Just after completing my order I received an email stating the plugs I purchased were out of stock. The email also said it’ll take 5-7 business days for the stock to come in and for them to ship. I found this to be completely upsetting and time consuming.

My original order came missing an item
My original order came missing an item. Items were all supposed to be size zero but some ran smaller than others. One item was so small it slid out of my ear and already shattered. ALSO, my order was over $25 and I didn't get the special bonus plugs the website promotes Never again. I will spread the word to not buy from you guys.

They don't know their inventory?!
Got everything on a big sale (black Friday I guess), then I receive an email saying that one of my items was out of stock, I replied with: "fine, but guys you have to pay attention at what you got on your inventory,buy is fine." Now I received another email 2 days after my purchase saying that all my items are out of stock?!..bad business man!.

Placed an order on November 7th and…
Placed an order on November 7th and just now got an email saying they’ve been sent out.. how does it take 7 days to process a 1 item order? And if something was wrong why did I not receive an email letting me know. I move this Saturday and now I’ll have to drive 30 minutes out to my old address to pick them up. This is ridiculous.

Bad experience

Still haven’t received all of my order it’s been about a month
After waiting about a week after the I ordered three products I still was not getting an email letting me know that they shipped. I emailed support and they tried to lie to me telling me that one of the pairs(that I still haven’t received) was out of order. However on the website it states that they aren’t as well as when I ordered them they weren’t out of order.I love the two out of the three gauges I received. It seems like I’m just not going to ever receive my other set of gauges I ordered.

Took months to receive my order and…
Took months to receive my order and when it arrived it was the wrong plugs. Super sharp flare and garbage material. And no word on when I would receive the ones I ordered. Good job guys.

very poor turn around time and silicon quality.
There website says 5-7 days shipping it doesn’t mention that they will take 5 business days to process A SINGLE PAIR OF PLUGS. It should never take 5 days to grab a pair of plugs and ship them. Lame. (Report since I received the plugs) these silicon plugs are poorly made at best. There were sharp parts where the mold doesn’t fit correctly. They’re also very narrow. I believe the silicon is of poor quality as my skin started almost immediately having a reaction to the silicon. I’ve owned other more expensive silicon plugs and never had this issue. My point is, you get what you pay for with these plugs.

Have purchased several plugs and tunnels in the past always very happy. Accept last June I purchased several plugs from you guys, I realized I got them at a great price, but I didn't receive not one free plug with that order when the order said I had 4 coming to me.Other then that I have always enjoyed purchasing from your company.

Awful experience
This is the last time I will be purchasing from this website. I've had two orders, the last spending more than 25 dollars and using a 10 gift card. I thought I would give it a second chance. The first time I didn't receive the beetlejuice wooden plugs until well in excess of the allotted 6 weeks. After contacting customer support, they insisted that I did not wait the allotted time as described in the disclaimer. However, I waited nearly 2 weeks in excess. This time, I received the package in a descent time, but did not receive what was ordered. After contacting customer support a second time, sending in photos of my packing slip, as well as, the items that arrived, they said they would resend the correct items. This was not the experience I expected, and I am rather disappointed.

Extremely disappointing
Initially, I ordered two sets of wooden plugs. They arrived in a timely manner, but I struggled to put them in. Previously, I’d never had any problems with double flares, so I emailed customer service and they asked for pictures with the plugs next to a millimeter ruler. I obliged. I ordered 00g plugs. While the middle was 10mm, as it should be, the flares were 11mm, which is the next size up. Customer service insisted this was okay. I had placed a second order for some silicone tunnels. I received a set of metal tapers. So I emailed customer service again, which told me to keep them and that they’d send “consolation” black tunnels. When the correct order finally showed up, I put the silicone tunnels in, and they ripped. Just avoid this company all together.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Took forever to actually fulfill my order. And when it arrives it's absolutely COVERED in oil from what I presume is the ear butter. Ridiculous. I waited three weeks for oil covered products.

This is a garbage company
This is a garbage company. They jacked me around on a refund for a product I never received. I was given gift card codes for my trouble and they don’t even work. Shady things are happening at this company. I’ll make sure to spread the word too.

I ordered once and both items were out…
I ordered once and both items were out of stock. I was notified via email and offered store credit, full refund, or wait for items to become available. I chose store credit in an attempt to order different plugs and support tried to convince me to wait. After back and forth emails I was issued store credit. And now, yet again, what I've ordered (completely different items, mind you) is out of stock and I'm stuck waiting for them to be re-stocked. I will not be ordering from PYH again.
