Dealing with customers not optimal at all
UPDATE - OCT 8th, 2018 Just a few minutes after posting the original review (see below), Allurez contacted me by phone and email (after ignoring my emails for months). They refunded me USD 300 in the end. I am not unhappy with this amount, it is just a pity that this has not happened before. Apparently, they have a great interest in removing all negative reviews. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ORIGINAL REVIEW - OCT 5th, 2018 I ordered an engagement ring with 18k rose gold and a 0.71 ct heart diamond for more than USD 2000. It took more than 5 weeks until the ring was shipped even though I was told that the ring would be shipped within 10 to 14 business days, but that was not the main issue. The ring I received came with a totally different diamond than the one I ordered. The diamond I received was not only 0.09 ct lighter (according to the GIA report that came with the diamond), but also had less appealing proportions. According to the at that time current Rapaport Diamond Report (the industry standard for the pricing of diamonds), the diamond I received is valued USD 374.64 less than the diamond I ordered. I never received any refund for that, Allurez is ignoring my claim since months. Also, during the manufacturing process, I was never told that my diamond is no longer avaialble and to choose another one.

First time & Last Time Ill order.
There Jewlery is nice. BUT! Customer service not so much. I placed a simple pendant initial necklace order 2 weeks before needed, and before I paid I made sure it would be here on time. It said By October 3rd it would ship. On that day I simply emailed customer service explaining that I was under the impression it would be here in time for the 6th because it said free 2 day shipping. No email back, no call, and still no tracking #. So On October 4th I decided to call and talk to customer service that way notes could be added to my order that it was suppose to be here by the 6th. Keep in mind I ordered this for my boss, who was suppose to give this to his bride on the 6th which was the wedding day. So the lady I spoke to told me she completely understood and would over night it at there cost. Made me feel a little better so I eased up Until.... October 5th I call back again trying to get a tracing number. And the lady tells me it hasn't been shipped out yet? WHAT? Again I explain to her It had to be here on the 6th and it was suppose to have been over knighted yesterday when I spoke to the other lady... And again she says yes though it hasn't been sent out it will be overnighted and be here Saturday... Which is the wedding day. So in my head? Ok breathe. Doesn't matter as long as it is here Saturday it can still be given to her... So I wait for the mail lady, and she has nothing for me... I finally get tracking munber… It will be here Monday? HAD IT OF BEEN OVER NIGHTED ON THE FIRST TIME I EXPRESSED THE DEADLINE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HERE. Im so mad at this company, just another one to tell you whatever you want to hear to keep an order from being canceled! Guess what Allurez? Jewlery is ONLY as special as the occasion it was made for! Now He wont even be able to give it to her for 2 weeks because they left for there honeymoon. Never again will I order from them for him, and I do all of his jewelry purchases. I will stick to ordering from Shane Co. They had a customized $8000 ring in my hand in a week. And Allurez cant even have a simple $550 initial pendant necklace in over two weeks? With no customizing?

The ring was delivered with a missing…
The ring was delivered with a missing stone and the center piece was crooked. It was so obvious and it makes me wonder, “why they would ship it that way?” On the second delivery Jessica informed me I would have to pay the UPS fee for changing my address, as if it was my fault! Unbelievable! Bad customer servics and not the best material quality!

Second time in less than six months the same diamond fell out of my ring, my husband bought my engagement ring in July of 2018 and here we are in November 2018. They fixed it once and fell out again. Poor quality, horrible customer service. Don’t buy from them we are taking it to a local jeweler

Just received a Blue Diamond by the…
Just received a Blue Diamond by the yard necklace. Perfect blue color (no green tinge) and very nice 14k white gold chain with lobster claw clasp. Could not have been nicer combination and looks great on my wife. Jewelry arrived 3 days after order well packaged in a beautiful jewelry box. Great experience.

I Received A Defective Item and Now Am Out $900- Stay Away From Allurez
I received a defective engagement ring. My ring was clearly pitted in multiple places, and slightly discolored on one side. It was not at all as described on the website, there is a whole cage underneath the ring that does not show in the pictures of it, as well. I was planning to propose with this ring, but now needed to return it to be able to purchase a new ring in time for my proposal. (The proposal was set for a few days later, I set it after I had confirmation of when the ring would be arriving). After sending pictures and talking to a customer service rep several times, they said that they couldn't tell if it was damaged. I would need to return it for inspection and they would repair it, IF they decided it was warranted. I am extremely unhappy with this purchase. I was sent a defective item, and I was treated in a rude manner by customer service who did not make any efforts to rectify my particular situation. I repeatedly explained that I had only saved so much money for an engagement ring, and this one was unusable because it was defective and I needed to purchase one in time. What should be a joyful experience has turned into a nightmare that is going to leave me in debt after carefully saving for months for this purchase. I just want a refund for a defective item.

My husband ordered me a yellow canary diamond eternity band for Christmas and it was GORGEOUS and it fit perfectly.
