Trying something new
I placed an order for stone plugs and never got any notification about them being out of stock until three days later. My order is still being processed and I had high expectations about shopping through this company. I really wish they work on being more diligent with they’re customers.

Get ready to wait to get the wrong product
Orders take too long to ship. Larger sizes are not kept in stock and they have shipped wrong size plugs multiple times. Takes days to hear from a representative.

Frozen Mixed Vegetable Cocks
Been like 7 business days no plugs can't even get updates/tracking because of "international order." Basically you guys are f#@$ed.. will be using Ebay/Amazon instead next time I buy plugs online.

When ordering the wood engraved plugs, I read the note saying it could take up to 6 weeks to receive them, which I understood, knowing it would likely not take the full 6 weeks (I have ordered them previously). The wood I selected in my order did not say it was out of stock, so that is why I ordered them. I then get an email saying the wood is out of stock, and am sent a coupon code for $5 for my next order. After just ordering three sets of plugs, I have no desire to order another pair. I ask if I can put it towards my order, and get a no. I also paid extra to have my order split up so I could receive the pairs that were ready asap. This isn't how you get/keep returning customers. Keep your wood inventory up to date and I wouldn't have ordered wooden plugs that were all of a sudden out of stock.

Ordered plugs that were in stock in website and app. Get told theyre out of stock and will be in in a few days. Which was 2 weeks ago, takes days to get an email back and when they say you can get a refund you dont. Probably wont ever order from these guys again

Not true to size or quality
My glow in the dark silicone tunnels have a tear in them... also the White silicone and glow in the dark pair are clearly smaller than the size I ordered. Almost like they picked the closest size smaller than I ordered as if they didn’t know I would notice. Very dissatisfied with the quality and inconsistency of sizes...

Takes too long
I ordered about 6 pairs of plugs. Took a good day before I heard anything, and it was to alert me I had something on back order. Then about 2 days later shipping confirmation. It’s been about 2 weeks since I placed the order, and today I will receive an order I placed with Arctic Buffalo 2 days after PYH. Guess I’ve learned my lesson.

Order plugs on July 3rd , got a few automated emails saying thanks for the order but order never got confirmed or shipped. I recommend looking elsewhere if you are in any sort of rush. Won't be ordering again

Lost a customer
I ordered plugs in May, it’s now August. I wrote them saying I handt received them about a month ago. Turns out it was sent to an address 3 blocks away. I live on a named street and it was delivered to a numbered street. So I didn’t just mess up the house address on my road. The billing address was the same as the shipping address so they didn’t check if it was fraudulent like they should have. Also they didn’t give a tracking number so my order is lost in the wind.

I never received my tunnels
I never received my tunnels that I ordered I emailed the company’s support email and I haven’t heard anything back. I can’t review the products because I don’t have them. A Few Days Later: Before you buy anything from this company, read the negative reviews and the company’s reply. Look familiar!!! To follow up, I received 3 email days apart one from customer service, in which I replied and received no real answer and replied again and got no response and two from the “founder” Sam Dean in which I replied and the reply I got back was the first message that was sent to me. I’m sure this company if they have a brick and mortar store is a good one face to face but don’t order online. And to Sam dude I bet your a great guy with the podcast and YouTube and other ventures but customer service is key before the IG and Twitter for any start up or small business. Just a tip from a person in marketing. P.s. I never received my product. Publicly requesting a refund.

The shipping time is ridiculous
The shipping time is ridiculous. Every time I order from plug your holes it takes literally forever to even ship out. I’m not impressed, I’m done with this company after I finally get my purchase. If i ever do it’s been a week and a half maybe even longer since I ordered. I think it’s funny how PYH won’t even offer a tracking number anymore unless you pay a arm and leg. It just looks like the company knows they suck with shipping. Won’t be coming back and will be telling everyone about it.

Disappointed NEW customer
I had placed an order a month ago, still have not received it. A week after I had placed my order, I had emailed customer service multiple times. I had never gotten a email saying that two of my items were on low stock or on back order. For a company that has sales back to back, they are lacking in keeping up with inventory. I was recommended by my boyfriend to this company and I am very dissatisfied that a NEW customers expectations were not met. I am unhappy and unsatisfied with how long my package is taking to get to my address. I am recommending to friends that are new to stretching to never order from this company. No discounts or promotions are going to make me change my mind from NEVER ordering again from this company in the future.
