The phone rep seemed to barely…
The phone rep seemed to barely understand what I wanted him to do. His futile attempts to repeat what I wanted done got to be frustrating. The stupid script needs editing so the reps don't sound so robotic. They need to be trained to ask pertinent questions and listen to the answers so when they get to the scripted question you've alredy answered, the customer won't feel unheard or completely ignored.
