Neat left all its legacy customers in a pickle by dropping support for its traditional product and focusing only on its subscription cloud based product. The legacy product is still used by thousands of users and needs to be supported even it requires a cost. When I asked who hosted the documents for the cloud solution they would not answer. I will not trust my private documents to any cloud service.
