Dealing with customers not optimal at all

Just a few minutes after posting the original review (see below), Allurez contacted me by phone and email (after ignoring my emails for months). They refunded me USD 300 in the end. I am not unhappy with this amount, it is just a pity that this has not happened before. Apparently, they have a great interest in removing all negative reviews.

ORIGINAL REVIEW - OCT 5th, 2018
I ordered an engagement ring with 18k rose gold and a 0.71 ct heart diamond for more than USD 2000. It took more than 5 weeks until the ring was shipped even though I was told that the ring would be shipped within 10 to 14 business days, but that was not the main issue.
The ring I received came with a totally different diamond than the one I ordered. The diamond I received was not only 0.09 ct lighter (according to the GIA report that came with the diamond), but also had less appealing proportions. According to the at that time current Rapaport Diamond Report (the industry standard for the pricing of diamonds), the diamond I received is valued USD 374.64 less than the diamond I ordered. I never received any refund for that, Allurez is ignoring my claim since months. Also, during the manufacturing process, I was never told that my diamond is no longer avaialble and to choose another one.
