Never received one pair out of the four I ordered
Yet again I placed an order for four different sets of plugs, I received three pairs but I still have not received my other pair, the Black hexagon tunnels. This is the SECOND TIME this has happened. I paid for these tunnels and am regretting using you guys again after you did this the first time.

I placed an order
I placed an order. Both showed available online. Then the next day AFTER being charged and placing my order I get an email the 2 items I ordered are NOT in stock. I had the option gift card or waiting til 8nstockto ship or refund. I said refund so I can order elsewhere and STILL no refund. I will never order from here again. This was my SECOND bad experience the first one was last yr.

Ridiculous.
Aside from orders not even being shipped to me, when I finally received one of my orders the "free random plugs" I got, were two different styles of plugs. They both have "jewels" around the rim and one big one in the middle, but the jewels are different. The sizes don't even match. I have given this company NUMEROUS chances to redeem themselves, but I will not be ordering from them any longer.

Will never order again!!
Will never order again!!! Ordered and waited and waited and never got emails or anything and finally I called to find out that they are back ordered. Get a refund and order another pair... An hour later I get an email... BACKORDERED!!!! YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR WEBSITE UPDATED!!! Both times that I ordered it said they were in stock!

I honestly dont know why this happened
I honestly dont know why this happened. Because ive met this dude i helped him pass out flyers at shows way back in the day. This is the first time ive gotten a bad order and i have been ordering off of this site for years. But i only ordered 4 sets of plugs. One set was supposed to be engraved, wasn't. Then i did not even get one of the sets of plugs i bought. Honestly this is sad. This was an amazing company just a couple of years ago. Whats up dude? Youve been getting these complaints constantly. I only wanted what i ordered. But clearly thats too much..... i also never got an email saying anything was out of stock or available. I placed my order over a month ago.. got it today, just for it to be wrong....

Rip off and poor inventory

Went back and forth with me all day via email asking me to pick different items or get a refund because 2 out of 2 items I ordered were apparently out of stock. Magically late in the afternoon they “allocated all of the items in the original order” . This is the first and last time I will order from this company.

Beyond Sketchy
Over a month later, my order finally shipped and ended up in Maine. Didn’t even know it was backordered OR mailed until a random number texted my private cell saying they got my package. They now have my full name, address, phone number and email. DO NOT order from these people. Haven’t responded to any of my attempts to contact (phone, email, text) to receive a refund on my $50+ order that I won’t be getting.

Buy at your own risk...
For whatever reason the website allowed my order to be completed for an out of stock item. I was only told after completing the order that it was out of stock via email saying it would be back in stock and shipped within 5-7 business days. I am now on day 8, and my item has still not been shipped. All of which I would over look, except for the fact that the funds for this purchase were promptly taken out of my account. This seems an unusual practice to begin with, as I usually see money taken out once an item has shipped. The item has not only not been shipped, but is out of stock, yet I have already paid for it. I reached out to support which I personally found to be unhelpful. Even if I ever do receive the item I already paid for- I will not be doing business here again, too unreliable.
