Coming up on 5 days... Still waiting for my purchase to ship. Finally got my order 2 weeks later. I would not recommend ordering from this company to anybody searching for jewelry.

Horrible
Horrible! Black ear butter was like liquid and leaked all over and stained my shirt, went straight into the garbage! Took forever to finally get them, got the wrong size and they are the worst quality of silicone I’ve seen. Never ordering from them again, save your money.

I sent 2 emails, a text, and wrote a comment. No reply
I sent 2 emails, a text, and even wrote a comment on a facebook post. I've tried multiple times to get ahold of them because I wanted to see if my order had even been confirmed because I haven't recieved a confirmation email but my bank was charged. I have gotten no answer but they have reached out to people on this site. So honestly I'm not very pleased because I just want to see where my order is at and when it should be delivered.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I received stone plugs that had a sizeable chip in them. The plugs come in a little zip lock baggy that was completely closed. If this was damaged during travel the chipped piece would still be in the baggy, but it was not. They either sent me broken plugs on purpose or did not inspect them. When I reached out to them about this issue to get new plugs sent to me, they did not take any responsibility for this and blamed it on travel. I reexplained that it could not have been travel due to the chipped piece not being in the baggy. They just completely ignored this fact and took zero responsibility. Looking at other bad reviews I'm sure this will get the same copy/paste reply to it which is just another example of poor customer service. They don't really care about their customers.

LATE AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS
I ordered my plugs on December 8th and only just now got them today on January 9th. It should not take 32 days to ship a pair of plugs. What is even more infuriating is that the stone plugs I ordered came damaged. One of the stone plugs had a massive chip on the one side and the chip was not in the packaging, meaning they shipping me ALREADY damaged plugs. If the chipped part was in the baggy, then it's more understandable that they got damaged during travel, but no, they didn't check their product before packaging it or purposely sent out damaged ones. Either way that's real crap customer service. I was super stoked to get these plugs too and now I'm just cheesed. Was my first experience with them and will be my last. EDIT: Their copy/paste reply to bad reviews just shows how crap their customer service is. They didn't even send an email to try and make it up to me.

If I could leave no stars I would
If I could leave no stars I would. On the website it said if you purchase by December 16th your package would arrive before Christmas. I ordered that morning and spent $33 on two pairs of plugs that were almost identical because everything else was out of the size I needed for my boyfriend. It took the money from my account immediately. I never got a confirmation email or anything at all so Christmas passes and still nothing. I emailed them on December 28th!!!! asking what was the deal and they told me one of the products they TOOK MY MONEY FOR ALREADY was out of stock and they froze my order?!?! Never let me know or sent out what was available??!?! I told them it was a Christmas gift and the holiday has already passed so I want what I paid for and that they should compensate somehow since they never even emailed me anything. My response came January 2nd saying that my order has shipped and would take 5-7 business days to ship. THEY COULDN’T EVEN EXPEDITE MY SHIPPING?? I had a momentary freak out because never in my life have I had THIS bad of an experience with a store. I told them they should do ANYTHING to make this up to me and they ignored me and repeated exactly what they said in the last email to me. I finally let loose and said if they didn’t at least refund my shipping that I would leave bad reviews and tweet on my account with 15k followers about this experience. They finally sent me an email with JUST my shipping refunded... but? I checked every account I could’ve used to pay for the order and no money was actually put back. These guys are frauds and a**holes. Please for the love of God do not spend any money on this website. I know I sound like a Karen but if you were me and read the rude emails and had to be in the dark about where $33 went with nothing to show for it for 12 days you’d be a Karen too. Anyway, thanks for reading if you did. I hope they recognize this situation and decide to shut me up by actually just giving me my $33 and if they can’t refund it to whatever card they say they can’t I have others ;*. Also still haven’t gotten the plugs!

HORRIBLE SERVICE
I ordered a pair of flesh tone plugs October 5, 2019 and never received them. 13 days after I ordered them, I emailed the support team and they said "it seems that they are out of stock". Though my first order of clear silicone tunnels had been out of stock, they emailed me IMMEDIATELY and told me that they would be sent out as soon as they were in. This is unacceptable. Not only did they not tell me that they were out of stock, but they will not give me a refund and they still have YET to send me my order and it is now January, 2020. I just went on the website and it says that the EXACT plugs that I had ordered are now IN STOCK and in my size. I am placing my last order through this company as of right now and I will never use this website again.

Poor deleviry and poor transparency
I ordered a pair of silicone tunnels on the 20th form you guys I ordered the same pair from another company at the same time. The others shipped that next day and I got them before christmas with basic shipping... You guys still haven't shipped my order from over a week ago. With the others I didnt have to pay extra to track my order with y'all I do... I've ordered through yall before and this happened.. Unfortunately this will be my last purchase through pyh I still haven't received any info regarding my order

Never received my order.
Ordered one pair of gages for a friend on decemeber 11 its December 28th and I still do not have the gages. There is no tracking for my package either, hopefully I can get a refund. All in all, i will not be shopping here again.

Poor business ethics.
Placed my order by the deadline for Christmas delivery.... got the email with the confirmation of order and it stated I would receive an email when my order was shipped. It is two days before Christmas still no email saying shipped, no order delivered, I have emailed numerous times and gotten no reply. I also found a contact phone number. I called and spoke to a woman that said Kim is who handles that and isn’t in but would call me this afternoon ..... no phone call, no email, nothing!! I try to call back and now the number says no one is available to take my call.

Not a returning customer!
Awful! I placed my order on November 13th, it took 3 1/2 weeks to receive parts of my order. It’s now December 19th and I still have yet to receive the rest. They blame it on you as well, by saying how you need to be patient because your order was shipped out and takes 7-10 business days to be delivered, but they fail to acknowledge that it took them a month to ship your package out! This company is ridiculous all around. Go ahead and send me the same copy and paste response that you send everyone, lol.
