again!

I received very little communication…
I received very little communication about my order after I placed it. It simply showed up at my door one day. The saddle itself, an active model, didn’t really work out for me. I’ve been using a non-active SQ saddle, which is the most comfortable thing I’ve tried. The active model didn’t agree with me for some reason.

US customer service is sparse
US customer service is sparse. I had to ask for tracking info a week after ordering. I finally received an email from their US distributor but the email did not contain any tracking information. I hope the saddle arrives one of these days or I’ll have to figure out how to request a refund, in German apparently.

Disappointed in the US reseller
Disappointed in the US reseller I ordered an SQLab alloy 30x 16 deg low rise handlebar and received a 12 deg high rise bar. I am trying to get someone from this Boards and more company to send me a return label for shipping and it's been a few days with no contact. Granted Memorial Day weekend just passed, but this is not a difficult task. When I had received the incorrect item, I immediately sent a picture and email to their customer service email. After no response, I found a link for a return process, but it wanted me to pay for the shipping, which I am not doing as the product was incorrect. Just tried calling their phone number and cannot get anyone to answer. Ended up buying the handlebar through Amazon (really don't like giving them my money) and it shipped from Rome italy to Leipzig Germany to the USA before anyone here returned an email. It arrived from Amazon in it's original box as opposed to a bag with a barcode on it that Boards and more sent. Handlebar is fantastic by the way! Everything about the product is exactly what I was hoping it to be. Gets my hands in a super comfortable position and the bike feels very balanced and neutral. Wish I didn't give my money to amazon, but I tried...

Products are great, problems ordering
I have ordered two carbon handlebars and one stem previously. I tried to order another stem and after accepting my order, I received and email indicating that my order was cancelled with no reason stated. I looked for a phone number on the website and couldn’t find a phone number to call to try and rectify the problem. By googling the company, I was able to find a contact number for the company. I was able to talk to someone who said that my order was cancelled because they thought it could be a fraudulent order, meanwhile I had ordered from them more than once previously. She recommended that I try the order again. The order did go through on the second try. Once the order went through, there was no tracking information provided and it did take longer than most online orders to receive. I did have to email the same person that helped me previously to get the tracking number. Seems like a lot to go through to order a stem?

Best upgrade ever!
OMG, best upgrade ever! These handlebars (311 FL-X) are amazing. It is a night and day difference in vibration dampening compered to the stock alloy handlebars that came on my bike.
