Just wanted to update credit card info--took 45 min. The man kept trying to sell me a more expensive plan which I did not need and did not buy.

I have had two Neato robotic cleaners
I have had two Neato robotic cleaners. The first one lasted less then two years, which was two batteries, then it stopped working. So, I gave Neato another chance and purchased a second, improved model, this one lasted only a year and a half. I used only genuine Neato products , have no carpets or pets, cleaned the filter every time they ran and dumped the dust bin at the same time. On the second Neato the battery, which I ordered and was stated to be a genuine Neato part ,over heated and caused my machine to die completely. I find it very disappointing, as the machine does a great job, but does not last as long as it should

The phone rep seemed to barely…
The phone rep seemed to barely understand what I wanted him to do. His futile attempts to repeat what I wanted done got to be frustrating. The stupid script needs editing so the reps don't sound so robotic. They need to be trained to ask pertinent questions and listen to the answers so when they get to the scripted question you've alredy answered, the customer won't feel unheard or completely ignored.

Forcing clients to use Neat's paid cloud...
Forcing clients to use your paid for cloud services, not right at all!! I paid for the hardware already which came with software!! No longer able to upgrade or get support unless I pay additional for cloud. When someone purchases a product they do so with the understanding of support and upgrades pulling the plug soon after sale without declaring this is very unethical! Not at all impressed and trust in Neat products is gone.

My scanner no longer works with my…
My scanner no longer works with my Apple computer and now they want to sell me iCloud storage. How convenient. I was very happy with neat until the upgrade now makes it worthless.

I lost the software for MT neat while…putting it ona new conputer
I lost the software for MT neat while putting it on a new computer. When I called neat they wanted me to pay to get the installation software to connect the neat desktop I purchased earlier they wanted to charge me. I feel this was not an action they should have taken on an owner of their equipment. I do hope someone will contact me and explain how they feel this was the way a customer of neat should be treated. I await some to contact me, 914 523 1116 Vito Porpora I am waiting!

waste of time...I am not able to get…
waste of time...I am not able to get any help with my older version of NEAT and the online help is useless....regret this purchase. I cannot even access my old files....wasted too much time on this and the link a service rep sent didn't work.

Neat Company has failed to make customers their most important asset.
Due to a fall, I was unable to use my Neat device that I bought from the Neat company just a few years before. I spoke to several Neat employees that told me I had to purchase a new Neat device. I tried 1 more time and a female employee told me that she would get another employee to give me instructions on how to continue using my Neat machine through my own system. She, then hung up on me. That kind of behavior is despicable. I tried to make contact with others and had the same kind of results. The Neat Company needs to learn that customers come first. And sometimes extenuating circumstances need to be weighed in.

It wasn't that my online experience was…
It wasn't that my online experience was bad, but I spent a lot of money to buy a Neat scanner only to find out that a paid subscription to make it work is mandatory. That is nowhere in their TV ads or otherwise. So I called to talk tp them about it. No luck. I would not recommend this product.

Neat left all its legacy customers in a…
Neat left all its legacy customers in a pickle by dropping support for its traditional product and focusing only on its subscription cloud based product. The legacy product is still used by thousands of users and needs to be supported even it requires a cost. When I asked who hosted the documents for the cloud solution they would not answer. I will not trust my private documents to any cloud service.

can't get any support but when its time to renew the yearly subscription your johnny on the spot, but try to get support to help with the new neat program neat is no where to fund

Difficult to work obtain service
Difficult to work obtain service, post false information on their website regarding legacy software. Late to the party for quick books compatibility for Mac. Build onsolecence into their hardware. No options for small business that have no need for cloud service. Files created in their older versions do not open from fresh install. Nothing good to say about the company. Software works most of the time but requires a lot of ‘clean up’ after scanned. Got a BS response of course trying to convince me how great Neat is, however ignoring the facts that their system is full of obsolescence, and now requires cloud and a monthly subscription, means you’re tied to them for life if you want to access your files. Nothing good about this company, expect me to waste more of my time with a company that only cares about the money not the product and service they are being paid to provide. Actually filed a deceptive advertising claim against them with he Pennsylvania State Attorney General, had false information on their website, it was taken down shortly thereafter.

It seems that something happened to my…
It seems that something happened to my neat scanner that caused my Dell labtop to no longer work.I then used another computer using Windows 10 Home Edition to set up my Neat Scanner. I signed up for the premium 30 day trial and within that time, the scanner did not scan docujments to the Neat Software nor to the Cloud. Technicians signed onto my computer twice and were unsucceessful. After a week not hearing for them, I puchased an Epson desktop scanner and chalked up a major loss of older importants documents to Neats inabilitgy to find a solution. Yes I had backup, but that porbably only would work with Neat software.

Your company is garbage
Your company is garbage. I bought a scanner that came with software. The software no longer works, and now I have to pay for the new version? That's crap. I'm never buying your products again.

They suck
They suck. Canceled the service and they kept billing me. Disputed the charges and won the dispute to remove the charges. They still kept billing my card until I finally had to cancel that card and get a new one. I do not recommend this company at all.

We apologize for any inconvenience. However after further review of your account and contact history with us, we are unable to locate any request for a cancellation of services as you agreed to in the terms and conditions when completing the checkout process. The terms and conditions to indicate that you must contact the Neat Company for cancellation of services. Considering you did not contact the Neat Company for cancellation and instead contacted your financial institution services continued to be rendered until we were notified by your financial institution of such dispute. Although you successful won the chargeback, this does not negate the fact that services were rendered. The Neat Company does not bill based on actual usage, we bill based on making services available. The Neat company does reserve the right to continue attempts to collect on this balance due even though the dispute was found in your favor.
