I never received a notice/email that…
I never received a notice/email that this order had shipped. I called customer service and was told it was due to arrive that day - however to the wrong address (despite updating my address online). The package ended up delivered to a different address and I got lucky the owners knew me and let me know. A bit frustrating unfortunately.

Prices are good, return policy is not
Prices are good, but return policy leaves a lot to be desired. A great example of you get what you pay for. Edit: Ordered an item that was defective, bd claimed it was just how the shorts are made and I could either deal with it or pay for return shipping. Lame sauce.

Helmet size & customer support issues.
I had to replace a Lazer 02 helmet size XL 61-64 cm so I ordered a Lazer Blade+ size Large, 59-61 cm and it was too big. So I ordered a Blade+ size Medium and it was too small. I talked to customer service and told them I thought the Large was either mis-labeled or had a manufacturing defect but they just said it must be a sizing thing varies from model to model. I had to pay for shipping to send both of them back and ended up buying a helmet that fit somewhere else. I'll stick to buying tires from them.

Poor delivery
One delivery never arrived the other came late. Was unclear if the first delivery was in error as the second delivery had all my items but it looks like I was charged for the first. Sent in a help request to figure it out and see about exchanging a few items I purchsed incorrectly.

Bought a tire from this place
Bought a tire from this place. Got home and realized it was installed previously. It's a tubless tire and it had dry selant that someone tried to dry off. I needed a tire and I wasn't about to drive across the town to exchange. Sucks to pay $70 bucks for a used tire but that just means I need to shop elsewhere. I send an email to customers support, and all I got was an apology nothing else. I wanted a in store credit or a coupon with whatever % off next purchase. Nope nothing was offered. Because of my experience I do not recommend this store.

online description leaves out key info
The catalog description of the Giro Men's Cascade Gloves suggested to me a lined glove that would be warm down into the 30s, describing various linings, but the package specifies 45 degrees F (7 degrees C) - not in the online info but the most important thing to know.

Share Country of Origin
Would like BikeTiresDirect to share the country of origin. The Continental Road tires I bought are from Germany and work fantastic. These Continental MTB tires are made in China. They might be fine, but I would have chosen a different tire. China does not treat their people well and I chose not to support that. Please allow me that choice in the future.

Took 5 days from placing order to shipping out.
I placed my order on June 26th and selected the expedited (2 day, I think) shipping for an extra dollar, thinking that would mean I'd receive it in 3 or 4 days max. However, I received an email on July 1 that my order had shipped out, 5 days after I placed it. I certainly wouldn't have bothered with paying for the expedited shipping had I known that. Five days to ship out a simple order is unacceptable these days.

Ordered a set of road tires for an…
Ordered a set of road tires for an event. The description of the product said nothing so I called for clarification of what I was getting. Never got a order confirmation and had to call asking when my order would arrive...and still didn't get any tracking info. After several weeks the tires finally arrived 2 days before my event...but despite the information I got from customer service, these were wire bead tires... not folding. So I ended up missing out on my event because of their mistake. They send me a return label (gee thanks) and I am still without tires for my bike. Complete fail.

Unable to get Garmin 530
I was waiting since 5/16 when you told me you would be expecting them. Then I waited a few more days. Every single time I check your web site the expected date changes for new orders, but I ordered the unit on 5/8 and I can not even get a reliable date as to when it will be in. I have heard nothing from your company. I had to my order for the 530.

I bought a 100% glasses (GLENDALE), I found that there was a very obvious flaw, and I got the answer after asking... "Our returns department reviewed the last returned glasses and did not see a defect. What is pictured is within factory quality tolerance. You are welcome to return and we can refund. Since you are displeased with the factory construction of this particular model that 100% is supplying, maybe best to choose a different model on future orders." ================================================= Later, I directly asked 100% of the manufacturers. I received the wrong tire size and was still charged for return shipping. While i suppose it could have been a data entry mistake on my part, I don 't think so...explained to sales clerk but no love.
