Buyer Beware of Cancellation Policy
I contacted Allurez to cancel my order (not a custom piece) which was placed on 1/12/19. My order has not yet been shipped. I was told they are unable to cancel because their cancellation policy is 24 hours after ordering. I find this very disappointing since my order has not yet shipped. The customer service representative was very argumentative even though he assured me that I could request a return once I received the order. Now mind you, I am responsible for the return cost and insurance which would be avoided if allowed to cancel. I hope that once I receive the ring it is not as disappointing as their cancellation policy (which makes no sense) or their customer service. ***Update***Received the ring today in a beautiful box. Disappointed in the ring. Stones are smaller than I thought. ***Update*** On 2/5/19 I received an email from Allurez offering a $50 store credit to “make things right”. I declined. The store credit is not only insulting but worthless to me since I will not be making any future purchases with them.

Communication is almost non existent
Communication is almost non existent. I received a ring (eventually) via UPS. I had actually travelled to NYC and arranged to collect the ring whilst there! The ring never materialised despite assurances that it would. I now have the ring but no diamond certificate and I'm struggling to get an answer from Allurez. I would avoid unless you are buying something cheap and cheerful and are not bothered about how long it might take to arrive. Also note you will be charged UK tax if you are buying the ring in the UK.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ALLUREZ! YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED, SO PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK! If I could give them zero stars, God is my witness I would. Not only is this company's customer service horrible, but the quality of their jewelry is downright deplorable. Representatives are not to be trusted. They will lie to you in a split second just to sucker you out of a sale. I used Affirm to pay for a $1667 ring which included a $99 appraisal that I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. You cannot insure jewelry without a proper appraisal. I emailed Allurez on 01/17/19 but have yet to receive a response from anyone. My jewelry also did not come with a real certificate of authenticity for the gems used to create it. The ring has basically been sitting in the jewelry box since I received it on 01/16/19 and a few days ago I noticed very apparent discoloration to the prongs holding the center stone. This discoloration seems to worsen daily, and I haven't even worn the piece of crap! The band on the ring, which is supposed to have 24 diamonds extending halfway around it, barely has any sparkle to it.... even when in direct sunlight. The center stone is no better and basically looks like decorative glass. I am demanding a full refund for the purchase of this item as the jewelry is of EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY for the price paid, and I did not get everything that I paid for. I'm also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and to Affirm because I will not be paying for this jewelry. It will be returned.

Edited to take out names. Allurez is trying to get all my reviews taken down for technicalities like using names. I wanted to change my order to a more expensive item and they would not give me a breakdown of the price difference. I had another number and instead of telling me how they got their number, they just said mine was wrong. During the process of switching I told the male associate I wanted to cancel and reorder that evening. They have a 24 hour cancellation period not listed on their website! He was very pushy and insisted I just switch it instead of cancelling and reordering. They're very difficult to get ahold of and slow to respond to emails. It's very clear between all the long holds and no returned communication, that I was not a priority. I was told someone would call me back in 1-2 hours and no one did. I called them and was on a 15 min hold, when the male associate came on he told me they'd call me in 1-2 business days because they were just too busy. They then said someone would call me back at the end of business day. I confirmed when they closed and called them 15 minutes prior because again, no one had called me. The female associate promised someone would call me shortly and she did deliver on the promise. When we discussed the issue, she said I didn't understand the math and she could see why. At this point I just wanted the order cancelled. There was pushback from them, but I kept insisting and they issued a refund quickly. I will pay more to get this done elsewhere.

Hello, We do apologize that you feel that way. We would have much rather make you a satisfied customer. However, we were more than willing to work with you and we did offer to explain the math to you. You were insistent on a cancellation though which is why we did cancel your order. We do one of the highest customer satisfaction rates in the industry. We have received numerous awards for our amazing customer service including one from Newsweek. We do try to go above and beyond to make sure that all of our customers are satisfied.

Beautiful 4 Carat Eternity Ring
Just got my 4 carat eternity ring and it could not be more perfect! Very sparkly and amazingly beautiful design. They have excellent service too. My experience at Allurez was amazing! Every customer service member I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. When I first called them, I told them that I wanted to look at settings for a very sentimental stone. They were very understanding and patient! They helped me select the most beautiful setting within my budget. The ring that they created for me is spectacular! The setting for my stone is white gold, surrounded by a halo of diamonds, with intricate work in the profile and down the sides of the ring. The diamonds are dazzling and of the highest quality, and the craftsmanship is superb. They made sure that my ring and the appraisal arrived when promised. They went well "above and beyond" in terms of customer service. I have already recommended Allurez to many of my friends because of their large and beautiful selection and their customer service. Allurez is now my only choice for shopping for jewelry! I will be a lifetime client of theirs.

I can't start to talk about how happy my wife and I are with the diamonds by the yard necklace we bought from Allurez. First of all the price is so much better than Tiffany's and other retailers. I got so much more bang for my buck! The necklace arrived in no time and I did not even have to leave my house. I was a bit hesitant at first but their easy return policy made the process so much more comfortable. The necklace arrived in an elegant and presentable box. We are now looking at the matching bracelet and will be making the purchase very soon. My wife is telling all her friends to buy from Allurez.

Carefully Inspect Items Upon Arrival!
I ordered an engagement ring (semi-mount) for my girlfriend from AllureZ (Style: U2285). I ordered the diamond from another website and had a local jeweler set it. The ring itself is very pretty. However, I was in a hurry to get the center stone set, so I did not notice that one of the 46 diamonds in the setting was missing until after the center had been set. Allurez' customer service basically told me it's my problem now (since the center had already been set by another jeweler). Local jeweler estimates it'll cost $100 to get the setting repaired and replace the missing diamond. Moral of the story: when ordering from this company, do not assume your items will arrive undamaged. Inspect them very carefully (particularly semi mount settings)!

I needed to purchase a piece of Jewelry for my girlfriend for our anniversary. I purchased it two weeks before I needed it and I asked them if it would get there in time and they told me they would do their best. Within a week the necklace that I purchased arrived by my door! Unique Quality Purchase
Bought a beautiful Emerald Cut Pink Sapphire & Diamond Pendant which was very unique on the market. We had it appraised and learned it was a rare pink sapphire that had not been heated to increase color. It was so special the jeweler sent 1500 miles to Chicago for expert evaluation. Turns out less than 5% of pink sapphires are of this quality. Excellent!
