My Scanner Is Now A Paper Weight
My computer got infected so everything was wiped. Upon trying to reconnect my Neat scanner i learned that that drivers are no longer supported by Neat and cannot be downloaded ANYWHERE ELSE!!! It is absolutely ridiculous that the device that was purchased less that 5 yrs ago is now literally a paper weight. For a company to not offer a single solution to people who have purchased their products is down right wrong. Doing business with Neat again is not on my to do list.

Currently every time I'm using the…
Currently every time I'm using the program it shuts down randomly after only being open for about 30 seconds. Also the customer service line was very unhelpful the last time I called. I received conflicting information multiple times.

Awful software that is extremely…
Awful software that is extremely riddled with bugs and feature lacking. Some of the worst support I've had from any technology in my more than 30 years of working in IT. There is now no "local' on-premise option and it's cloud only. Attempts to reach out to people in the company to improve the situational were ignored. Seems like you are clear on who you value and its not the customer. I'm seeking alternatives... Do not buy!

Bate and switch to Software as a Service
I purchased hardware that came with software. They converted it into a software subscription program and told me the device they sold me was "not supported." I ended up not being able to calibrate the hardware they sold me. Being told my only viable option was to be a continual cash cow is not a valid option. ______________ Vendor claims the scanner is no longer compatible with the newer operating systems. What he means is they don't want to support it with the software that's not a subscription service.

The products are complete crap
The products are complete crap. You can clearly see that in the reviews. Ordered one and it only worked a few months. Ordered a second and it didn't work when it arrived.

Not what we paid for
Your help tutorials are outdated on your site, the program has been stripped down since these were posted and this is basically just an extra office scanner at this point. Your tech support guy had no idea what I was talking about as if he is still learning what the program does himself. We likely will not re-subscribe unless this program is improved. Add the options back that we paid for in the first place, feels like a ripoff now.

I have a older neat product that I was…
I have a older neat product that I was wanting to utilize and you will not give the software to use it without forcing me to do a monthly plan. I cannot afford the monthly plan but was planning on using it later after I found a new position with a company.

I don't know how the previous owner or tessa Williams was abke to login to my account and cancel my contract with NEAT. I opened a new contract with NEAT on 3/19 on order to keep them from having access to my company records! I spent over 2 hours with your rep reestablishing my account with you. How does that happen?

Absolutely worst experience. Customers pay $500 for your scanners and receive no support at all. Completely got ignored after several follow ups

Preferred to be on the old system
Preferred to be on the old system. If internet is down, Neat is inaccessible. Access depends on speed and availability of internet. With all the problems with hacking, etc. I don't want all my data on the cloud where I have no control on security. Most companies say they are secure only to find out after the fact that they aren't. And to migrate off of Neat is a very involved process. As I have already shredded most of the original documentation, I feel like I am being held for a monthly ransom to access my data.
