Inconsistency
Website says 5-7 business days for free shipping. It’s been 3 whole weeks since I ordered and my package has still not arrived. I ordered 2 pairs of plugs and they probably won’t fit my ears anymore by the time I receive them. Completely unacceptable. I sent an email letting them know and they said it’d take 5-12 business days. Completely different from what the website says. Maybe I “should have paid for better shipping” but I won’t be paying them for anything ever again. Thanks for the wait!

Sent multiple wrong sizes
Sent multiple wrong sizes without updating me. The only way I knew it was the wrong size was because they made a small little note on the order sheet. Order elsewhere if you are in the process of stretching because they will not tell you that they sent the wrong size beforehand.

Your order will take FOREVER.
I’ve ordered from PYH for a long time. They’re business has been declining for the last 2.5 years. Caring less and less about how long it’s going to take to get your stuff to you. I ordered something 2 WEEKS AGO. Payed for the 5-7 DAY shipping. My order just NOW got shipped. Now it’s going to take another 5-7 days to get here. I sent an email to ask about my order and they just kind of played it off as “well we’re not Amazon and we have a small team”. I understand that but don’t advertise a time frame you can’t meet. The last time I ordered I payed for 3 day shipping on a Monday. After 9 days my order still hadn’t showed up so I emailed and was like “yo where’s my order I paid for 3 day shipping” and they said “we don’t punt the weekends as shipping days” like that’s nice I ORDERED ON A MONDAY. What does the weekend have to do with 3 day shipping on Monday?

Great if you got small lobes
Great if you got small lobes. Their jewelry ALWAYS run small in lobe space. Everytime Ive ordered the wearable area is small. An no my lobes are healthy, no blow outs. Going back to kings body jewelry instead.

This is a company that i used to trust and they have clearly gone down hill. I haven't ordered from them in a few years but decided to pick up a few things and was horrified by the customer service teams approach to a delayed order. I contacted them after there was no movement on my package after two weeks. The customer service team was SO condescending I have never been disrespected like that by a "credible" business in my entire life!! I even believe they sent me to a fake tracking site. Over a month later I still have not received my order, nor have I had any actual help from PlugYourHoles itself. I asked for them to cancel my order well before there was any movement on the tracking site and they said they would respect my wish and refund me. The next day my items were shipped so now I'm stuck with $54 of product in transit that I'm not comfortable with getting anymore. I know for most of us they've been the standard but clearly that has gone to their head and its time for a change. I would highly recommend spending your money at businesses that respects you and your money because it is evident that PlugYourHoles simply does not care.

I paid for fast shipping and its been…
I paid for fast shipping and its been over a month and i still havent received my package. I contacted the shipping company and they hadnt even received a packaged for my address yet. I talked to the stores customer service and they gave me the same pre written blurb each time. Put it this way, i ordered from WISH a few days after i ordered from here. I got my WISH package first.. a package from china came first. Never shopping here again.

Do not buy from this company!
Do not buy from this company!! Save your money and go to bodyartforms or urbanbody! I’ve ordered from this company a couple times and every single time I’ve gotten orders that don’t look like the picture and I mean NOTHING like the picture. Wrong sizes, and recently I haven’t even received my order with over two weeks of waiting. Everything else I’ve ordered has come except this order and the response I get is “we have talked amongst the team, you should hear from us” I just keep getting that answer. Nothing is resolved. Just want a refund at this point so I can go somewhere useful. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Go somewhere that values their customers and doesn’t send them cheap jewelry that doesn’t even look like what they advertise.

Orderded Nov. 23rd. Took them a week to ship my order. Its now Dec. 15th parcel tracking number not updated in 2 weeks. They are claiming the parcel can take up to a month to ship to Canada. Bull!! I order from the states all the time (I live in Canada) very close. You wanna wait a month to get your order even after paying for shipping then yeah order from these guys! Never ordering again. I have no idea why their orders take longer than any other person or company I order from in the states. My orders from people from on etsy are quicker, and thats one person doing the shipping vs their 10 people (they said this in an email why it took them a week to ship.) I wont be tagging plugyourholes anymore in my instagram posts either from now on loss of free advertising. 😂

Don’t order from here
I’ve ordered from this site a few years ago and they sent me the wrong size. After arguing with them they finally sent me the right size. Recently I ordered from them again thinking I’d give it another shot since they had a pair of earrings I liked. I ordered 2 pairs of earrings. 1 of the pairs was 2 different sizes. I waited 25 days just for them to show up and be wrong. The company told me to send them back at my own expense !! I’m dealing with them in email right now because I don’t think it’s right that the company sends me mismatched earrings but somehow I have to pay for more shipping for the return ? I should just be sent 1 new earring. Never ordering from this company again. Each time I gotten the wrong order, bad customer service, long delivery times. It’s not worth it

I've waited almost 4 weeks...
I've waited more than 4 weeks for my order, I mean I live in Canada. When I look at the tracking it says my package went to Russia, I tried to ask customer support about this and I keep getting back the same pre-written/automated response every time... so I don't know what is going on.

I ordered from this company a few years back and to this day I do not know how they get by with their lazy customer service. I ordered two pairs of plugs and received only one pair. I can even tell you how many emails and messages to both their Instagram and Facebook pages I sent asking them to please either send me the item that I paid for or refund my money. I never got a response and was blocked from their Instagram page after commenting on one of their photos in an attempt to get their attention. I eventually just gave up, but to this day I will continue to crap on this company any chance I get.

Don't pay for the fast shipping
Items ordered were on backorder and I wasn't notified until several days later. I paid $9.99 for the expedited shipping only for the item to not even ship out for a week. It took awhile for customer service to get back to me at all. Once I got a response, they didn't mention the part where I asked if I could get a refund for the extra I paid on shipping. I ordered threaded plugs as I keep losing the o-rings on my current ones and it's a huge pain. I figured I'd pay for the expedited shipping for my own comfort (which I never, never do). Customer service seems nice enough, but this transaction has just left a bad taste. Likely won't be returning.

A bunch of bull
I ordered two different plugs and then I get my free pair with each buy and i pause for two day shipping on Thursday’s and it’s Sunday and no package. You guys do this to me all the time such a wait or money for not getting them in two days, I should have just got standard shipping and it was be the same time

Disappointing
Would give it frickin zero if I could. Ordered plugs in an 1 and 1/4 and they came at least 3 sizes too small. It also cost me $10 for 2 day shipping and it came a week later. I have messaged their customer service MULTIPLE times and have yet to hear a response. Dont waste your money for a company that so blatantly disregards their customers.

I ordered a pair of glow in the dark plugs like months ago, and never got them. They gave me a pair of plain silver ones as a place holder but never sent the ones I actually ordered. So yeah, bad.
