Shipping is extremely slow
Shipping is extremely slow. Ive been waiting three weeks for one pair of silicone plugs. I needed to replace mine and my ears have now shrunk in size because the wait is so long. I still havent recieved them. My ears are very sensitive and silicone is the only thing i can wear, i cant find the proper size in stores so i thought ordering online was a smart option. I wont be ordering from this site again.

OVER CHARGED
I emailed 2 days ago about my order And the prices changing when I checked out.... I picked my size and plugs with the price of 10$ and once I added 2-3 other pairs to my cart all of a sudden that 10$ pair of plugs jumped to 22$ and I didn’t do anything to change it or interfere with the purchase to be overcharged or mischarged as I’m putting in my credit card information..... VERY SAD TO SAY IM DISAPPOINTED.

It's like pulling teeth.
It's like pulling teeth to get my order. Only after I requested a refund after a month because I no longer felt comfortable with them as they ran me in circles saying one item was out of order and they'd rush ship the other one but never did, only then did they send something out and what do you know? It's only half my order. I'm apparently not the only person with this issue either. Honestly I'm so done with this.. Wish is better at customer service and shipping things out that this. I regret ever ordering.

Will not be plugging my holes with this companies product.
What a terrible company, I ordered from them over 2 weeks ago still no sign of my delivery, apparently one of my items is out of stock, but they first told me after a week of waiting that it wasn't in stock and it will take 5-7 days, after 7 days I contact them and get next to no info on how long now id have to wait, after another few days I was then told it will be another week to 2 weeks until they will be in stock. I have asked for a refund 3 times now as it's not worth the wait and it was an extortionately expensive order for what it actually is and they have completely ignored that part of every email. Will not use again and do not recommend to anyone ever. Bad customer service, late/non existent deliveries, just genuinely very disappointed that they get away with this, i can't be the only person this has happened to.

Took two days before I got confirmation email that I purchased anything, a week goes by, I had paid the extra 1.99 for tracking (which ended up as a joke), & nothing. No tracking number, no email, nothing. I got the tracking number finally AFTER i emailed them, it sat in Pre-Shipment for about another week, emailed them again, & got the same exact email (using bots, or just don’t care) & just today, 5/29, it shipped.... Ridiculous. never. ordering. again.

When I clicked my size 38mm the site…
When I clicked my size 38mm the site defaulted to 1.2mm. I learned this when I received an order confirmation with incorrect size and went back to the site to reorder. I let plugyourholes know what was going on. The issue has not been resolved. To top it off I still have not received my incorrect order so I can send then back for a refund and attempt to order the right size once again.

Out stock and forgotten items
First received and email saying BOTH plugs I ordered were out of stock and gave me options all of which included some sort of gift card or credit for the inconvenience. Was emailed they should be back in stock within a few days so decided to wait. Orginally ordered April 25th order arrived May 7th and one of the set of plugs I ordered was not there when in the shipment email stated it would. Emailed support immediately was told they would get sent out asap emailed again on the 16th to see if they were sent out(since I was told asap) and was told it was mailed out May 13th(so much for asap) originally picked out standard shipping and that's also how the plugs THEY for to include was shipped out, could have at least expedited shipping since I never did receive any sort of gift card or credit as I was originally told

Well ive ordered twice from here within the last two weeks and both orders had something out of stock when it said when i ordered it that it was in stock, i still have yet to receive my plugs or get an email telling me when my latest order will be in stock

Disappointed
First of all, I have ordered from here before and had great experiences in the past. I ordered a beautiful pair of plugs for my upcoming graduation in two weeks thinking they would be here in plenty of time. Come to find out two days after my purchase I got an email saying they are out of stock, I wish they would of told me on the site before purchasing that they were out of stock, so now I they will not be shipping until 1-2 weeks and I will have to buy another pair for graduation.

The prices are decent- but this is the second time I've had issues with an order. First time I recieved the wrong sizes, and took weeks and bit of hassle to get corrected. The second time I decided to try again and had no issues. This third time I ordered 5 pairs- while two pairs are apparently out of stock. In the initial email I was sent, with a whopping 5$ gift card, stated they would be back in shipped within 5-7 business days. A secondary email informed me a second set was also out of stock. I'm currently 7 business days in with no update- and have yet to receive the partial order. **edit. It's been over 3 weeks and haven't received a single order. It took 20 days for packages to "reach regional sorting facility" and be accepted by usps. If you're going to order from them, make sure you order at least a month+ from when you need the plugs.

Don’t pay extra for shipping, you will just be robbed.
I paid for shipping in 5-7 days on the 13th. Today is the 23rd. It’s been 10 days and I just Now received a notification its been shipped. That is ridiculous. I won’t buy from this company again. I needed these for a specific event and guess what!? They obviously didn’t arrive in time.

the flare is way too big you would legit have to size up to fit the plus in your ears and then they would pretty much get stuck in your ears

Out of stock? Poor customer service.
I ordered one product only, and was very hesitant to begin with as I’ve never bought off this site and I didn’t see reviews from others. Got an email stating the product is out of stock. Ridiculous. Very bad first impression. Update: They emailed me and asked if there was anything they could do to make my experience more pleasant. Which I appreciated at first. I replied to the email and never heard back. Also since I’m in Canada and they do their pricing in US, when I got my refund I actually got back less than I paid since the dollar had changed(about 80 cents so not a huge deal but made the whole situation worse).
