Do not recommend
It has been almost a week since I placed my order and it still has not shipped. I do not recommend this site.*update* I have reached to them twice this week and they have not responded and they DID NOT reach out to me at all.

Fake Stones!
I’ve ordered a lot of plugs from here, I love natural stone so I own almost every pair of stone plugs you can get. However, some of these “stone” plugs are being sold as real stone when they are not. My most recent purchase of the Lapis Lazuli plugs turned my ears BLUE!! Stained them blue!! Real stone does not leak color! Only fake stones that are dyed do that. I’m so beyond irritated that I can’t get the blue off of my skin, I will not be ordering again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
BUY LOCALLY! This online store has great prices usually and the plugs that i HAVE received from them have been quality! But it always takes up to a month to receive anything with not so much as an email from anyone other than a robot to let me know what’s going on. Customer service is terrible and I’m not sure why people keep buying from Plug Your Holes. Just save your money and buy quality pieces from your local piercing shop! Going through this hassle is not worth it. But I’m sure you could have done better and are terribly sorry for that, right? 🙄

don’t do it
i have only ordered from here twice and have been disappointed each time. the price and quality of plugs are great, but that’s it. customer service and shipping is total garbage. my first order took over a month. i’m still waiting on my second order and it’s been 10 days and still not shipped. i’ll never order from here again. if plug your holes sees this review they will just copy and paste their normal “we could have done better, we are so sorry” bull crap

Way sad..
Bought some Freddy Kreuger ones a year or two ago that are still going strong. Unfortunately, my Adam and Barbara ones barley lasted two/three times worth of wear (9/14/19). Not only you could visibly tell where they cut out the picture(edges inside were jagged), but they dulled out super fast. They're not shiny at all anymore, and it looks like the plastic is peeling away. Reached out to customer service to get a new pair (12/20-23/20) they said I'd get a new pair with fast shipping... Waited awhile considering it was Xmas time so I figured they were backed up... But it's been two months... Guess I spent my money on something Ill end up throwing away...

Wrong Sizing
I had ordered a 2g stretching kit and I recieved a 4g stretching kit instead and I had email the company asking for a size exchange since I was sent the wrong ones. I was asked to send a photo and I did showing that both the free pair of tunnels I received and the stretching kit were both at 5mm, clearly, especially when you zoom in. I had also asked multiple people what size it looked like to them and they ALL said 5mm. I got an email back saying it looked like 6mm to them. It is NOT 6mm, I have the PROOF that it is not. 1mm is a big difference. My first experience is pretty bad.

Everything I ordered was out of stock but they don't let you know until after you order them. Then you get an email and sometimes it doesn't go to your primary inbox so you don't see it right away. They just give you gift cards because they always mess up. When I used the gift card I made sure to contact support to make sure the items were in stock; they emailed me back promptly that they were in stock so I proceeded to purchase them. Next thing you know I got an email saying they were out of stock. I literally checked to make sure they were in stock. Whoever runs this website/company is clearly incompetent.

Stay away!!!!
It’s coming up on a month and I still don’t have my order. I would never buy from this company again. Something coming from the states to Canada shouldn’t take this long. There’s no excuse for service this poor when internet shopping is so popular. Next time I’m going with another company that can get me my order within a reasonable time frame. I also think it’s ridiculous that if you don’t have something in stock you get a gift certificate. I want my money back if you don’t have what I order. I don’t need to pay shipping, exchange and wait another month for something else to come. This company needs some serious marketing help.

Disappointing

POOR SERVICE
Took forever to get merchandise and when I did it was damaged also paid for jewelry that I didn’t receive. This was my first time ever ordering from you guys and I definitely think it’s going to be my last, I’m actually going to stick to where I usually get my jewelry from that’s what I get for venturing out but thank you for the lesson hopefully you guys might care and make things right , I guess we shall see

Slow shipping
Ordered 4 items, decided to go with the 9.99 2 day shipping because why not? One set of plugs was out of stock, no biggie, they said that they would ship the rest of the order ASAP and the out of stock item would ship in 5-7 days. Skip 5 days ahead , still no package at all. Moral, just pay the 3.99 for the bad shipping instead of wasting the money.

BAD BAD BAD ..
BAD BAD BAD ... ORDERED 18MM GOT EMAIL RECEIPT THAT MY ORDER WAS 12MM EMAILED THEM IMMEDIATELY AND TOLD THEM OF THERE MISTAKE AND WAS TOLD TO BAD ORDERS MADE ORDERS SHIPPED ....
